Well, if the scalability of bitcoin can't be addressed first there's nothing much can do si BSP rito if you're talking of mass adoption of crypto even dito sa Pilipinas kasi on my point of view what drives some people to use some of it is just the hope of getting some "kita" out of it.

Edit: Those are just only surveys for digital transactions, it hasn't been specified talaga na karamihan diyan ay mga crypto enthusiast from crypto transactions like using InstaPay using coins.ph platform, right? I am hoping there is also a separate survey regards sa digital transactions for crypto though sa bitpinas news it mentioned there the use of Blockchain and cryptocurrency transfers but we don't have just to assume we should have some data from it.

There are no limitations, even a user has 0 posts or just Brand New member he can buy it. See examples below of users that buy the membership but has 0 posts, it's just so weird they just buy it by and just leave it, anyways I don't know the reason behind it, I just give you an example.

I have some crypto coins in me as well pero ganyan din sa inyo yung mga mumurahin lang pero next time I'll try to get some mas preder ko yung mga loaded kasi more on sa collectible siya parang asset na rin if you'll just keep it kasi may loaded na btc or other crypto.
