5641  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 01, 2019, 04:00:21 AM
Anyone here feels this Sunday is going to bring the price of bitcoin into over 10K again?

I feels yes, anyone got analysis for this weekend?

price is irrelevant
Current price movement of bitcoin is not that much important to the long term holders(like you) but it is something always connected with holding bitcoin.

If the price of bitcoin go back to few cents then no one will be holding that right now.

5643  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: time to change BTC to ETH? on: August 31, 2019, 06:23:43 PM
The ether is now in an extremely low position. How good is the idea to buy it now?
Buying cryptocurrencies at the low price is good idea but ethereum looks not developing in terms of value for very long period while other coin especially Bitcoin doing good so converting your Bitcoin to buy low performing coin is really bad idea if you have y money to invest on the cryptocurrencies then buy ethereum now just keep your Bitcoin as it is.
5644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No matter how hard you look at crypto, there is lots of improvements so far on: August 31, 2019, 06:21:25 PM
I don't think people are getting interested in to the new altcoins altcoins created by the developers that is the reason why people are moving to Bitcoin for the dominance of Bitcoin is at 70 percentage now. I guess we need altcoins as well but not new cryptocurrencies every day which nullify the need of cryptocurrencies in the form of payment system.
5645  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is bitcointalk lending service legal? on: August 31, 2019, 04:36:49 PM
They are individuals and the forum administration is not responsible for these people and whether they're filling their taxes or not.

So, I can sell illegal drugs too, the the forum administration is not responsible for anything?
No one is going to stop you selling anything in this forum but there are people called DT who may distrust you for such behaviour but still you can buy or sell illegal things and you are responsible for doing such things.
Uhh i don't think that that's true.
Things which are illegal by law in the US, (or not a grey area such as private lending with interest), will most definitely be removed by the forum administrators.

such as arms dealing, carding etc. allowing to turn this site into a blackmarket will get it shut down real fast.
I have been in this forum for almost two years but I never read anything about removing the contents which is illegal in US in the forum rules or any other sticky threads.

BTW its good to have such if its already an untold rule of bitcointalk.

5647  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Price At $9,400 Is A Good Buying Opportunity ?? Buy Bitcoin Now? on: August 30, 2019, 12:00:02 PM
Wrong section to post this thread! Reporting to move to speculations.

@OP its not a bad idea to buy the bitcoin now since the price seems greener from this morning and looks like will reach 10K soon. But the decision is yours whether you can hold longer or just for short term.
5648  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Localbitcoins: Account has multiple failed logins from unknown IPs on: August 30, 2019, 11:04:34 AM
which made me worried when I see the failed losings but now I didn't see any so the problem with the passwords of LBC database,I guess!
Nah. It just simply means that whoever was trying to login on your account (using your LBC username) stopped doing so. It has nothing to do with LBC or their password DB..
So it must be a coincidence that I never get failed login attempt since I changed my password?

Anyway 2FA and login guard saved my bitcoins if there is someone tried to hack it.
5649  Economy / Economics / Re: Your Source of Investment Money? on: August 30, 2019, 07:16:17 AM
i just investing in bitcoin / eth with my earning on bounty ,  never do deposit with my real money on my real business

If you want to earn a huge amount, this is not enough.

