5661  Economy / Speculation / Re: Institutional buyers are not backing down. More Pump? on: April 13, 2021, 01:15:33 PM
They have seen now a few dumps that could not be sustained, and a very steady climb to make new ATHs for the past 4/5 months. I doubt they would be backing down now. I think at the very least we see a few more months of new ATHs, if not all the way until December.

That anyway is what insitutionals and funds are expecting. Follow the smart money, right guys? Or just hodl and eat popcorn this whole year:)
5662  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's not the end, $60k again on: April 13, 2021, 11:48:36 AM
It seems to me that we should be guided not by Plan B, but by the real state of the economy around the world... As long as the printing press is printing dollars at the speed of light we will grow, as soon as the printing stops - most likely there will be a depression in all markets... But I believe in 100K, although I wouldn't buy now on resistance!

To be fair, I do believe that technical analysis simply looks at market factors, demand and supply and especially this stock to flow model only strictly looks at that.

But other economic factors of course play a part, and this will only help this model to become reality (when fiat value becomes low and people move to Bitcoin for example).
5663  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - New Community Chat feature on site now!! 🚀 on: April 13, 2021, 11:14:17 AM
Received my free bet, thanks Steve. You guys & this community are the best. I’m always reading, don’t post that much but sportsbet is my go to platform for sports gambling. I’ve tried others but none compare to sportsbet. I’m not gambling tonight but will be putting some coin down in the champions league games this week.

Good luck everybody, let’s get that honey BTC BTC BTC BTC

Definitely nothing compares to SB right now when it comes to loyalty bonuses! Also got mine, and already put it into a nice UCL Betbuilder + Dortmund win. I know it's being silly but you never know City looked shaky and if Pep sticks to Sterling he will again not be able to score I hope. Haaland should be desperate to score tomorrow and win everything for this team, right?
5664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid been carried away, it's never going to be bullish forever on: April 13, 2021, 09:56:25 AM
This bull run can lasted for few months more but I'm not really ready to bet of that so instead I make sure I've made my ROI back and turned into stable coins and use the rest to gamble, I suggest you do the same too, make your initial investment back first

that's not how to make money when there is a bull market. it's easy to accumulate and grow your BTC this time with the coins you turned into stablecoins. gamble less this time, after all, there are other things to get busy with because something else is going on. its bullrun.
you can even trade the altcoins you have right now and sell every time it touches a new ATH. and then wait for it to dip again before buying them once again.

Yeah, I think it's got a lot more months into this left but I'm also not wiling to take the risk, just hodling for the next rally, I'll survive this next one not letting go of anything. I already took profits early on to recover back capital and not trading anymore, just putting as much as possible into hodling. This rally is big, the next one in a few years will be even bigger:)
5665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If BNB will reach $500, what's next? on: April 13, 2021, 09:16:42 AM
I believed that binance strong foundation is the key of bnb coin success here, and with the ongoing pumps, many people attracted to this asset. Indeed it's been a tight rival of ethereum, which I think had an advantage because the transaction fee of their network hasn't increase compared to erc20. Binance using bsc network is doing well, and people never cried for bigger tx fees that's why it also contributes to the demand.

A little strange that Bitcoin right now is ATHing and even Ethereum itself is gaining from this super rally, but Binance and some other coins are actually losing over 10% from their ATH.

Guess people now seeing altcoin outflows back into Bitcoin and ETH now with the Berlin Upgrade. That does make a lot of sense with the market movement now.
5666  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: April 13, 2021, 07:41:41 AM
I don't know why nobody aren't talking about Sevilla. Now they're just 6 points behind 1st place. Personally I don't consider them as title contenders, but don't you think that they are understimated too much?
Their game with Celta tonight was kinda crazy, so many goals scored. After first half when Celta were leading 3:2, I already thought that my bet on Sevilla is f*cked up already Smiley.

Nobody talking about Sevilla because we all lost a lot of bets with them during the season, drawing especially hurt me every time I picked them to win. And last night's match showed just how unpredictable they are. Still won but had to come back so many times. They may very well be in Europe spot but to win the title? They don't have the consistency a champion needs.
5667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Thinking more what should I buy more? on: April 13, 2021, 07:07:09 AM
Avoid NFT for you, this is just following trends and won't last long like other coins, in the beginning the NFT has experienced a large volume, but now many people are aware that their NFT is shifting to potential coins according to them. whatever they choose is the best way.

Shitcoin now has a value thanks to such a high increase maybe this is following the path of bitcoin.

