5661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to save your money buing crypto? on: August 10, 2019, 04:14:03 AM
Can you guys give me an advice how I can save money in crypto? Like what wallet I should choose to pay less comission or what exchanger to pick? I've heard changelly has low fees, what else I can use?

If crypto wallets, I recommend coinomi, I've been using it since I started at crypto as it supports multiple currencies and have small fees in my experience.

For exchanges, fees doesn't matter because they only have small differences. What's more important to me is the security, it doesn't feel comfortable trading and keeping some crypto in an unsecured exchange.
5662  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Things That Comes Into Your Mind When Winning... on: August 10, 2019, 01:22:48 AM
So here's the thing, what does come into your mind when you win? For the first time? For the second time? Or even for when you win always?

The things that comes to my mind are how it will change my life if I win. The things I can buy and the business I want to build to settle for my future. I only try my luck on lotteries because I think if I gamble on casinos or dice sites it will eat up my money if I don't control myself during that time.
5663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: if you want to win big...accept defeat on: August 09, 2019, 01:10:03 PM
If you consider your defeat a lesson then you will suceed next time you try. Defeat or failure is part of life, it depends how we analyze it either in a negative way or positive way. If you think for long term, a defeat would definitely help you to become a better person.
5664  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: August 09, 2019, 12:08:04 PM
There are really people that gambling is their profession. They are not just ordinary gamblers, they have the proper discipline and mindset when they are having a losing streaks in gambling. They are not just someone who is addicted into gambling, they are wealthy enough to treat gambling as a career.
5665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What messenger do you use to chat with your crypto gambling buddies? on: August 08, 2019, 11:55:35 PM
I only use the facebook messenger app for almost everything not just to talk to my gambling buddies but does it even matter, each one has its own preference and reason why he chose that app. If chatting with your gambling friends while playing makes it more enjoyable then maybe going to a real casino would be fun.
5666  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I've lost on: August 08, 2019, 02:16:42 PM
I've lost big. Over the last two or three years, I've lost 60K in total. It was almost my entire savings.
It started out with a large investment in bitcoin when the price was about 13K.
When the price dropped to below 4K, I lost all hope after waiting forever and gambled it on bitcoin gambling sites trying to triple it up, just to make my money back.
I lost that and a lot more. Never imagined it turning out this way. Especially after the price went back up.
I don't have a lot of close people to turn to nowadays. It's hard to get through each day feeling horrible. Just needed to reach out somewhere.
Sorry if this isn't the place.

I'm sorry for your loss OP. I've also experienced what you are going through right now. But just move on, you still wake up everyday so there's still reason for you to keep going on. Cheer up and find other things to be busy. All of us experience failure, I think that what makes us human.
5667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which is better Government run Lottery or private run Lottery on: August 07, 2019, 12:12:22 PM
I would just choose the government to run lotteries. Atleast you know who will be held responsible if things go wrong, and the profit of those lotteries will help to develop the country's economy. If private group will handle it then the profit will just go to their personal interests.
5668  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling habits that will cost you on: August 07, 2019, 07:41:55 AM
6. Dont believe on Holy grail or methods where people do say that it works.

7. Dont chase losses and hoping for jackpots this will lead to a miserable life.

8. Don't blame it to others when you lose.

9. Don't treat it as a way to earn extra money.

Most gamblers forget the reality, they force themselves to earn profit from gambling. They don't realize most games is all about luck.
5669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on a dog fight? on: August 07, 2019, 06:47:58 AM
No, it is illegal and I still have a heart to not include dogs from my gambling habits. If authorities find out that someone is conducting this activity anyone involved might be responsible and will be forced to pay some charges.
5670  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best country for crypto on: August 07, 2019, 04:28:01 AM
Basically, which country has adopted Crypto and the Blockchain best in your opinion till now?

I can't say best but Philippines is one of the Asian countries now that starts to adapt to the blockchain technology. Many merchants now are accepting bitcoin to use as payment on their platform. Some top universities are also studying how to apply it on educational system.

It's just sad that some people here introduce crypto as a ponzi scheme giving it a bad impression to others who don't know anything about it
5671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Impossibility of a gambling system (Why methods don't work) on: July 30, 2019, 03:23:38 AM
It is sad to know that gambling system is build in a way that no one can beat the system. The root word gamble as we all know and should know that it means you will play a game of chance for money or to take a risk in losing something for a chance to win more than what you are willing to lose or the same amount that you have (if you are lucky).

