So, the rules were: give a table of data with 3 colums. first the temperature, then the pressure and at last the property we want to get, it could be entropy, density, viscosity and other stuff... Run the ANN ad if we get a R close to 1 (linear regression coefficient), then our equation was right.

in theory you can, but practically you just can't. the difference between the example you gave is that that first both input and output are small, and the result does not have to be 100% accurate, also the output can be reversed with a few possibilities.

for example if you are only allowed to multiply 2 numbers as an input to generate a single output

if you have

3  *   4   = 12

if you have

3 *  ?  = 12 > easy to solve the second input

if you have

?  *  ?   = 12

you have a few options to try out

1* 12 = 12

2 * 6 = 12

3 * 4  =12

4* 3  = 12
----------------------------------

but doing this with a 256 bits you always have 2^256  combinations !

the strength of the hashing function is that you can't know where it came from.

Hey mikeywith great answer!, now i have clearly why this is impossible. The way you explain it (with apples and sticks) is clear for any one.  So, we can say the score is Bitcoin 1 - ANN 0.

Is it really possible to hack the digital wallet with the hacking tool they provide? Is it possible if we are using hardware wallet to still get hacked? Anyway, I am not so interested in that giveaways and never been into the websites they provide so I have no worries in getting my digital wallet hacked.

Thanks to user nuno12345 we know what they can do with the hacking tool they provide https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5083876.msg48638228#msg48638228

Witha hardware wallet should be hard to get hacked, unless if you have a copy of the private keys on an online wallet, that would be the vuln.

I just did.

OK, now it should be impossible no matter how much you try.

Thanks for your reply and for fixing the bug. Isn't a real destructive bug, but 301 non-intentional sent sMerits is something since merits are an unreversible action.

And want to thanks the community too, thanks guys for your help to solve this issue, not let's enjoy the last weekend of the year.  Wink

Since this is a bug, is this double click double merit thing only works if you have enough spendable merit? I mean If I have one spendable merit, then this won't work on me right?

No, with one merit shouldn't work.

The 4 seconds between reporting posts is already annoying and slowing me down!

I still can't understand how you were that fast. On my 1GBps WiFi with a brand new hexadec 4.5 GHz (16 cores) I still don't think I'd be that fast.

I'm guessing you read a lot of posts and just start opening the merit link in a new tab ready to hammer the 1 and the send button. I think this is just proof that you're a bit though from this point Grin.

With that hardware, you could run a lot of virtual machines and give one merit from each one at the same time with iMacros.

A cool down time has been suggested, but i think there are some members who send merits rather quickly and would not appreciate a gap between merit awarding.
A cooldown of 10-30 secons would be enough i guess and it wouldt harm the rapid merit senders.
10 seconds would probably harm me sometimes...

The server shouldn't let you send merits on the same second, for a reason it doesn't let us make posts on that time rate, and that's the first bug. That bug could be fixed with a cooldown of 1 or 2 seconds. The second bug is on the 'Send' button, it shouldn't be clickable after we already make click.  Wink

User, and international scum bag, steve rodrigue requested work from myself with a small deposit for his mvp.
Over the course of 3 weeks I delivered 6-8 hours a day of work for him, handling his concerns with the design and taking the lead in creating a useful mvp.

On the day of pay, what does mr steve rodrigue do?

Skips like a mother fucker.

Doesn't pay the bill. Makes up a fake wire transfer (and refuses to give tracking) and stops answering his phone.

Do not do business with this scum bag.

https://rodrigue.tech/

He is so lazy I stole his domain 22 days after he didn't pay (lazy ass didn't pay his registrar either).

hahahaha, great work the one you have done with that dot tech site, it makes me laugh hard. But too bad about the scam, is hard to trust people that you meat on the internet. When i do web woks i always ask for 50% anticipated and 50% after the delivery, but if i don't trust the people or if is someone new, i ask for 100% before delivery. I recommend you to take this as a lesson and let it go. If you really want to get that money the only way is by the legal way. Wink

So, a couple of days ago i realize there is a bug on the merit engine.

When we are in the merit box ready to spend our merits:

If we click two times the button it will send double merit before the forum send us to 'Merit sent!' page.

And that way some users are getting double merits, sending double merits already happened to me once while i was sending merit to user bomj as you can see on the next image.

And i think i get two merits on a publication for the same bug:

5670  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the obstacle of Bitcoin? on: December 28, 2018, 02:08:58 PM
the price of bitcoin has been changing dramatically, and many people have invested in bitcoin. And they get a generous return. these stories attract more people to join Bitcoin. in my opinion, this is precisely an obstacle. It is an obstacle for Bitcoin to be used on a large scale. It requires a stable value for a currency that is used on a large scale.

Stable value isn't a must, if it has a variance but a big value at the same time it can work fine i mean if it's up and down between 100,000 and 200,000 dollars, then people can speculate and make a profit with trading, and other people can use it as a spendable coin.

