I don't think it is a wise decision for Bayern Munich to fire Nagelsmann at this moment. Because although Bayern Munich's performance in the Bundesliga is somewhat erratic, the team has been able to perform very well in the Champions League. And in the next match, they are going to face the mighty Manchester City. And I think the change of coach at the moment will have a bad effect on the players of the team. I don't think Munich can win against Manchester City.
I am also very surprised by this dismissal because it can be said that Bayern's performance is not bad, they can still compete strictly in all leagues. What I really doubt is that the squad that Nagelsmann has built will be defended by Tuchel, but that has already happened and we can only give Tuchel a chance to rebuild the Bayern squad. tuchel's first match as coach of bayern is against dortmund, that is an important match because if you win then bayern can return to the top.
Before they decided to sack Nagelsmann I'm sure they had considered what happened to Bayern Munich, including losing their playing style because they were handled by a new coach where there would definitely be differences from his coaching style, one of the forms of play. However, his dismissal was said to be very hasty, especially with the appearance of Bayern Munich, which can still compete very tightly as you said.
This is a new chapter for Bayern Munich this season, I just hope they don't decline with their new coach.
Talking about Bayrrn style of play, It is not going to be different. the only thing I will commend is the individual improvement which in hand will promote the team's performance.
The players will want to show their best to the new coach so as to have first team shirts in his square. Tuchel is a German coach,  he is a good coach and I'm sure bayern Munich's management have seen what they need in him else they wouldn't go for him.
5682  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: March 26, 2023, 06:01:27 PM
Juventus must have watched the match between Sporting Lisbon and Arsenal, which resulted in Arsenal's elimination from the Europa League. They did not waste their counter-attacks against Arsenal and scored as soon as they had the opportunity.
Seeing from how sporting performance against Arsenal, Juventus must be careful enough in facing this club. Although Sporting is not as popular as other clubs in UEFA Europe League, in fact,  they are strong enough so far. So, I think that Juventus must be more serious about facing Sporting. Moreover, Sporting has strong defense and they are also able to optimize even a small chance to make a goal. So, this will be still a very attractive match to wait.

Sporting Lisbon is not a little team, and because of this, I think Juventus will be well-prepared to face them.At this point, I am confident that the Juventus coach won't risk the Sporting match the way Arteta did by not starting his team's first eleven. I also think that this is what ultimately led to extra time and the need for a penalty shootout because I believe Sporting was under a lot of pressure when the Arsenal first eleven occupied the field at later minutes. With juventus present form, it is clearly that juventus superior against Sporting Lisbon, so I anticipate that juventus will advance to the next round according to my view.

Preparation is paramount in every competition. But in one like this, game plan tells the end. When a game plan works the team is automatically the lucky side. But when it fails, the team seems unlucky. Artetta did not risk the match, it was his game plan.  He was confident about it but unfortunately it failed him. Juvin the other side is prepared but will also be coming with their game plan which may work and might not work just as it was in gunner's case.
5683  Economy / Economics / Re: Is renting an inevitable waste of money? on: March 26, 2023, 12:06:13 PM
Renting can be an inevitable waste of money to some to some persons and a prudent expenditure to some persons. For example someone who's trying to improve his life and relocate from rural settlement to urban city might not have the financial strength to outrightly buy a house and because shelter is a basic necessity for him, renting an apartment will be a wise decision. While there are people who has been living in the city for a long time and where able to generate good amount of money and are still engaged in businesses or formal jobs that are fetching them good amount of money and with there financial strength can either buy or build a house when planned well but has continued to to pay rents every year. The later set of people are wasting money that isn't inevitable to waste
5684  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2022/2023 on: March 26, 2023, 11:47:57 AM
I was thinking the same way until I learned that Ronaldo was brought to assist the team and not to do the overall work.
I'm seeing that the expectations is too much on Ronaldo's side and it's not too good. But What people will say isn't a problem, cuz it will have nothing to do with Ronaldo's relationship with the club as people already know his capability.
Ronaldo is only one player in a team with 11 players in each squad and he only contributes the best he can. However, it does not mean he is able to bring his club to success. Sometimes he can but we can not request him to do this every match.