Gambler addicts don't realize that reality. They only think the jackpot if ever they win. They don't even realize they just lose plenty of money before they can win. Gambling's main purpose is to entertain people but because money is involved makes many addicted to it.
5672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here have some strategy to gain money, but with low profits daily? on: July 30, 2019, 01:39:56 AM
Some example, you deposit 100 USD, you use martingale method to gain at least 1 dollar (1%) and you stop, and do the same the day after

This is just a random example I made right now, but I want to see if there's someone who try to use a strategy to gain very small profits daily instead of trying with big bets

And guys, I know there's no 100% strategy, it's just curiosity

I think what you want is impossible. Dice sites have house edge and you can't have a winning streak on gambling. If the system detects you have big profit earned you will just hit a losing streak whatever strategy you will do.
5673  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is bitcoin gambling really accepted in China ? on: July 29, 2019, 06:18:34 AM
I think it's prohibited to do bitcoin gambling in china but I don't know if bitcoin is banned there. If they know how to use vpn there then imo they can do bitcoin gambling there. It is more convenient and you can gamble anywhere and anytime you want.
5674  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Impossibility of a gambling system (Why methods don't work) on: July 27, 2019, 09:02:47 AM
Gambling is builded apply that the chances of winning is always very low in every gambling system that is the only reason everyone going and losing it in most of the time but otherwise gambling is a fun filled game system so we need to use it as entertainment only.

The reason that money is involved in gambling makes most gamblers addicted to it. They tend to chase big profit not realizing they just wager more money before they win. Even if they win, they get greedy and bet more. In the end they got nothing from their gambling habit but only regret.
5675  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: People who gamble are degenerates, change my mind. on: July 27, 2019, 07:42:42 AM
Imo there are two types of people who gamble. First the one who gambles to enjoy it as a form of entertainment, it doesn't matter to them if they win or not. Second is those who are addicted to gambling, they treat it as a way to earn extra money not realizing they just lose in the long run.
5676  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fortnite World Cup on: July 26, 2019, 08:56:08 AM
Oh, stuff like this even exist?
A fortnite competition with best players, right?
Does this exist for other games— soft games preferably ?
I had thought of competition like this for popular games, didn't know they are legal or exist

This is really legal and esports industry is growing fast. Games like DOTA, CSGO, LOL are having yearly tournaments with big prize pool. Players with an exceptional skill can have the chance to make their passion a living.

Just this DOTA 2019 tournament where the price pool is already $30m.

5677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC and the $5 hammer on: July 25, 2019, 06:16:44 AM
In my opinion if need to withdraw large amount and website ask for kyc then i will do it, but for 5$ or for low amount if they ask kyc and website is not so known i will not do kyc and i will let that low amount there, anyway is the personal choice.

If it's stated in the TOS then you really need to complete the KYC to withdraw whatever  amount is that. So before betting on sportsbook websites and you don't know the rules, it's better to check those first if they require it. There are other sites where it doesn't require KYC and you can bet how much you want without restriction.
5678  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever looked at how much you have wagered with a hanging mouth? :P on: July 25, 2019, 05:10:03 AM
Whenever I looked back at my wagered, I almost choke. Jome, but kidding aside. I have so much total wagered that I can not imagined I have almost reached 1btc though. And the reality sucks that my profits is just too small and I can count on my fingers how many times did I just payout. Anyway, this is gambling. Accept the fact that this is the consequences of gambling

That's the reality of gambling. You don't realize you just lose more compared to what you win. You just think of the prize or profit if you will win. Gambling is just all about luck and people shouldn't treat it to earn extra money but as an entertainment only.
5679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are some things all gambling websites/apps/games should have? on: July 24, 2019, 02:59:31 PM
For me its variance, it's more fun if they offer different kind of games to give the users more option to play. And of course, it should be easy to play for everyone and its security, since it deals with money and personal information of the users.
Also one thing that gambling site and apps should have are the trust of its users.

Trust is automatically earned when a dice site achieved what you've mention. If they can protect and entertain their people then they would become popular because of their positive reviews. One thing also a site must have is it's not very vulnerable to hackers.
5680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Man won 12 times in lottery on: July 23, 2019, 09:19:13 AM
This answers all your question about odds and hack on the system to win in lottery or gambling.

A man names Stefan Mandel, a mathematical genius cracked the code to win tho lottery. He computed all possible equations and finaly got some algorithms that made him won not just twice but 12 times.

Since the government becomes aware of his motives although it is legal in nature, they change the lottery rules and law for Mandel prevent winning. They even ban computer printing tickets for him to have hindrance. He even go to other countries to test his equations and even got some investors to buy tickets for him to succeed on his winning combination. Unluckily, he got prisoned on the last country and never did the act again.

If you wanted to crack the code like him, you shoud:
1. Be a mathematical genius
2. Crack the new algorithms for the new system of lottery since its computerized now

I guess being lucky comes to his genius mind in the first place.

Not all people are capable to do that and only few would risk just to attempt what he did. Sadly as common to many gamblers, he got greedy and repeated it for 12 times making him to alert the government then jail him in the end.