Bounties can give you good amounts sometimes but not always. In terms of cryptocurrencies, if you are not willing to risk your money, you will not earn good profits. Also, add other crypto investments so you can maximize the profits you will get. Bitcoin and ETH are not the only cryptos that can give you good profits in the future.
Bounties made some people richer in the past that is why we can see lot of hunters out there in bitcointalk since from 2018 but the situations changed a lot due to scam ICOs so people can't really make anything from doing bounties but there is a situation comes like in 2017 then I feel which could be enough for the people who don't cashout their cryptos once it listed on exchanges.
5650  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Localbitcoins: Account has multiple failed logins from unknown IPs on: August 30, 2019, 06:09:07 AM
Today I checked my IP log since I registered on Localbitcoin and I shocked that the failed login attempt was happening from time to time but I didn;t really notice that since I never left any fund on LBC before but now I am doing day trading on LBC so having few bitcoins there which made me worried when I see the failed losings but now I didn't see any so the problem with the passwords of LBC database,I guess!
5651  Economy / Economics / Re: Trade war Influences on cryptocurrency on: August 29, 2019, 06:19:51 PM
Trade war between US and China effected on many third world countries as well mainly on the field of IT but it won't affect the generic investor of gold but stocks might get depreciated due to the loss of economical balance on countries so people or investors can hold crypto currencies to avoid but I fee that the trade war also affecting the bitcoin since we are under 10K now and keep decreasing.
5652  Other / Meta / Re: Add real-time Bitcoin price in the forum. on: August 29, 2019, 03:43:10 PM
Theymos don't want to relate the price of bitcoin with fiat I guess that is why he didn't want to implement the feature of one bitcoin is equal to how many USDs.

Even if he want the problem with the what price should report there, price from coinmarket or any specific exchange there is no absolute right prices to be honest.

OP I saw you with 100+ merits couple of weeks ago,so it was in real quick. Smiley

I really appreciate your effort and contribution to the forum, but don't just hunt for merit keep you as yourself and everything will follow up.

With the post quality he has and the time and effort he puts under each one of them I don't think that he is one of those users expecting a merit back on each time he creates post, you will see that on each post he creates he really wants to help and contribute to the forum which in most cases is what attracts the merits sources and generous senders to give merits to him. With his reputation of being a good quality poster being build up in the forum there is no doubt that the merits senders will be eyeing his posts and not the other way around.
I didn't mean he is one of merit hunting HQ poster just want to say that never turn into be a one in future.I watched some of his thread on beginner and help section which was something useful for the community.

5655  Other / Meta / Re: Signature spam threads. Should there be any punishment? on: August 28, 2019, 04:13:34 PM
Already there is a punishment for spamming with or without signature called temporary ban.For the first offence they may get 7 or 14 day ban and if they keep doing it again and again then they might get temporary ban as per the rules of bitcointalk.

But I never saw anyone got perma ban just for spamming.
5656  Economy / Economics / Re: Global economic and trade crisis on: August 27, 2019, 03:18:22 PM
As countries' economies face major challenges, the biggest economic crisis in history will come out in recent years. What methods will you use to avoid the biggest economic crisis in history?
All you can do is save your assets in the form into something which have stable value at any condition and its possibly gold because it has the stable value compared to any other investment in this world.Maybe crypto can be a choice but we don't know yet crypto could be a solution for the economical crisis worldwide.
5657  Economy / Reputation / Re: Cabalism13's Reputation Thread on: August 27, 2019, 12:26:07 PM

5658  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Localbitcoins: Account has multiple failed logins from unknown IPs on: August 27, 2019, 11:46:50 AM
I think this the OP likely had an account with the same email address on another bitcoin exchange or service that has its database hacked/leaked. I think someone is trying permutations of the OP's hacked password on another site.

The OP should make sure his password is entirely unique, and not a permutation of his password elsewhere.

I use unique passwords and unique email addresses for each different site.

If it wasn't for LBC allowing login via username (which shows publicly on the feedback page), my account wouldn't be probed at all.
That is why they can't login to your account maybe.

Do you still use the same password?

Please change if yes then update you are getting the same failed logins warning!
5659  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Brand New Trader, Question About Multiple Tiny Transactions on: August 27, 2019, 07:01:08 AM
Literally you can't trade those 20 cents due to minimum trade limit and withdrawal fee on the exchange so eve if you reach the minimum withdrawal limit you can't withdraw the converted coin until it reaches certain value so it may take years to make the transaction fee on your mining process so better get some money out from your pocket then invest it into the trading.
5660  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you believe stolen funds should be returned to their owner? on: August 25, 2019, 07:48:33 PM
When something is decentralized there is no way to bring back the lost funds on hacks so the owner will never get any funds from the hacker but we see binace returned lost funds from the pockets when they got hacked so getting refund is owners right but exchanges will decide about that.