Ronaldo did make some changes in Al-Nassr and for Saudi Professional League in general. He helped the club and the league become more famous globally especially in European countries. With his appearance in the league, many television companies decided to buy television rights of Saudi Professional League and broadcast league matches.

In Al-Nassr, Ronaldo did boost his team-mates to play with more seriously winning desire.

Quote
In PSG,  Neyma,  Messi and mbappe were brought for the same purpose ( trophy win) but if things doesn't turn out that way it still never mean they have failed.
PSG have more star players than Al-Nassr and they must play well even they don't have those trio super star players. I don't think a club with many star players like PSG can not win their matches if they don't have those three super stars in a match.

Despite the enormous expectations from the fans of Al-Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo has really lived beyond those expectations if you ask me and judging by his age. So many people think that the Saudi Pro League isn't as competitive as that of the European leagues so he should be scoring as many goals as possible which I think is not true.
Ronaldo is doing his best for the team and expectations shouldn't be left for him to carry alone but from the 11 players that represents the club in the pitch.  His two goals for his country on Friday shows that he still one his the best in the game but that shouldn't be a reason to expect more than he can give
5685  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: March 26, 2023, 11:36:56 AM
There is a PSG - Lyon game next time and I'm expecting to see PSG winning the game. Their previous game against each other already ended up with a win for PSG. It was a close win but this time PSG should be even more dominant. In Parc des Princes I just expect a win from them comfortably. They just can't risk their league title from now on as it is the only thing they have left.

They were caring about the Champions League the most but they are out of it already. At least they should go for the league title and secure it.
To win the league I believe they will be able to do it, right now they are still leading the table by 7 points from second place. In Ligue 1, the distance of just 7 points is a wide distance, especially since the one with that distance is the strongest team in Ligue 1. I don't even think any other team can catch them in the rest of this Ligue 1 match. They have been eliminated in the Champions League, and there is no reason for them not to try to take the title in Ligue 1.
I think considering how Mbappe played in the national team as well, he will come with a force. Last time that happened again, playing for France makes him fall in love with the game again somehow, or maybe that is just me, but I feel like Mbappe will be a different force again. He played so well against Netherlands and considering all the other teams will be much worse in Ligue 1, we can easily say that there aren't really any team that can stop him.

Neymar has been missing many games just as usual, he never really stayed healthy any season ever, so that is why he was missing once again and I believe that Messi can help to a point but he is not going to be the key, Mbappe will get them that title for sure.
Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi has kept aside their UEFA Champions League elimination and subsequent league match defeat to 5th placed Rennes by the side to produce scintillating performance in with their respective national team. And at the back of the rejuvenated form after the break it'll be a disaster for any team's defense to face duo after the international break and that is why I think they'll comfortably beat Lyon. They'll want to silence the critics that despite their recent drop of form, Paris Saint Germain is still the best and strongest club in France
5686  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: March 26, 2023, 11:27:26 AM
La Liga is the first goal and main target for Xavi in Barcelona and they are not going to lose this chance obviously because they are near to getting the title and their traditional and main competitor Real Madrid is far from them with 12 points difference. Barcelona's second target can Copa del Rey when they have to beat Real Madrid again, but currently, they won't lose the chance to take the title in La Liga.
Luckily Barcelona is currently at the top of the La Liga standings so that Xavi's task is now having to make a strategy so that their defense is not easy to break and maintain its position at the top of the La Liga standings this season, the coach is able to bring Barcelona in a highly expected victory by all Barcelona players.
After disappointing last year now in this season they are already done good job with have Super Cupped and most chances they will win Copa del Roy as they won first leg match at Bernabéu and now second leg match is going to play at Camp Nou on 6th April things are completely in favour of Barcelona for having domestic treble because other semifinalist Osasuna vs Ath Bilbao are not compatible for them which is giving them good advantage and La Liga form is already in their control with 12 points lead from second spotted team Real Madrid mean in this season they have done their homework in better style and now have enough chances for thinking better for the next season which need improved performance and better results with suitable replacements as well because Real Madrid were not able to do these changes which are now hurting them badly for defending title in La Liga.
With Barcelona's superb performance in the league this season, I think the La Liga title is in the club's trophy cabinet already. Xavi Hernandez has really done well for the Barcelona and the last thing he's gonna do right now is to allow the title to slip off their hand.

