5681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Everyone already knows about bitcoin" no.. no they do not.. on: November 23, 2016, 04:46:25 PM
I agree that not a lot of people know about bitcoin, even for example those who know about it seems like care nothing to follow it and I think it's because of the technical knowledge required to deal with crypto currencies.
5682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: R.I.P Ethereum - The Pre-Mined ScamCoin is dead on: November 23, 2016, 04:42:03 PM
Every time someone says ETH is dead and suddenly we see the price goes back to $12 or more, looks like the market doesn't care much about these kind of fuds.
5683  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DECENTRALIZED crypto currency (including Bitcoin) is a delusion (any solutions?) on: November 22, 2016, 09:45:06 PM
One thing you failed to notice could be that anyone in crypto can be the centralized figure, it doesn't limit you to do so like governments with fiat.
It all goes back to the code and nothing more.
5684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zdash Private Secure Transactions [bounties][Mining Starts Nov 22 9PM GMT] on: November 22, 2016, 08:11:31 PM
Shouldn't we be able to mine lots of coins at start with a simple laptop just like bitcoin when it was launched?
Did bitcoin have any pool when was launched by satoshi or everyone could easily solo mine it?
5685  Other / Off-topic / Re: what do you think about live after dead....? believe it or not..? why..? on: November 22, 2016, 06:53:12 PM
Of course I do not believe in afterlife. Only people with low IQ does. There is absolutely zero scientific evidence that any kind of reincarnation of humans would be possible. I don't believe in heaven, not in hell.

After we die there is simply nothing. Just like before you were born. Just like when animals die. You just die, simple as that. It always amazes me how adults can seriously believe otherwise.
Talking about IQ and that does though Smiley, that is the whole point to believe in the impossible.
People burning their dead in hopes of making it impossible for God to remake them you knew that? how short minded people are.
I really strongly believe in death after life.
We all do.
Everything is material.
There is no soul and there is no life after dead.
You could say that about dreams, explain to me if you are not dying every night you go to sleep.

What happens if this project fails at last minute? all the participants get nothing is that correct?
At least Iconomi ran a btc weekly paid campaign to make sure that people stick around and be serious.
5688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best cryptocurrency to invest for 2017 ? on: November 21, 2016, 12:42:54 PM
I think we might be looking for some failures and as usual some victories and to this point appears that ETH is the only token you could somehow rely on because a few big contracts are actually running and operating on it's block chain.
But who knows right? maybe Iconomi surprises us mid next year.
5689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Inventing the Altcoin on: November 21, 2016, 12:31:58 PM
So far I think its only people or organizations that are trying to create a new crypto currency to just be out there and maybe one day compete with bitcoin. But what if a government decides to create a country's own and legit altcoin? How would that affect the whole scenario? Will it be an instant success, especially if the country is big enough in population or has decent enough international trading going on.
I guess you were sleep this all time dude, governments are already doing this just by transferring bits of code as valued credits and then you could get your hands on paper cash at the end just like any crypto currency.
Also using open source ledger stops the governments influence that's why they use as closed source.
5690  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: November 21, 2016, 12:24:45 PM
I have to ask what stops people from demanding more ICN than since the launch?
Is Iconomi success dependent on bitcoin price rising or other work around being done for profit making?
I'd get in big time if really going to get paid some juicy dividends.
5691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GNT] Golem Project - The world’s most powerful supercomputer on: November 21, 2016, 12:15:46 PM
Looks like all the talk here is only about the price and exchanges and such with no interest in discussion in the project itself.
Seems more like everyone are just here to make a quick buck whether or not if this thing going to produce those bucks Smiley.
5692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: PassLfix - Revolutionizing the Parcel System on: November 20, 2016, 05:42:35 PM
This seems like a failed attempt to force government to adopt or accept the use of block chain and smart contracts.
I don't know how could you even consider such project.
5693  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can someone really explain which coins are truly anonymous? on: November 20, 2016, 02:37:09 PM
When you think about it you'll see there is only one way to stay anonymous and that is to avoid any transactions all together because one way or another your information are recorded somewhere, so only thing needed to identify you is for someone to have access to that information.
5694  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are coins with huge whole digits a good thing? on: November 19, 2016, 08:00:27 PM
It is good in your dreams like imagine what happens if each coin rises to $1 then you could become filthy rich just by mining a few blocks Smiley.
Not a good thing.
5695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ▐[ANN] [TRUMP] TrumpCoin - The Currency Dedicated to Making America Great Again▌ on: November 19, 2016, 07:55:06 PM
Despite the sudden drop in price 2 days after election surprisingly trump coin started to rise up again and I love these kind of price fluctuation that makes me wanna more to be involved with trading.
5696  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: viabtc.com will be launching cloud mining service on: November 18, 2016, 10:07:06 AM
ViaBTC.com is pool of bitcoin mining and ViaBTC claims that it has set up a 2.4 PH/s data center running on Bitmain’s AntMiner S9 mining equipment. The total hashing power of ViaBTC’s cloud mining infrastructure can be bought by individuals and companies to be a part of the Bitcoin Unlimited mining community, and gain a portion of the mining rewards as a return on investment. However, the Bitcoin Core followers haven’t taken this development lightly. Some have even labeled the ViaBTC‘s cloud mining service as a scam.
How do you think about this service? Is it will become trusted service or not. Thanks
What do you mean unlimited bitcoins? are you talking about bitcoin's clones/forks?
Cloud mining isn't profitable even with cheap power and hardware, only if you are a manufacturer and using a solar energy supply.
But if by any chance they have the both in pocket then pictures, videos, locations addresses, owners info and a clear pricing offered would be a good indication for people to decide whether it could earn any real profit or not.
I am doubt you read carefully about my posting but i make clear especially for you,
the unlimited comunity of miners and it is not unlimited bitcoins or bitcoin's clones or forks
i am talking about ViaBTC.com that will be launching cloud mining service. Hope answers your question.
My bad about that part, but still I don't think the mining community would be unlimited as it is actually limited due to difficulty and big farms taking over, it's limited to places with very cheap power supply and also the best hardware as we can see few companies failed and vanished in competition.
Anyways some links would be great, or some videos maybe?
5697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GNT] Golem Project - The world’s most powerful supercomputer on: November 18, 2016, 09:57:17 AM
Why ICO while the buyers are not the ones renting nor the ones lending, how can I get paid if I decided to rent my computers when all the tokens are in the hands of investors and the dev team?
Shouldn't this be mined as we put more computational power in the system then we mine more but this time only our power is not used for mining but used by people renting it and then they could have paid the rent in ETH maybe?
5698  Other / Meta / Re: What's your "Report to Moderator" % rate at? on: November 18, 2016, 09:38:58 AM
The only things I hate most are the male enhancement and skin care ads in bitcoin discussion section.
I rarely report any other posts maybe 2 or 3 but total I think I'm at 50 with 96%.
And frankly I can't afford to spend time on things other than stupid and completely unrelated to crypto with brand new accounts Smiley.

