Regardless of your interpretation, the flag on CryptoSparks is a perfect example of a Level 1 Flag being used perfectly for what it was intended. The flag was placed, some people invested anyway, and got creamed.
"Indiscriminate shotgunning of users"... what bullshit. This isn't true in the slightest. The only reason you're still typing is because you cannot bear being proven wrong, even though you are wrong on this forum on a near daily basis.
What is it you think you are actually doing besides defending a con artist? You're basically just trolling. You don't actually contribute jack to shit and have officially become just another cryptohunter... Lost their mind after receiving a negative trust for being an incessant asshole.

Matchups for the wildcard weekend.
AFC
No. 3 New England Patriots vs. No. 6 Tennessee Titans
No. 4 Houston Texans vs. No. 5 Buffalo Bills
NFC
No. 3 New Orleans Saints vs. No. 6 Minnesota Vikings
No. 4 Philadelphia Eagles vs. No. 5 Seattle Seahawks
What are your predictions?
Immediately I'd take the Patriots over Titans and Saints over Vikings... the other 2 games I gotta do some thinking on. Last year I called all 7 post season games correctly, don't want to ruin my post season streak by being too hasty. I went all in on the 49ers -6.5. ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) What a game! Glad I watched it. Action packed down to the last second. A great final play to end the regular season... Could have been a touchdown for either team, but instead it was a completed pass that came up just short of the goal line.

Objecting to the methodology used to tag him does not equal defending him. If we gave the police unlimited power to search people's homes without a warrant, no doubt they would find plenty of drug dealers and other criminals. The problem with that is it also strips the innocent of all of their rights. That has always been my complaint with this issue, it was based on speculation and guesses, not facts.
You are defending him ipso facto pretending its simply a matter of him being a bad trader. You are wrong here. Your analogies carry no weight, because yet again I have to remind you this isn't a court room. Its not a justice system, and nobody is being tried or even accused of committing any crimes. Nobody has "rights" on this forum. All usage of it is a privilege that could be revoked at any second, for any reason. Not that we have the power to ban users anyway. Level 1 flags are based on speculation. The text in a Level 1 flag reads: Warning: One or more bitcointalk.org users have reported that they strongly believe that the creator of this topic is a scammer. Key word: believe. The text guideline for leaving a negative trust rating reads: You think that trading with this person is high-risk Key word: think. Usage of either component does not have to be based on "facts." They are both guided by personal opinion. The flag system is being used correctly here, as is the trust rating system. here it is:
Thanks for sharing the specifics of your experience.

My personal opinion is that Viva-e exchange is a scam and is owned by the same operators behind Btc-e and Wex. I have said this on a thread that was mysteriously deleted from Bitcointalk forum.
Why do you keep saying "mysteriously deleted?" Are you a troll, are you a liar, or are you just stupid? You must be at least one of those things because I and others have explained to you why it was deleted several times. You responded to a self-moderated thread of a banned troll. So either he deleted the thread or a mod deleted it after he was banned. It was the same thread you referenced in your bullshit flag against me. Also as I've told you before, if you feel so strongly about this issue, open your own thread about it and stop posting about it in this one, as it is off-topic.

Steelers got trounced ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) glad I missed a poor performance from RGIII... That guy was my MVP for two short years. Fun to watch. Didn't watch that game as it ran from 5:25 - ~8 AM here, but I am watching the 49ers/Seahawks game. Shaping up to be a good one. 49ers TD seemingly; under review.

Steelers have made it to the post season in the last 4/5 years. I think even without Big Ben they'll manage to pull some tricks from out of their sleeves in order to secure the W. I upped my line on this one to -2.5 when placing my bet.

Being a bad trader still doesn't make him a scammer.
He misrepresented his abilities in every way possible, from overinflating the importance of backtest data to claiming to have a bankroll he did not have to altering his graphs to reflect a performance that did not exist. Yet you're still defending him.

We are more than halfway through my first month, and no profit to show.
Sounds like at least some bot users were hit with another loss, this time 23.5%, around Christmas. Care to share with us your results now? I honestly hope you're not at -60% like some seem to be. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FitBWIEr.png&t=664&c=QcudES9YW0uZ6w)

butthurt mumbling
Members of this thread provided solid evidence that TradeSatoshi was a scam. You chose to ridicule them and call them scammers without providing any evidence of such. Now you are going around claiming other exchanges are scams without providing any evidence, probably in an attempt to draw the attention away from your scam defending past. Stop your incoherent ramblings. Either contribute to the forum in a positive manner or just fuck off already.