The fact that Xavi has never won a major trophy as a manager is another reason why he's not gonna let anything stop him from adding the La Liga to his CV. The Barcelona team is out of any European competition and with their current performance in the league it is safe to say that they'll be Spanish champions this season
5687  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 26, 2023, 11:19:10 AM
Chelsea VS Real Madrid, I believe Chelsea will use this opportunity to eliminate Real Madrid for people to believe that things has changed positively in Chelsea club because, their coach has worked on many challenges to allow the players to work together to maintain the winning. Chelsea can loose other titles but it will be difficult for them to loose this champions league title than to try their best to ensure they stand well through the game to prove to people that they are the strongest team in this season. Chelsea will be my favorite team in this game because their coach will like to do something that will make him not to experience sack letter from the Chelsea president.
Maybe beating Real Madrid could be progress against them, but what are their chances of beating Real Madrid in this round? that's the question. The reason is now that Real Madrid has a bigger chance than Chelsea. Chelsea may be focusing on the Champions League after they failed in the Premiere League, but Real Madrid will also feel the same because in La Liga they also have almost no chance now.
Chelsea's UEFA Champions League quarter final tie against Real Madrid I think shouldn't be as easily predictable as so many people thinking. Some football faithfuls are thinking that it'll be an easy pass for Real Madrid while others think that Chelsea will want to prove a point that they're are still one of the giants of European football by eliminating Real Madrid.

That being said I think the fact that the two clubs and especially Chelsea has lost out in winning their respective domestic league and sees the UEFA Champions League trophy as the only their only chance of winning a major silverware this season, they'll be playing to their full strength in that fixture. In as much as I want the Chelsea team to win, realistically, I think Real Madrid are gonna win the tie
5688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 26, 2023, 11:07:59 AM
Also previously Atalanta could only get a draw results against Cremonese in Serie A, even then they played at home Atalanta but Cremonese can make a surprise at there. Later, Atalanta will play away and Cremonese will try their best performance in front of their fans at Giovanni Zini Stadium, so yes Atalanta will not be easy to get three points at there, there is a possibility this game will end with a draw results.
Atalanta's condition still hasn't shown signs of improving and this is actually quite difficult to accept because at the start they were very good, but it's a shame that now they seem to be returning to last season with severe inconsistencies.
Facing Cremonese they can actually win, it's just that with Atalanta's current condition even though it is indeed the only opponent Cremonese who is in the last position at this time it is difficult to really be sure they can win.

Atalanta are so inconsistent they are not even going to qualify for the champions league
If they can be impressive as they did two seasons ago they would qualify
The draw cremonese was predicted they haven't been able to play so good in the seria a
Atalanta has been one of the best Italian clubs in the last four year but have really fell short of their standard and position this season. In 2019/20 season they were UEFA Champions League semi finalist but what has really made them to be inconsistent and struggling this season is what I've not actually looked into.
Against Cremonese I think they'll comfortably win that match though Cremonese who are at the bottom of the league might wanna take at least a point from that game which I don't think will be possible especially now that the fixture is scheduled to hold immediately after the international break
5689  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: March 26, 2023, 10:58:10 AM
Tuchel looks like a good option for Bayern Munich.  While I didn't think it was right to send Nagelsmann off the team, Tuchel was one of the best options available.  Let's see how successful Bayern Munich can be at the beginning.  He also left negative memories in Chelsea, where he last directed.  I hope this doesn't happen with Bayern.
Bayern Munich is completely different place then Chelsea and Bayern Munich is already having few good players which are already doing good job and have chance for improvement which is good advantage for this team with Chelsea were in mess-up and things looking not good with Tuchel was bringing good players but suddenly Chelsea management done bad decision which is still having impact on this team and its performance here now we have 2 weeks International break and after this break three big games which are going to change ways of Bayern Munich and if they are able to win these matches then surely they could be able to have double in this season otherwise they have to wait for the next season for having better results.

