4701  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain average confirmation time on: June 28, 2019, 02:20:43 PM
Hey.

What was the average confirmation time for you guys in last 7 days?

Bitcoin has a confirmation time of 10 minutes approx, sometimes blocks take more or less time but in the long run that's the media. For me, the last transactions have been normal, if you use the right fee the transaction should confirm in the next block, if you use low fees then your transaction could get stuck with low priority and take a long time to confirm.
4702  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Netflix is gonna film documentary about crypto on: June 28, 2019, 02:17:33 PM
Netflix already has a couple of movies about bitcoin, but they are kind of old because they were filmed before bitcoin reach $20k, so, a new documentary would be good to update people about what happened after that moment. I will wait for it, hope to see some good material.
4703  Local / Trading y especulación / Re: Alcanzamos los $10,000 on: June 27, 2019, 08:26:56 PM
4704  Economy / Speculation / Re: $1,000,000 would kill bitcoin on: June 26, 2019, 03:44:30 AM
Satoshi Nakamoto could pay 5% of USA debt if bitcoin hit that price, just make the math, BTC1M * $1M

Quote
$1,000,000,000,000

while USA debt is 22,400,000,000,000

4705  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am I screwed? on: June 26, 2019, 03:36:43 AM
I sold at $7550, am I screwed or will it at least go back down to $7500?

It will go back to $7500 but we can't know when will it happen, bitcoin price is always in constant motion, in the past months has been up all the way, but i have seen it months going down until touch floor.

You have 2 options, wait some months for the crash or buy now and sell them at $15k  Wink
4706  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to fund a PORN? on: June 25, 2019, 08:57:33 PM
You could try to get a loan for this project, we know how porn business work nowadays, the money is in the full video, so here are the steps i would do for this:

1.-Get a loan of $5k
2.-Make the video
3.-Create a sales point for the full video
4.-Add a 5min short clip to the main porn sites as publicity
5.-Return the loan.

This is how it should be done.
4707  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best tips for who will invest in BTC for first time? on: June 25, 2019, 08:45:35 PM

1. It is true it's necessary search for a Exchange with the price cheap in BTC for buy it ?? That is a good recomendation for "Traders" and "Holders" too??
Exchanges will have the same prices because bots already work on the variance trading and they are really fast.

2. I will "holder" my BTC, I need buy in piece BTC or all my fiat money buy all BTC? What is the best strategy to be a good HODL in BTC?? And Why?
If you use all your fiat, then you will need to sell btc to get some cash again, so, i recommend to spend only the money that you will not use now, even you should see it as lost money.

3. What is your strategy for now in BTC? And why??
To hold is the strategy for yesterday, for today and for tomorrow.
4708  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Justin Bieber VS Tom Cruise - UFC Fight on: June 25, 2019, 05:35:20 PM
Would love to see it happen. The announcement kinda reminded me of MTV's Celebrity Deathmatch Grin.

I will never forget the fight between the nanny vs ness monster on this show... 'Whats that noise? they are having sex!'  Grin

Just found this funny picture on the web. This would perfectly fit on the screen before the fight  Grin

And this is just epic, when i read about their past fights it makes me lol hard. Thanks for sharing these jokes, guys, and too bad the fight will not happen, it would be fun as hell, and as snipie says, it would be nice to see the kiddo drug test.
4709  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Vulnerability on: June 25, 2019, 05:25:25 PM
...

You are right, thank for sharing your point of view, at the end we don't want the bad guys to know the vulnerability before the coders team, and is a smart way to warn the community by a public way, than try to solve the bug alone while the hackers could take advantage of it.

You really change my way to see the race between hackers and crackers, is about who find the vuln first, one to fix it and another one to exploit it, thanks.
4710  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Vulnerability on: June 25, 2019, 03:29:20 PM
We have already discussed this in the spanish section and is crazy to how can devs say things like this, i mean, if they find a vulnerability then should give precise information about it, but if they say a vulnerability will come is like a crazy prediction.