5700  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Desperate move: ISIS fighters using 600 suicide bomber dogs against Iraqi forces on: November 18, 2016, 05:49:29 AM
• The ISIS terror group is using 600 dogs as suicide bombers
• By using the animals as suicide bombers, ISIS retains its human soldiers to be used in more important attacks throughout the region
• The new cowardly strategy by ISIS has been futile since the doomed canines were hit by Iraqi heat-seeking missiles before they reach their targets

ISIS fighters in Iraq are resorting to desperate and deadly defensive measures to hinder the Iraqi forces that are moving closer into their stronghold in the city of Mosul. The terrorists are now using dogs in place of humans as suicide bombers.

According to Inquisitr, Fahmi Abbas, an officer from the Iraqi Armored Units, said Isis operatives are strapping dogs with suicide vest before sending them to locations where Iraqi forces are stationed and then blow them up by remote control.

By using the animals as suicide bombers, ISIS retains its human soldiers to be used in more important attacks throughout the region.

The Sun notes that the new cowardly strategy by ISIS has been futile since the doomed canines were hit by Iraqi heat-seeking missiles before they reach their targets.

In the statistics released by the Iraqi Army, during the 19 days of the operation to retake the city of Mosul from the control of ISIS, more than 100 suicide bombing attacks have been recorded, although it is not clear how many of those were human or canine.

Abbas said the Iraqi Army is aware of the desperate tactics used by ISIS and are on the lookout for anything unusual among the stray dogs in Mosul.

The military official also said that they are expecting that the terrorists might use other animals for suicide bombing attacks.

after reading that article i can't imagine how coward and evil that ISIS group is, they are using this innocent animal for suicide bombing in order to retains their soldiers . I also can't imagine if they will start to do this evil tactics to the innocent child i hope it's not going to happen .
It's not their own choice, so it's not suicidal bombing it is just remote bombing by live carriers.
I wonder if they can use mice or flies Smiley.
It will never end this war as long as main players continue to support in any way possible the both sides.
As we can see both USA and Russia are involved so basically they are fighting against each other.