Julina Nagelsmann was also good coach, but his tactics were not working in last few weeks so Bayern Munich board take this decision very quickly which is surely going to have impact on this team now it's going into positive or negative for the better result we have to wait for the results in next few days.
Thomas Tuchel is a great football manager who I know would want to repay Bayern Munich's heirarchy decision to sack their manager that wasn't doing too bad and hire him. His style of football adaptable to any team and with the quality squad that Bayern Munich posses, he will want to make history with them.

The two weeks international break even gives him a better advantage to carefully look into the teams remaining fixtures of the season and profer the best style of football that'll help them in winning not just the German Bundesliga but also the UEFA Champions League. His biggest test of his managerial position in Allianz Arena will be in the quarter final tie against Manchester City. He faced Pep Guardiola in the UEFA Champions League final in 2021 and he won and I'm tipping him to eliminate the Citizens again
5690  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: March 26, 2023, 10:49:15 AM
I think what Sporting Lisbon has done for Arsenal has become a more self-confident spirit and mentality for the Lisbon players themselves. I think Juventus must be careful of Sporting Lisbon's counter-attacks, don't let what happened to Arsenal happen to Juventus.
I'm sure Juventus will advance to the next round even though it's not easy to beat Sporting Lisbon.

Juventus must have watched the match between Sporting Lisbon and Arsenal, which resulted in Arsenal's elimination from the Europa League. They did not waste their counter-attacks against Arsenal and scored as soon as they had the opportunity. Juventus' defenders must be on high alert to avoid a repeat of this in their match against Lisbon. Juventus is a strong team that plays better and more quality football than Sporting Lisbon, but that does not mean they will easily defeat them and advance to the next stage of the competition.
Juventus vs Sporting Lisbon quarter final games will be one of the toughest in the round. Juventus after their scandal issues in their domestic league has come back to play great football while getting good results And since they aren't gonna win the Serie A title this season, they'll want to make sure they lift the UEFA Europa League while Sporting Lisbon after eliminating the league leaders of English Premier League will possess that confidence that they can as well beat anyone in competition.
It is a tight fixture to predict if you ask me but I think Juventus are gonna go through after the two legged encounter.
5691  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current Topic: AFCON 2023 QUALIFIERS. on: March 26, 2023, 10:38:55 AM
When we were younger, the Super eagles used to be the pride of Africa and we would always cheer the team in every game showing our support and patriotism with joy but now supporting the Super eagles team only brings pain and disappointment. We have the players, the team is blessed with top professionals but we fail to win games comfortably. The government and politics seem to have major impact and influence on the game, it really has to stop because it is causing more problems than good and soon good players we have abroad will not want to represent the country anymore for the fear of failure and wasting their careers playing for an unserious national team.
Like you rightly said, political interference in the Super Eagles team is one huge problem that has affected the Nigeria national team and for team to flourish in not just Africa but also the world stage, the federal government must allow the team management to make decisions on their own especially on players to call up for games.

But talking about their lost against Guinea-Bissau on Saturday, i think it was caused by tactical errors. The team they never played like a unified team and the fans were relying on the brilliance of star players to win the match which never materialised because the Guinea-Bissau team where disciplined in their defense. Another factor that led to their defeat is that it a belief that the national stadium in Abuja isn't  good ground for the Super Eagles.
5692  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 26, 2023, 10:29:11 AM
It's been a long time since I've seen Chelsea play so poorly. Strange that they still perform well in the CL, although it must be said that they also had a more favorable draw there. Real Madrid will be the final station for this team. It's a lost season, probably without trophies but the only thing they can realize now is to qualify for European football and try to win as many games as possible and deliver good performances, so that they can work towards a new team with this new team. competition and a fresh start. They bought a lot of players, but you can't buy a team and you have to build it.

