Налоговая не будет заниматься анализом блокчейна. Если криминал, найдут профессионалов. Ели это житель Голожопкино, то его отследят по приходу денег на счет. Как работает эта система и как зарабатывают операторы. Налоговая не работает с кассами и они поручают специальным организациям- операторам фискальных данных( ОФД) передавать все данные в налоговую в структурированном виде. ОФД может отследить вас по анализу больших данных. Карты, емайлы, вай фай телефона, мак адреса и тд, собрать все это в базу и передать налоговой. В МСК эти системы работают в крупных ТЦ для отслеживания средних чеков, профилей покупателей и продают эти данные рекламным компаниям. В Голожопкино такого пока нет, потому что дорого, а возможно через сколько то лет станет практикой. Заведите разные емайл адреса для бирж, для электронных чеков и для обменников. Понятно что если вы укажите везде 1 или 2 адреса то понять чем вы занимайтесь легко. Не ставьте на телефон различные приложения от ТЦ, они видят другие установленные приложения и формируют ваш профиль- хорошо что пока для продажи рекламщикам. |

Законодатель говорит что если вы купили криптовалюты на 50 тысяч а продали на 100 тысяч, то это иной доход( Раздел 2 декларации НДФЛ 3) то вы платите (100000-50000)х13% Проблема возникает при подтверждении расходов: биржи не предоставляют документов, обменники тоже, при майнинге вы не сможете подтвердить и .. Вы с любой полученной суммы обязаны платить 13%. Если вернутся к примеру, то при покупке за 150 тысяч и продаже за 100 вы тоже обязаны заплатить налог если не сможете подтвердить расходы. А будем мы эту фигню иногда сами у себя покупать с левого анонимного аккаунта любителя искуства, если уж ещё какой чудак будет их покупать, то тем более никаких возражений.
И усю крипту наша дружная семейка обязательно легализует.