I think the real obstacles are only two, first of them are gobs who want to add taxes to anything, and second is the banks who don't want to lose their power over money.

Just few hours the news cane that Bitmain is on brink of bankruptcy.

Main reasons were huge inventory losses and investment on Bcash went wrong.

They tried to save Bcash and now paying price for it.

Damn, this is bad! They are the main miners producers and without them could be a hard punch to bitcoin. I had read some bad news about them in the past months and looks like things are just getting worst for them  Undecided let's hope they survive to these hard times because another way we will have to get ready for the crash.

Fun fact, Latin America girls love Reggaeton, they don't agree with the lyrics but is nice music to dance.

My general perception is that women in many latin american countries are more machist than the men themselves. A men who is not dominant, somewhat violent and stupidly pasional in his acts is deemed as "not a macho". The men as well grow in a culture that diminishes them as stupid fucksticks with no brains that have to show their manhood by drinking like animals and behaving as such.

Machism as much a "feminazism" ridiculise and diminish both men an women. Trying to determine an indivudial, telling them how to behave or branding them as the evil or the enemy for reason of their gender is just an attack on human freedom.

Those are some hard words, but this is a fucking nature state where the most strong wins, not the smartest. When a girl in Latin America get a boy is to get some kind of protection from other boys and from harassment, because that's a sad truth, the harassment to girls is an enormous problem we have in Latin America an people gives zero fucks about it, I mean no one is doing something to fight against that.

The failed fiat currency in Venezuela has given rise to the use of crypto-currencies for some purchases and trading there. I would like to know more about this! I want to start the new year with some threads about the use of Dash, Bitcoin or even El Petro in Venezuela, and I would like the comments to come from people who are living there and using crypto. This can be either as a miner, or for daily purchases.

I'm going to guarantee a minimum of 10 merits for any Venezuelan who submits a thread starter post through the Fit to Talk English project. The post can be in English or Spanish, and you can use Google to translate from the Spanish - note you shouldn't use Google translate to post here in the Bitcoin Talk forum. We will help you to sanitise the post for submission on a suitable board in the forum. If your post is of suitable quality, then I will guarantee a minimum for 10 merits for your opening post in the thread. The OP will be the Anglicised version, and you will receive full credit for starting the thread.

If you aren't a member of the Fit to Talk project, then you will need to send a membership request to Jet Aid, and the pm link is -

I apologise for having had to close registrations, but I had so many Russian and other spammers trying to join, that cleaning the member list was taking up too much time.

Hello Jet Cash, personally I think you are a great guy and an excellent merit source. But this time I do not agree with you because this looks like you are using merits to promote your own project. As my aunt used to say 'Don't do good things that look as bad things'. Merits should be given for good quality post, they shouldn't be used to attract people to your project. Maybe I'm wrong but just want to share my point of view.

And by the way, I'm not the right one to say this because my English sucks hard, but sanitize and apologize goes with z  Wink if you have a project to teach proper English you must be an example.

If you want to get more people involved in the fit to talk project I would recommend you to promote it more in the Spanish section and to spend some dollars in a facebook or google campaign. I wish you good luck with the project.

Check for Ethereum ERC-20, although I know this is a bitcoin forum, however if it is a fintech company it is worth looking about how ethereum platform is operating in every aspects.

Good luck.

Well, maybe one way to to aproach the smart contracts, but i think the best way is to use blockchain as databases... if i'm not wrong all this stuff can be managed by blockchain:

Quote
Manage bills of expenses / expense accounts
Manage and monitor corporate budgets (by departement / or projects / or directors)
Manage workflow of validation processes for corporate investments
Manage property portfolio of the group

I'm not sure about how exactly but is possible.

Back to April 2018 BTC dumped from 10k$ to 6500$,some ALT coin like ETH dumped to 180$ after 3 - 4 month since ETH jumped from 500$ to 999$ and than
In DEC 2018 BTC dumped to 3100$ and pumped to 4180$ for a few day BUT that was only a bubble Same story in April
Dump Trend Started and BTC will be stable about 2300$ only a few week to 2300$.

What's your source? that's only speculation my friend and if it hit $2300 it will not be stable at that price. Is hard to see bitcoin stable at any price and i think it will be hard to see it below $2500, but at end anything is posible in this crypto world.

pretty much daily since Nov 28, 2018

Current Balance: 14,950 BTC

This might suggest that there will be a surge for BTC and other cryptocurrencies?

Wow. How was the owner of this wallet when he saw how Bitcoin grow up and down. My heard couldn't take it  Grin

There are two options. It could be a miner addy, a big group like ant pool or something like that. The other option is a big exchanger, those business moves big amounts of bitcoins too. If i had to place a bet i would say it was a miners transaction