ya.ya.yo!
Chelsea has not been consistent this season because they are still dealing with injuries and their new players are yet to fully integrate with the Premier League style of play; although they have a great performance in the Champions League as they have advanced to the quarter-finals of the Champions League, they are not assured of progressing because they will face defending champions Real Madrid in the quarter-finals, which could be their final stage because it will be very hard for Chelsea to beat and eliminate Real Madrid in the Champions League this time even though Real Madrid is not also in a good form.
This season is like a nightmare for Chelsea. They have spent a lot of money in the transfer window, and they even did a change of coaches but that doesn't seem to be a solution for them. Poor performance is indeed part of the responsibility of the players and coaches but it would not be fair to blame them entirely because I think that the root of Chelsea's problem is the change in management after Roman Abramovich was no longer part of Chelsea. The only prestigious thing that Chelsea might be able to get is the champions league trophy. It won't be easy but Chelsea still has a chance as long as they work tooth and nail for it.
I wouldn't say that Chelsea's problems this season is entirely on the manager Graham Potter but I'll say it is majorly his style of football that has kept Chelsea where they are this season because he's not outrightly convinced us that he can manage big club like Chelsea with those boring and unexciting style of football. The new Chelsea owner got it all wrong in sacking Thomas Tuchel because of the poor results at the beginning of the season. Chelsea would have been better in better position by now if he was still the coach.
For Bayern Munich to sack their manager that's lost just three games and hire Tuchel is another indication that Chelsea owner got it all wrong in sacking the same manager. Chelsea has won the Champions League in season's that they weren't the favorite to win it but that doesn't mean that they're gonna do it this time, I don't see Chelsea winning the Champions League with a certain Graham Potter.

Napoli can sell Victor Osimhen for 150 million euros to Newcastle. But Osimhen should find the best new destination is Man United, where coach Erik ten Hag will help him shine and be more expensive than currently, Man United is the land for him to conquer big titles.
Here one thing is sure that Napoli will sell Victor Osimhen but what is price it's not clear because currently their focus is Champions League where they are going to face AC Milan in quarter-final and then have fair chance to go into final which will surely increase value and price of this player because if they won double then surely this could be one of the best thing for this player and Napoli.

Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal were already having enquiry about him but now with the interest of Newcastle United we have big change because this is going to be increase price of Osimhen and Napoli will also try to do things for their own sack because Newcastle United is also now looking for big jump after having good season at the top and Osimhen can bring better results for them as well.
Victor Osimhen undoubtedly have had a magnificent and monumental season so far with Napoli. Statistics shows that this is his best season in club football and it's not a surprise that so many European giants are trying to get his services in the summer because who wouldn't want such a prolific striker in his club? No one I think. Because of Napoli's limited financial strength when compared to other big European clubs it is 99% sure that he's not gonna play for the club beyond this season but Victor and his agent must know the basic factors to consider before accepting any offer.

At 24, he should know that he still has a long career to protect and achieve even more football achievements. Though financial package is basic factor for every employee but I think he should be more concerned with clubs that can fit in his style of football.

Planning avoids unnecessary expenses because when one fails to plan, he has planned to fail. So planning helps one to cut his unnecessary expenditure by carefully analysing and knowing what's best for him at a particular time. Scale of preference is only used by those who plan ahead of time which is why they would identify their essential needs, buy those essential needs thereby saving themselves from unnecessary spending. So it's actually very good to plan before spending

Thomas Tuchel will receive contracts in the next hours to sign as new Bayern coach — contract will be valid until June 2025, two year & half deal as expected. #FCBayern

First training session, on Monday.

Tuchel didn’t hesitate — he was leading candidate and wanted the job.

