Exactly, that is what driving the growth of bitcoin gambling sites and in effect bitcoin too. Unfortunately, gambling bad effects to man may also grow. Easy access to gambling sites may increase the negative effect of gambling to people because they can easily be addicted to it. But, of course, it would be beneficial to most bitcoin users. I just hope the good effects out weight the bad ones over time.
Well gambling with fiat is not that hard as well, so I think it won't increase the level of addiction that much, but I understand what you are saying and you have a point. But I think people will always find a way to gamble if they want so I don't feel bad for the bitcoin exponential grow, and I hope it continues. Bitcoin exponential growth will still continues if bitcoin gambling will become more popular and I think gambling in fiat is still pretty addicting too just like in bitcoin gambling, because real casinos are the starters of gambling addiction so bitcoin gambling just got it to a next level by involving other people who can't afford to go to real casino games! when it comes to "online" gambling then nothing can take the place of bitcoin. gambling with fiat is just too messy, and so it is much easier to just pick bitcoin instead as a replacement. mostly because of the small fees that it has especially if you are investing a large amount (it is not percentage base like other payments with fiat) The online world has a good benefits to the people because by it we can explore many things that would interest us. Right now the biggest interest of the people is gambling and with the help of bitcoin they were able to gamble safely and anonymously. Imagine what bitcoins bring to us, we can gamble without divulging our personal information and I am pretty sure that in the near future many sites will be available. that's true. although we are not there yet. online gambling is not yet that much popular among the majority of people and also in some countries there are some rules against gambling which makes it tough for the business to thrive, because no matter how much anonymity bitcoin is offering some people would not do it if it is against the law. |

there is no money doubling in the real world except scams. there is no business or legit people or company that gives you double the amount of investment 100% profit for just investing with them unless you have some business yourself that is booming right now which is rare. |

so far "bitcoin" has proven that it is profitable to hold it. it can be because of the halving that the price has been rising but also it can be because of many other reasons such as more popularity of bitcoin and also more adoption that has been increasing lately. |

bitcoin has been rising on such a good rate lately i am so satisfied with the rise so far. and also i am expecting this rise to continue down this path so by the end of May price will be higher than $500 at the very least and we might see a very good stable price above $500

i don't think that is completely true. because any business that is legitimate and is working under the laws of a country, is subjected to taxes so they will ask for taxes no matter what you use. for example purchasing games from steam, still has taxes |

I see it has potential. And I can sell/buy my stuff on it, for less. It is nice that you are opening a store and so you are also make Bitcoin more popular and used and that is perfect for the currency. But you have also to promote it more to make it more popular so that is important. Well you not gonna make it more popular if you do it on the openbazaar to be honest because with the open bazaar only users that using the bitcoin are on it. that is a good thing because if OpenBazzar becomes popular enough like eBay then people will use bitcoin more and it helps bitcoin to grow. also i might be mistaken but i think you can use any form of payment there, fiat included. |

it doesn't matter at all, actually i think the fact that the creator of bitcoin (satoshi nakamoto) is just an alias, or in other words an anonymous identity makes it more exciting because one of the features of bitcoin is this exact anonymity that can be achieved if anybody likes.

anything that tries to separate bitcoin and blockchain and only take the blockchain (the technology alone) is considered an altcoin which has nothing to do with bitcoin.

i really love how bitcoin has been rising these past few months, the overall is only rise and also the rise is consistent and slow. from time to time there is a drama that causes the rise to stop or backtrack a little bit but it can no longer push price down for long, and bitcoin is soon back on track.

nah, apart from the obvious spam fest, i think it should not be closed. this is a big lesson for everybody. from time to time somebody bumps one of these FUD topics from these known FUD spreaders kwukduck and a couple of others, and it proves their real intentions. and shows they are full of it whenever they say it is going to fall under xyz. |

these things take time, you won't see people change their normal ways just because there is a second option even if it is a better option. and it has always been this way not only with bitcoin but with everything it takes time for people to realize these things and embrace the change.

they might have some kind of control in mining because of the mining farms there that have the accumulated hashing power in total but i don't see anything worrying here, they mine bitcoin because they can and it is profitable for them.

I know having a gambling problem is hard because there is not such dose of medicine that can cure it, you need to seek help from the expert or the best option talk to your families and friends. yes, to stop gambling you really need a lot of support. you need professional support to teach you how to deal with the urge but 90% of the other time, you still need peer pressure and care from loves one. Better to go in psychiatrist to ask how to prevent and ask for a solution.. and i think they can give the best solution for you.. it really depends on the person and their problems. i mean it is different in accordance with how big a problem somebody has. for many people the gambling problem is just an easy light addiction that can be cured by getting busy with a hobby. seeking professional help from a psychiatrist is for serious cases of gambling addiction only. |
