5681  Economy / Speculation / Re: Volatility warning on: June 19, 2020, 04:45:34 PM
Everyone thinks they are an amazing trader until they lose, and even after they lose they keep blaming unexpected market moves and not themselves. Well, that is what it's about, those unexpected market movements are the reason why people have been saying nobody could make a profit on trading based on predictions.

You should do research and you should work as hard as you can to figure out if anything is going on in the news about anything and if you are well researched and know at the right moment that means you might actually make a profit. Without any of that, just making assumptions and predictions means you are not going to make any profit at all. If you think you will do that and you have a "gut feeling" that tells you to do something, you are going to lose a lot of money.
5682  Economy / Speculation / Re: What’s next if bitcoin breaks $9,270 ? on: June 19, 2020, 04:06:48 PM
Well, I do not believe these resistance numbers to be that strong to begin with. I believe it could go to $9k, and just stay there and come back up and move around freely like there is no resistance or support levels. At the end of the day bitcoin is too powerful to let it be controlled by those type of numbers and it can do whatever it wants whenever you decide to sell or buy.

Yeah, not you particularly but when you collectively get together and do something. That is why I feel like there is a reason why bitcoin never really stopped when going super high or low, from $10k to $3k it took few hours during pandemic, just few hours, and bounced back over $5k as well, in about 8 hours it did all of that. That is why I believe there is really no reason to believe in these support or resistance numbers.

https://www.si.com/nba/clippers/news/la-clippers-montrezl-harrell-nba-2k-crowd-noise

Here is a credible source for 2K sounds being used for the games. Of course not many details are given just yet because it is not even decided if they will do that or not, however we can be sure that if they do something like this they will probably let everyone know how it will be before hand.

After all having 20k people cheering all at the same time from 360 degrees around the court versus having sounds from some speakers are very different, they need to make sure that it is not cheesy and it is not from only few places, the sound should make players feel like it is coming from the stands like a real one, if it won't and if it is like someone put up some speakers and blasted cheers, that would be very horrible, not just for the game but it would be very cringey to watch and hear as well.
5684  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best welcome offer for you? on: June 19, 2020, 02:50:49 PM
There are thousands of online casinos, each one of them trying to get new members. How do they do that? By offering bonuses.

Is it important for you to have some kind of welcome/deposit bonus?
Or perhaps if everything else in that casino seems good for you, maybe such is not needed?
If you're into welcome offers, what are the best ones that would tempt you to sign up and start playing in that casino?
I just wonder and keep thinking about in recent times what had made me to sign up into a new casino by leaving off the places where I have been gambling for years. Honestly I have signed up and tried many new houses but I never got tempted up to the level of leaving off my favorite houses. Usually I do come up any fee claims or any offer, I go checking on that gambling house by signing up with them. For signing up, I do check their topic on this forum. Only if they have active support here, I do go signing up with them.

Simply, I like to summarize this way:
1. To sign up with a new house, they must have active support on this forum.
2. To deposit and to play, they must have got good reputation and must have maintained for years. I never go adding money with new houses.
5685  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Provisn partners up with Nik Patel to help you take the cryptic out of crypto! on: June 19, 2020, 01:56:11 PM
This could not be a right way to get start with this community.

You must introduce yourself first and then you may announce about your partnership. Honestly once I enter this topic, I just checked back whether I am into a service announcement or a trading discussion topic.

You may start like this:
1. Buy a copper membership to add images in your posts.
2. Make some self-explaining contents and then announce your services with a new topic on this board: Service Announcements.
(You may move this topic into service announcement board but add some explanation on your services; option for moving this topic is available at the bottom of this topic).
5686  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Add these tools to your trading toolbox. on: June 19, 2020, 04:43:58 AM
I have tried blockfolio after repeated recommendation on this forum, but not up to my expectation. One simple example is, I wanted to view my portfolio in terms of BTC rates but they are not allowing and having only USD and few other fiats alone. Also, rates of coins and few tokens are not as per where I am trading nor not getting refreshed quickly which makes unable to use them as a handy one.