I think this decision was very sudden especially because Julian Nagelsmann has successfully brought Bayern Munich to this stage. But good, this is good news for Manchester City and not bad news.
I read in an article Guardiola have a five wins against Tuchel in their ten matches, meanwhile Tuchel was only able 3 wins and the rest match with a draws. This is a good statistics for Guardiola, also current Manchester City squad is really great, so I also assume that is good news for Manchester city. Previously I predicted Bayern Munich would be able to stop Manchester City in UCL, but now I'm not too sure.
The past records of the coaches involved has always been a good way of predicting their matches,  but I don't think Guardiola vs Tuchel record will be a good way of measuring the possible outcome for this season UEFA champion league clash between Bayern and Manchester city.
Personally  I see that Bayern Munich sacked their coach not just for a rejuvenation in the domestic league performance but also for this purpose. In a thousand count I will bet on bayern to win this match.
5696  Economy / Economics / Re: Lending money or damaging family bond ? on: March 24, 2023, 10:46:07 PM
One big lesson I've learnt in life about lending money is that the whenever you want to lend money to a family member or friend who you don't trust his financial worthiness, the amount should not be more than what you can let go for him/her. Some family members will or friends do borrow money they perfectly know in their herat that they are not gonna pay back. So instead allowing a lended money to damage family bond, it's better not to lend in the first place

In the next transfer window, Africans will future more.im really impressed in the performance in this qualification competition. The likes of koulou, Tapsoba,  Shalulile, Marmosh, etc are players who's name has already been booked for league movement due to their commitment and effort in this qualification matches.
If only that Nigerians players have already gotten place in international clubs I will say many of them have been booked. Black players are powerful its the reason England clubs have strong affinity them. We expecting their arrival in england

Currently, the world is experiencing what I term as  "Global Economic Challenge" which means almost all the countries of the world is experiencing economic difficulties. But that of my country is absolutely abnormal and weird. The governmental financial policies of my country has even worsen the economic situation which has closed down so many businesses thereby skyrocketing the price of goods and services from the very few businesses that are still in operation. So as a result of all these things, it has become too difficult for citizen of my country to make a good living. The price of getting a single meal in my country is less than a dollar but just 30% percent of the total population can afford it daily.
5699  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: March 24, 2023, 10:26:14 PM
I also agree with what you are saying because it is clear that in Ligue1 there is no stronger team than PSG so that other teams who want to prevent PSG from winning in Ligue1 will always find it difficult. Because PSG still has the best players who can still contribute better to the PSG team this season. So there is no stronger reason for another team to beat PSG in Ligue1, be it this season or next season if the other team doesn't have good enough players to be very consistent in the season to come.
As long as PSG is consistent and leads the standings, during that time they have a great chance to win the title. While PSG have also failed to win the title, for example in the 2016/2017, 2020/2021 seasons, but the rest they have dominated the title.

This season people will not worry even if PSG lost 4 times in 28 matches. PSG still leads the standings with a 7-point advantage over its closest rival, and Ligue 1 only has 10 matches left. Logically, PSG is a team that will be champions, but we don't know what will happen in the remaining 10 matches of the season.
Lol..... 7 points is too small for a true fan to bost. As long as I know that Is less than 3 matches. If they lose 3 matches 7 point is gone. pSG will not lose the title no doubt but the result they keep producing is quite detrimental to the image of the club.
Even with the present of the giant personalities, they still keep losing matches that we're supposed to be a clear 3 points for them. I'm only saying the title will still be theirs because there's no other contenders who is at least a fraction as strong as pSG.
5700  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the government can really make a way to end poverty or it depends on us? on: March 24, 2023, 10:23:20 PM
When it comes to poverty alleviation, the government has a huge part to play and individuals who are also not comfortable with their impoverishment also has their part to play.
Governmental policies goes a long way in ending or minimizing  the poverty ratio of a particular society because it the government policies that creates enabling environment for trade and commerce to thrive and also it some governmental policies that can as well cripple the economy thereby causing more number of people of the said society to remain in poverty
Then individually we can also end poverty by meaningfully engaging in activities that'll yield us good financial returns like engaging in business, scientific research and findings, technological innovations etc.
