For me, the purpose of playing gambling is not just to get rich. But for me to amuse myself, because I play gambling for my hobby and winning is one of the goals for gambling. If I lose, I will stop and play again next time.

You didn't solve the government's taxation, you only made it simple! because as long as there's a centralized third party that is handling the information of the user and the connected wallet to him/her, then the government can do whatever they want.
In my opinion, the only way to avoid taxation is to use decentralized third parties like exchanges. That way, they can't track your earning as long as you don't report it.
But i don’t think we really need to avoid taxation? This is what i am asking for long time since we are profiting from this market,what is the main reason why people that getting money from something is wanting to be free from taxes? And besides this is the only way for crypto to finally hit the top,but first we must be aware of the coming KYC if this taxing implemented . |

Yes, making mistakes in gambling should be avoided especially if that will lead to addiction because that is a serious disease where you don't only make yourself miserable but especially those people who relies on you, like your family.
and this will save us from being a desperate person sooner,because this will bring us in shit living if addiction controls our life. I've been addicted once in my life but I'm thankful it wasn't that serious and I was able to restore the trust of my family to me.
Realizing early is important so damage is not that serious yet.

it is really alarming having this thoughts because the most affected parties for sure are Miners,but we are getting close to mined all bitcoins so it means for the next year bitcoin will conitue to grow even without halving,and besides even if they stopped mining?we have enough volume of bitcoin to be used so the chance of bullying is always there.though the effect will punish some,but reward many.. Definitely it will, it might take a while, but it will get there.
Btc has come a long way and the journey has not been very smooth, but one thing is certain, it always triumphs

i think i am way too far from this lifestyle mate because the availability of cryptocurrency to use in my country is limited ,meaning i can only pay bills but first need some conversions ,and also limited areas where i can buy goods and foods using my bitcoin so for me?this is a advantage defend on where you are located and hows your government stands towards cryptocurrency. I don't think people want to use USD. We have to. If the number of businesses accepting USD and Bitcoin is equal, which do you think will be used more? I can't give that a definite answer, but people have to try this freedom.

Bitcoin's will surely have good days ahead post halving but which will be the most valuable altcoin for 2020? I vouch on Ethereum and Tron but I would like to know expert's opinion as it would help other members while choosing their altcoin investment as altcoin does pump along with bitcoin so those who cannot afford to invest into bitcoin can invest into altcoins.
I will be for Ethereum and Ripple mate as i am sure that the number 2 currency will spike together with bitcoin next year and Ripple as centralized currency will make another way just like what he did last year. IMO ADA - Cardano in 5-10 years will be unbeatable!

We all are aware of bitcoin halving and most of the users are discussing about a possible bitcoin pump post halving which might or not not give pump to the value of altcoins. So do you think halving will provide openings for altcoins with a pump or altcoins will continue to be bearish in 2020?
in the first quarter of 2020?for sure we will still see this bearishness as continuation of what we have in 2019,but in 2nd quarter i think we will start to see some changes and may take small profit in our daily activities here in forum,but in 3rd some good vibes will surely in the air because the effect of bitcoin halving will take place and we will be needing to wait for the 4th quarter as this will bring us another ATH(hopefully will come before the year ends) |

I lived in this misconception, once before the New Year I had a good profit, and it happened again 2 years in a row.
I thought I was more lucky when the New Year.

In my opinion there are many reasons one gambles and unfortunately these can be shaped by the misfortunate environment we grew up in.
exactly mate that is why there are many gamblers that looks into gambling as a profiteering area and they can't stop trying their luck time after time,it is like Lottery bettors that even having difficult time to win yet continuing their desire to win jackpot. For some it may be as simple as gaining some control over the few seconds they play, for some is feeling important and relevant while for some there is pure adrenaline and fun. Others also try in hope for a better future.

In your opinion, does the founder of Ethereum (Vitalik) still have tens of thousands of personal ETH?
I have read an article about Ethereum for $ 1,432.99 USD (13 Jan 2018) and in a written statement that (Vitalik) sold 30,000 of his personal ETH at the same time. but I forgot the link.
yeah what you stated is all correct since ethereum almost hit 15 hundred dollars last year in firstb quarter. BTW, for example (Vitalik) still has tens of thousands of ETH or hasn't sold all of its assets at the time, so I think Ethereum still has a big chance to reach the highest price again.

even if Vitalik has sold all of his ethereum the chance of growth is always there,we must not forget that Ethereum platform is the most in demand ways uses by new projects so the popularity and usage are always there and in this there is always a possibilities that growth will happen anytime soon. |

In the near future? No, I don't think Ripple can get that incredible higher price again. In long term, if Bitcoin hit 50K USD , then Ripple can hit 5 USD. I bought XRP at 3.65 USD and lost all of my capital, I don't think Ripple has that popularity like 2017, though it backed by big projects, partners but yet price will not be increased very soon.
so you are bitter because of losses?thats why you have seen the XRp wont go any further this soon?but for me that is not a good idea because you failed in your investment when you Sold that Ripple but if you just keep the holding for sure there are still chance that you made a profit though may take long time of waiting. bitcoin don't need to reach $50k before riffle goes another Jump but this Halving will surely bring even not that $5 but still profit. |

from what i have searched about the situation from the first halving and what i have seen in 2017 there is always a growth whenever halving comes though it is not instant when the day comes but the effect follow as the months goes by.so with this?i am sure we are looking forward for another good year in 2020 and will also have a great pump like what other halving brings to us so why not believe when the truth is we have already saw from the past? yes in theory when supply is cut and demand is fixed then prices will rise. but in the bitcoin market everything can happen bitcoin can go up and down after being reduced by half. but the majority of bitcoin holders are optimistic that bitcoin will rise after halving like the previous halving day.
and these two years we have been in the bear market. so everyone hopes that next year's halving day will make a bitcoin bull run and also make the altcoin market go green again.
seems like you don't believe on that?or have second thoughts?better not and instead purchase now before it is too late since many are acquiring now before the May halving happens. |

Do you agree this list or any other additions?  first what media are you talking about?because if this is from China then surely bitcoin will never be broadcast or even part of the list . but for me this is all about Bitcoin has been there already so they dont need to mention or add on the list,and besides it is already given since Bitcoin is the number 1 currency of all