Coinmarketcal might be useful for the people who are all active on trading/investing opportunities based on new coins/tokens and on developments and new announcements of existing assets. Many crypto portals are doing the same for years but if you want to filter other political things then this could be the right choice.

Babypips has been a heaven for traders and I have been using then for more than a decade. A highly recommended one even you are not active on forex trading. Tradingroom seems good on first glance, I am new to there. Let me share my experience on them later on if my time permits Smiley.
5687  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: FOMO In Crypto; How to identify It on: June 18, 2020, 07:22:40 PM
As long as you do your research on any project you want to invest into (or a big coin) you can't fall for FOMO. FOMO is when price goes up too much too quickly and if it is going up that means you should not be buying. If you think the right moment to buy something is when it is going up, you should not be in the trading world neither.

The right moment to buy something is when the price bottoms out, now you may not know when is the bottom so you may purchase at a wrong price but that is fine, however when it is going "up" that means it is not at the bottom is it? It means it is literally the opposite. So, that is why if you want to stay away from FOMO all you have to do is stay as further away from increasing coins as you can and take a look at bottomed out small losing ones.
5688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [TOP 20] Market cap over/undervalued on: June 18, 2020, 06:58:58 PM
I was wondering if these marketcaps were legitimate regarding to potential use of the currency/project in the best case scenario ?
Not just you, almost everyone here is having the doubts about the possible manipulation and misleading by the ranking of marketcap based things. I am 200% sure these ranking are definitely not indicating about the actual potential of those coins. Simply, if we use these marketcap sites just for reference purposes then we can avoid all later on hassles otherwise we might end up messing things in uncontrolled manner as well.

I'm also surprised that the ETH marketcap was catching up with the BTC one.
Do not be surprised when it will be happening because ethereum is not having upper limit on total supply. So, even its value is not doing good, it can get into top second (as of now) and may try to beat bitcoins in future. This one simple example, how marketcap is not a worthy data to interpret while analyzing the potential of coins and tokens.
5689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top 5 most profitable coins of this year on: June 18, 2020, 06:11:22 PM
I remember kyber from binance IEO (please correct me if my memory is bad) and then I heard about tezos and all other three are complete new to me.

There are many other good coins which are performing too good like ada, digibyte, electronium and chainlink but they may not match the percentage growth but it seems have already proved them to this community whereas unheard coins are known for suddenly disappearing. So, instead of looking at your recommendation I guess I may stay within what I have been doing for years. Basically I do always look for new opportunities still I go as per measured risks.

I am sure only very few people got lucky to cover all your 5 coins as among 1000s of altcoins identifying the right and profitable is too hefty task for any investor. This is the reason, I do invest major portion of my allocated money to known coins and tokens and only with less than 10% of of my capital goes to new things.
5690  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Physical Casinos Decoded : on: June 18, 2020, 05:44:57 PM
I guess there is nothing there to be decoded as all practices are legal and we must need to accept these when entering them. It is our ignorance for not noticing how intensively they are working to keep us to stay with them. Only for those ignorant gamblers' these could sound like tricks hence decoding is required for them to understand physical casino's business model. No surprises for me here at all because even a shopping mall at my corner street is doing most of the things OP mentioned here Cheesy.

If you notice, few of the things are being followed by casinos to improve our experiences and if we notice then we cannot really enjoy that. I mean if we start looking at pleasing nature of casino staff as a part of business then you never get yourself a good hospitality but you may feel like mere drama for money.

If there is something which is illegal by the jurisdiction then we must need to decode it and must make sure a casino as clean as possible in all means and decoding their basic business structure may lead not enjoying the minutes we do spend there.
5691  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: June 18, 2020, 05:05:00 PM
It is football and there is always times when you would make mistakes that would cost a bit to your team. However, Arsenal wasn't really doing that awesome before neither so they would just continue to be not that great for a bit more time and just end the league on that note.