If someone has info about these vulns please share it with us.
4711  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Solotoshi is Satoshi on: June 25, 2019, 03:25:31 PM
i need more proof to believe this, the article and the points you mentioned doesn't proof solotoshi is the real satoshi, this is just some coincidences but not real facts, is just speculation while we want solid proof, so, the best is ask ourself who is satoshi than believe is the first coincidence we find.
4712  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we officially consider Blockchain the new internet? on: June 25, 2019, 03:10:17 PM
Blockchain can't be the new internet, bot of them are technologies but are different technologies, to be clear, without bitcoin internet will work fine, but without internet bitcoin will not work, because internet is the medium.

But of course bitcoin is a paradigm change and can be considered as the new money, it can take the place of paypal or visa and that's where things get interesting.
4713  Local / Esquina Libre / Re: Diseño WEB on: June 25, 2019, 03:00:37 PM

4714  Local / Primeros pasos y ayuda / Re: Guía primeros pasos usuarios nuevos en Linux. on: June 25, 2019, 01:28:56 AM

Code:
sudo dnf install terminator

Ubuntu:
Code:
sudo apt-get install terminator

Fedora
Code:
su
dnf install tarminator

4715  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Pokemon song tipping address.. on: June 25, 2019, 01:18:15 AM
The video is fun, the production is great and the audio quality is awesome... The problem here is the market who is attacking this product. Do you think all the bitcoin users like pokemon or are some kind of pokemon fans? I mean, pokemos is for kids, maybe is a good way to spread the word for that market, but for the adults market, i don't think this will work.
4716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The reason Libra might be good for Bitcoins on: June 25, 2019, 12:50:41 AM
...

I like your point of view because i was thinking something like that, if facebook decides people should join to cryptos, then markets will have exponential growth and not only for btc or libra, all the alts will grow too.

So, is good to see libra as good news for cryptos.
4717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: important info on bitcoincash ** on: June 24, 2019, 04:18:32 PM
~snip~
so, i don't see a problem at all with that coin.
It's a shitcoin and that is the problem. The way bitcoin dot com site advertise people also think bitcoin cash as Bitcoin and this is another problem. What is think is that - Bitcoin Cash is a scam to misguide the newbies in the crypto space.

So, yeah the entire Bitcoin Cash shit is a problem.

thanks mate for the support if it was great i was sure inside, before i say something i recheck everything. i will never say scam or shit coin on a great project.

First of all i'm not here to fight, i'm here to argue, so, don't take this personal. BCH is not a shitcoin if we understand the definition of shitcoin.

Quote
DEFINITION of Shitcoin
Shitcoin is a pejorative term used to describe an altcoin that has become worthless. Shitcoin value may disappear because interest failed to materialize, because the altcoin itself was not created in good faith, or because the price was based on speculation.

Bitcoin has a problem, and this is the 1MB blocks, each block can confirm 2500 transactions aprox each 10 min. So, what happens if we receive 5000 transactions each minute, the network will get stuck and will be hard to see transactions confirming. So, there are two solutions for this, bigger blocks or lightning network. BCH has 8MB blocks is a smart solution who was implemented on BCH this is a smart way to deal with this problem, and this is why i like BCH, because will be hard to see stucked transaction on BCH block chain.
4718  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to be a "Faketoshi", better than any other "Faketoshi" !?! on: June 24, 2019, 03:52:49 PM
Great thread!  Grin

Is awesome to see how we can easily become a faketoshi with the necessary proof just by some hacking and forking. Y will try to do it by my self just to understand in the process how this work, but the logic behind it is clear, thanks again for this information.
4719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Governments decline libra but main payments accept it on: June 24, 2019, 03:48:16 PM
Wht Libra project is supported by VIsa, PayPal, WesternUnion but rejected with governments? do they see it as a danger?

Because big companies want to bet in their future, and if they see a big business like facebook working on a big project like this they will put their money on it too. Govs don't like this because it has a lot of consequences if they agree with libra they have no option than agreeing with bitcoin too. So, it's a complex game.
4720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: important info on bitcoincash ** on: June 24, 2019, 03:42:53 PM
Maybe it's 4% of bitcoin market cap, but is the number 5 with the biggest market cap, that's not enough reason to take it down. And bch change their address to avoid the bitcoin scam, so, i don't see a problem at all with that coin.