Can't change the poll, we're already 5 votes in. The line is pretty tight, and Steelers need the game to get a wildcard spot. The 2 teams for the other exciting matchup are already shoe-ins for the playoffs.

blah blah blah
If you were interested in "peace" you would stop talking shit about me in random threads that you have nothing to do with. Everybody can see what is going on here. You're a disgruntled scammer seeking revenge. But let's ignore that for a moment and try focusing on answering this question: Why did you turn your back on Trade Satoshi, from supporting it to now saying its a scam? I just want to know why. Also, you said you called Trade Satoshi a scam several months back, so prove it. Oh, that is a serious accusation, of calling me a scammer, when i have not traded any money with anyone here. I am sure you or anyone can see my posts in my history and decide by themselves if i am a scammer or not. I never supported Tradesatoshi, i came here to bitcointalk because someone keep spamming that link about that tradesatoshi is a scam on a discord channel If i deserve a negative trust because apparently i am Tradesatoshi staff because you say so then you deserve the the same negative trust for being a bitblender staff and supporting other scams like VIVA-e You see, the rules of this forums are for everyone for equal. And why you are asking me all those questions, trying to make me talk? I am sure you will use my words to continue incriminating me with your lies... ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) sorry, dear friend. have you ever seen viva-e.com scamming?? do you have any proofs or you are just kidding? I am the owner and the creator of viva-e. and if you have any (even any) fact that I (or viva-e) scammed anyone, I am ready to pay back any amount. If you will not be able to prove your words by facts, then you are the real scammer and the most boolshit here. Interesting. The Viva-e scam thread was mysteriously deleted from the scam forum. When i wrote on that thread someone was very vocal about Viva-e not being a scam. Do you have any proof that Viva-e is not a scam? Viva-e uses the same design and script of other two sites that exit scammed, so convince me that Viva-e will not exit scam like the others? ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FjItIeRw.jpg&t=664&c=_XFufipX5rBT8Q) I already explained it to you at least 2 times already: the thread did not "mysteriously disappear." It was a self-moderated thread started by a banned troll. So either he deleted it or a moderator did, because he was engaging in ban evasion. The burden of proof is on you to prove that Viva-E is a scam exchange -- not on anyone else to prove that its not. Now that you were caught promoting a scam exchange you just go around and claim everything else is a scam as well. Whatever it is you are attempting to prove, well, it isn't working.

He lives on Planet Troll. I've had him on ignore for about a year now. Reading his post that you quoted reminded me why.

Hey all, any of you guys know what Bruno’s alt is now? He changes accounts like most people change socks. I need to sent him a pm and can’t seem to find an alt more current than April 2019.
Well, I know he's been out of the action for a while due to real life things I'm not sure I should mention, but your best bet is to PM his Phinnaeus Gage account, as that's the one he uses most often. He can also be reached on Telegram: @BrunoKucinskas

Nobody's pointed out the obvious yet:
Trump didn't write that letter.
There's no way he would use the word "solemnity." His vocabulary has about 100 words in it, and that's not one of them. There's a lot of phrases that he uses and pointless exclamation marks to give the appearance he might have written it, but he doesn't have the attention span to write something this long. No way he spent more than 20 minutes concerning himself with this project.
History won't remember this letter, but it will remember that he was impeached.

Hahaha, what a thread! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) What is this, the Coinsbit canteen, everyone posting on it seems to work for them? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Yeah TAGZ, the only exchange in the world that lies about its volume more than the Solodovnyk Shit... ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fs3.cointelegraph.com%2Fstorage%2Fuploads%2Fview%2Fc854b0d08b86088b2891bff3036269e9.jpg&t=664&c=ITuS1Q65I1AN3A) If TAGZ, P2PB2B and Coinsbit's lies about volume were to be believed, then those three shit exchanges have a combined volume of SIX BILLION DOLLARS IN 24 HOURS!!!Do you scammers have no idea how ridiculous this is? Its one guy who runs like 50 different accounts. He just talks to himself all day long, every day. Business has been slow, but Coinsbutt is the one company stupid enough to have hired a negative trusted spam farm. He probably didn't tell them that he is no longer bumping the thread to the top of the ANN section with each post. Scammers scamming scammers, I suppose.

Winrate.eu operates illegal without valid license because the usage right contract between WRate Holding B.V. and 1668/JAZ license holder is invalid because the key terms and conditions "under its supervision and responsibility" are intentionally not fulfilled!
You're the least trusted member on this forum. All you do is take other peoples' money and lose it. Why would anyone respect your opinion? You should resolve the multiple, outstanding scam accusations against you before attempting to conduct further business on this forum.

Reposted from their ANN thread: Another way to protect MUSD price, as you can see there are no any airdrops or free distribution.
![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Nobody gives a "stablecoin" away for free. It just doesn't happen. I do not trust this project at all. Why you do not trust this project, Because you do not know any information about the project. You even do not know this is not stablecoin.
Please read some information about the projects before talking about it. I read everything there was to read about it, which isn't much. You're basically promising that its price will never go below a certain level without explaining why. Regardless, clearly on Sept. 26th you said you would never give it away for free, then on Dec 18th you have an ad for "FREE MUSD." So... what happened to make you change your mind? I suspect in addition to your one obviously fake team member, the rest of your team is fake as well. Let's look at Elisabeth Merk as an example, your "Financial Specialist." Here is the picture of her on your webpage: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FgmuTFLT.png&t=664&c=f5kyH6My3RkFJw) Here is a picture of her at her current job, working at a music school for children: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FkQl7tux.png&t=664&c=pPBLaFFzCmN1Yw) Which is odd because the LinkedIn profile you've created for her doesn't say anything about this job. If your token actually had a mechanism in place to prevent the price from dropping below 17 cents, you would have mentioned it somewhere. I'm 80% sure this project is a scam.