Yep, like I said many times before, it's a no value thing that is only popular now because of novelty, same as ICOs and airdrop coins were back in the day. When people realize it isn't even something that gives you sole creative rights and all that like an actual painting does, then they'll stop throwing their money at it.

All the artists selling it for millions liquidated immediately for dollars.
5668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening with Coinmarketcap? on: April 12, 2021, 04:35:49 PM
Welcome to the wonderful world of crypto exchanges.

You know what? I would go to Binance Twitter and CZ's Twitter and ask politely why their CMC is not helping you out.

Just say that, your project is changing names, it is already listed and all that, but the support is refusing to even take the time to understand the situation.

Binance owns CMC which is why I suggest this.
5669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Regarding upcoming ICO/IEO related to Tourism Industry on: April 12, 2021, 04:03:12 PM
I would definitely not launch this token. 100s have tried and I'm ashamed to say I even participated in one such similar project (it was related to a tourism as well but the token was utility for multiple things including hotel stays etc).

You're much better off adopting a loyalty token that already exists. And using a more familiar and secure blockchain. Never heard of Avalanche. Many choose Elrond or Algorand already.

XRP is being pumped back into the market after the latest moves in the fight with the SEC and the wing of its expansion has returned from Coinbase plans, a huge boost after XRP was completely abandoned for the bull run from the beginning of the year . Good time to use XRP but I introduce more about Sovryn (SOV), which will be listed on April 13. Information about SOV is quickly found at coinmarketcap.  You can also find out about the full range of information here: https://sovryn.app/

Sovryn is one of those NFT things though isn't it? I'd be careful now with NFT projects. The news shows there has been an 80% drop in volume from NFT trading because people are quickly realizing now you can't just buy nonsense things created in a few minutes and expect others to pay through their wallets for it!

Stick to XRP if you HAVE to choose a shitcoin...
5671  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC losing its dominance big time on: April 12, 2021, 02:01:59 PM
Isn't it natural that Bitcoin dominance will continue to decrease as a total % of total crypto market cap, simply because there can be an INFINITE amount of shitcoins that can be introduced into the market, but only 1 Bitcoin?

This means that while bitcoin dominance may continue to decrease as a total %, it is HIGHLY unlikely that any other shitcoin will ever dethrone Bitcoin in terms of market cap. Bitcoin has already won the race.

Kinda what I was trying to point out there earlier in this thread too.

Dominance doesn't matter at all because we all know that shitcoins will continue to come and in fact they do daily. Unlimited tokens and unlimited growth. When it all falls apart, real value flows back to Bitcoin, this much we know. And defi shitcoins will be the first to go in the next wave of dumping.
5672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: April 12, 2021, 12:39:21 PM
Atletico played just wretchedly! As if this match meant nothing to them... It wasn't team football, it was bullshit! Only Carrasco tried to create something, the other players played like sheep on the field... It's a failure! Now Real will probably win this season!
Atletico madrid play like a small team that does not has a champion target, they played really bad in important match, Statistically, Atletico can beat Real betis very easily.
The draw obtained by Atletico was very profitable for Real Madrid and Barcelona, because the difference in points between rank 1 and 3 is very thin. If Atletico does not improve his style of play in the next match, then Atletico must be ready to lose the throne of the standings.

Sigh yes, I guess they thought they could rely forever on Suarez and his goals and when they got that early one I thought they might try to attack more but instead typically played Simeone's style.

To be fair, they did go and try to attack again and again, but there's just something missing now in the buildup that is very frustrating. Good for me as Barca, but then we lost to Real and allowed them back into the title race too.
5673  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading book I have read so far on: April 12, 2021, 12:02:33 PM
Are you sure about that ? Lets me demonstrate you some simple lines that might be helpful to trade and make you realize the opportunity lies in ripple during this bullish

There is always opportunity to trade. The lower the timeframe, the more trades they are. Be flexible. All the markets are the same. And it is not necessary to make a trade if you can not make an analysis

Why? Because they are all based on The Supply and Demand theory

Thank you for your response to this. With something so volatile like crypto, yes, I agree, there are plenty of opportunities to trade in very small times frames. That was what attracted us to forex before when it first came online with broker platforms, different and more volatile than stocks.

I just find it difficult to believe Supply and Demand applies to some alts that are heavily manipulated.
5674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If BNB will reach $500, what's next? on: April 12, 2021, 10:37:14 AM
Before talking about the BNB you should note that it's a native coin of the Binance exchange. There is the use of BNB like pay trading fees, pay the listing fee and buy Launchpad which is leading to bumping prices. Binance always will try to manipulate the BNB price, because they are one of the reputed exchanges in the crypto world. Binance wouldn't see dump their native coins.