You could remove all of Arsenal players and put youth team on every game and not that much will change for them, even if they end up losing all their games they would not be relegating but they won't be in the top 4-5 neither, they will just be mid table finish with no Europe next year but still premier league nevertheless. That is really not a bad way to end the season when you consider being a team on premier league is a very very tough thing to do so it is kind of an accomplishment, just not for Arsenal because they were expected to do better.
5692  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: June 18, 2020, 04:52:43 PM
I remember those days when Mellowads had a faucet and I would make sure to dispense it at least once every day to accumulate enough and run a CPM campaign every week. I used to get on an average 1ref/cycle for freebitco.in and they used to remain for about a week or so. Last time I checked I had around 30refs but most of them have become inactive now. It was fun when bitcoin was going from 3digits to 4digits in USD price and people were flocking in to get more faucet earnings but it soon died down when the price soared upwards.
Mine wasn't mellowads, there was this website that collected almost all advertisement networks in one website, it was weird because advertisement networks collected all ad spaces in one website as well, so with it you reached to all banners available. I worked as a content writer like I do now and whatever I earned from crypto I reinvested into that wbesite with the banner and you didn't picked where it will be published (well you could but there was option for random) so I just put my affiliate link and the banner up there and just put whatever I earned back to that.

It really gave me a lot of affiliates. There was plenty of other ways I made affiliates too. I just loved this place for affiliate income since it was actually giving me a decent return unlike other places where casinos didn't give me much, here I could earn from even their free faucet claims I think.
5693  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: June 18, 2020, 04:21:47 PM
^ When there is no goals that means nobody wins. This only applies if you get 7 goal scorers on 7 games correctly, if there is no goals that means you can't know it correctly and you lose along with everyone else. So, this doesn't just require you to know the goal scorers correctly which is already difficult to do because there are 7 games and 14 teams and 140 players (excluded goalkeepers for obvious reasons) but also there has to be a goal in each game, the moment the game ends 0-0 everyone is out of the game.

But, do not worry if I am not mistaken there is rewards for getting 5/7 and getting 6/7 as well. It wasn't something big, it was like free spins or something, can't remember what the reward was but there was something small as a token of getting close.
5694  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A trading chart does not play out to 100% on: June 18, 2020, 03:45:19 PM
I have been trying to learn more technical analysis and I have studied indicators a lot, not just here but I would also like to make some forex trading as well since it looked so much fun. On contrary to popular moving from forex to crypto I would be moving from crypto to forex (not leaving crypto, just adding forex on it).

However on all my training I have done the paper trading method that was suggested, as in check something and see if there is any moment to buy or sell and when you hit that just write it on piece of paper like you would do a trade and when it reaches the other side check what happens. In all my tries I have failed, thank god I was doing paper trading and not real one because I would lost a lot of money. TA looks a bit too confusing for me.
5695  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When the US stock market goes down Bitcoin goes down on: June 18, 2020, 08:27:21 AM
Today, the US stock future goes down near 900 points then the bitcoin prices goes down too.  It happened the same in March 2020 when the US stock market goes down then Bitcoin goes down $4500.  Any one knows the psychology or the mood of the trader?
It is a good sign in some sense. Because this crypto space is having traders and and investors from Wall street and from other institutional fund managing houses. When a trader see a downfall on stocks they may react on everywhere regardless of the individual potential of different assets. This is just an assumption based on what happened some 3 to 4 years back and what is happening on crypto space against stock's movements.

People do call gold and silver as alternative instruments for stocks but I have seen gold prices are following index of big exchanges. It means when one or two stocks fall and rise that may not impact gold prices but when overall stock market index is fluctuating then gold prices do follows it.