BNB has actually grown in price now not because of their utility for trading fees and listing and what not but because it is the gas needed to pay for transactions on Binance Smart Chain. This is the same way ETH is used for Defi and Dapps, now BNB is doing the same for all those projects and dapps on BSC like pancakeswap.
5675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid been carried away, it's never going to be bullish forever on: April 12, 2021, 10:01:41 AM
Take profit! Take profit!! You've been warned, do not end up like many in 2017 bullish cycle, there is always a end to everything and nothing goes up forever, everything happening in this world is merely time based, I'm not saying BTC can't go to 65k or more but this market is getting more dangerous every day, to me crypto market is now in gamble state, don't be a tool to those who are experts in controlling the masses, you think there aren't those pulling the string? Wake up already.. we don't know how longer they will keep pulling the string and roll you over, be smart

Have to agree here guys. If you're not a longterm holder of ETH or BTC and have bagloads of deficoins and others, I would definitely say, sell now and take profit, at least definitely gain back your capital. And leave some of your profits in if you still want to ride this bull.

Rally will probably last many more months but it's better to be safe and enjoy some right now then lose all of it tomorrow.

BTW anyone joined yesterday Sportsbet CEO AMA? I joined up late, didn't asked questions and was just staying back and listening to all his plans and answers and I really loved the guy. A positive business mind and someone who dares to take the risk in such dynamic environment. Looking at him going on felt like he has lot of exciting cool plans to get implemented in sportsbet. And so far you guys have delivered and developed so much.

I still look back at the emails I used to get in 2016-17 and now and you guys have developed and changed so much. Can't wait to see who you guys develop further. GJ @sportsbet

Yes I did join:) The video link was a bit blurry for me so I could not really see much of their faces but the audio was pretty clear most of the times, I blame my connection.

I did ask one question, which he sort of answered I guess, it was very good to hear his story about crypto and gambling, and wanting to make things better for gamblers and gamers and just generally people in general. He was truly one of the first to embrace Bitcoin even as a big company, and so happy to see it grow since then.

It's so cool to see him so excited about it all!
5677  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's not the end, $60k again on: April 12, 2021, 08:19:25 AM
I think people are always scared when it comes to retail buyers/speculators who have no intention of holding and are just storing their BTC on exchanges like Binance. They're always putting and adjusting their sell prices for sure, and some of them panic when 60k is not being broken, that's all.

Maybe this is it after all but that's okay for us who'll be here in 2025;)
And more often these people will go into panic selling and FOMO buying.

But to understand that they are also a trader, so they will usually make an adjustment as that the only way, every step-up and step-down of the prices gives an opportunity to gain profit. So I can't blame them for doing this because that is how the trading works. We can never expect them to hold longer but they mostly come along with the trend and immediately sell their coins when seeing some profit.

Only investors will think and hoping that Bitcoin will reach $60k, $80k, or $100k. And not all of us here are investors.

Panic selling and Fomo buying are together the entire basis of 99% of crypto markets history I would say! Even for Bitcoin in the beginning and until recently it was heavily affected by retail panic/fomo. Now institutions are in the same game I guess BTC is less fragile and less inflexible when it comes to that sort of spike but still, watch daily charts and see how easy it is for prices to just jump up or fall down. Fomo is still a very powerful factor:)
5678  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading book I have read so far on: April 11, 2021, 01:40:52 PM
Thank you for sharing these books OP. I always think it is good to read and learn but it also very important to point out to newbies that these books were written for very different markets that may or may not act like crypto markets (and definitely, if it acts for BTC market it does not man altcoin markets are the same).

Look at Ripple chart for the past week for example and see how impossible it is to use some of these techniques!
5679  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's not the end, $60k again on: April 11, 2021, 01:00:33 PM
We saw some pull back on the price of BTC because of some rumors about how long the growth rate will last after reaching the new resistance.. Ppl actually scared to stay , but it was a false speculation and look at it now which is exceeded on the predicted value..

Of course it will not the end just like that, infact if we will focus long term investment in it for sure there's a big return as its keeps improving and always make a new ATH every year..  But just always remember to invest what amount you can afford to lose in order to have peace of mind..  Cheesy

Augh. Always turning out to be a bad weekend for me to see my team lose. Yes it was a small margin and yes Casemiro had his red card so it showed just how close it was but if you saw the first 20 minutes and up to the first goal, you kind of felt like Barca were being bosses around by a weakened side.

Really wish we could have drawn but oh well. Next time.