When traders understand the ecosystem of bitcoins like its impacting and influencing factors then they not follow the same trend of stocks; they may switch to bitcoin when stocks not doing good and vice versa. But, when treat bitcoins similar to just another stock/ trading asset then experiencing same fluctuations of stocks may remain inevitable. But, it seems those institutional traders are having complete different approach on gold which must be the reason gold remains unaffected of US stocks.
5696  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to find the best withdraw fee rate for your exchange? on: June 18, 2020, 06:45:36 AM
Is this a topic for exchange operators or for traders?

Both exchange officials and people who are going to withdraw must need to analyze about the "current network congestion" and from that they must decide about level of fee based on waiting time. There are lots of tools available to directly (without need of bothering about mempool size nor about count of unconfirmed tx) get us the fee structure from immediate confirmation to delayed confirmation.

Exchanges (or any service provider) must need to set withdraw fee that they are going to charge from the withdraw money. When there is big change on network congestion and exchange failed to alter may result in more transaction unconfirmed for longer duration. From an end-user point of view, they can check on many available tools and may go for choosing the right fee for their tx.

Here are few tools to check about current trend of fee and mempool's unconfirmed transactions:

5697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: THE NEXT ETH?? on: June 17, 2020, 05:37:19 PM
The right question could be "what is next bitcoin" Grin.

Eth tried to be performing like bitcoins and it peaked as much as $1000+ levels which had become possible for bitcoin in 2013 and for ethereum in 2018 but I am not sure ethereum still got potential to test $1000 levels again as its investors might have switched to BNB or tezos or any othher dapps hence it is right thing to search for another potential coin.

In recent times, I am too seeing lots of people are talking about chainlink and surprisingly it is performing and holding at higher levels compared to where it was trading last year.

Grin could be another good coin we may need to consider. It may replace monero and other privacy oriented coins. Theymos themselves is collecting it then why not we should invest with it?
5698  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What future is expected for new altcoins? on: June 17, 2020, 04:07:09 PM
In general I do believe that new coins do have a chance at becoming good and increase in price a lot, after all there are tons of tokens that comes out every single day which means eventually one of them will be good. However, I am not entirely sure if these are the ones that will be the good ones, these do look like a bit too cliche and done before so I doubt they would get any attention.

However, do not forget that the most important thing for a coin to succeed is marketing, as long as you make the community use your coin by putting it in front of everyone's eyes you would eventually get a ton of return as well. In order to get a lot of people you need marketing but in order to keep them you need to give people a reason to stay there as well. None of these coins have that.
5699  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable Coin Treasury keep minting coin why ? on: June 17, 2020, 02:30:36 PM
What else you could expect from those centralized/corporate entities? They will do all the possible things to swallow your money.
Even governments are printing money without any proper reserve, then why not these corporate by the name of stablecoins?

I have been continuously emphasizing about the importance of having decentralized stablecoin but I'm not seeing no one is taking any initiative for that. It seems our crypto life is getting highly dependent on stablecoins these days hence this could be the right time to think about having a decentralized stablecoin so that we start using them without worrying about possible ban from governments nor bankruptcy of those corporate.
5700  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE.me - Crypto Casino 🎰 Now Accepting EOS | Roll Hunt | Bonuses on: June 13, 2020, 02:03:16 PM
What do you think of the people who are on many lists all around the crypto gambling world? I mean I have seen many familiar faces (not gonna name any other casino) in at least 4 or 5 other places, those people keep gambling everywhere and be on the list all the time. To respect their privacy I am not going to name them and in other places there are even hidden ones that I suspect could be them as well.
I feel like people who are on many lists are doing that because they rather play in different places to get more attention plus different games might feel a bit different as well. For example you gamble at casino A and you started to win, would you leave? Of course not, but if you start to lose you move to casino B and you start gambling there, if you lose you go to casino C and so forth. That is of course if you have the money, these people probably has a lot of money and that is why they could deposit thousands into each of those websites and could continue to gamble there whenever they want without the need to withdraw and send to the next one, they already have a bankroll on each of those websites. That way they could gamble at different places at the same time as well.
