+1 Thanks for keeping your word and I will remember this going into the future. I hope there's still a way to keep up to date w/ the Gulch community and see reports on how things are improving on the farm. Oh and you deserve a raise for having to put up with all of these customer service issues.

Hell yeah, these Community developers are shelling out conferences left and right. Add to that the Ebay and Amazon thunder heard off in the distance and what we have here now is the calm before the storm. Make it rain, Please! Wink

Even as though govts across the board are becoming more oppressive in different ways, it's still a great time to be alive and rage against the machine w/ crypto. Everything seems to be snowballing on past events and the biggest things have yet to happen. Shocked
5745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government regulation is not a problem in the end on: June 05, 2014, 05:00:07 PM
I think the USA govt.inc is likely to be the most oppressive in terms of collecting every last little fee they can from BTC transactions, esp as crypto usage becomes more mainstream. As it stands, the USD is tinkering on the edge of losing the world reserve status and I can hardly see them tolerating any of this dark stuff which means that many of the upcoming nouveau riche will probably find other places to live. Of course, it's likely that Wall st. will be really in on this market so maybe the govt will just take their fees and leave folks alone. The way I see the police/surveillance state going here, I'm inclined to believe the former.

Thx for the comments, Bentley. It's naturally frustrating when anything involving people holding other people's money doesn't go as planned. But, if you and the team are diligently doing your best to crank out a selling product which will make us all better off going forward then I applaud you guys. Try and see things from the other angle as many of us have been trying to see from yours but just haven't gotten all the facts. I'm sure the language barrier has something to do with it.

I received the satoshi dividend per share but as of yet, the refund hasn't shown up despite getting the inbox statement.
5748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another Big Week for Bitcoin on: June 04, 2014, 09:31:42 PM
I like the fact that the venture capital flowing in is 4 times higher this last quarter than all of last year. That trend will only likely continue to grow over the rest of this year and on in to the future.

To me this just sounds like it'll make it easier for banks/govts to track BTC wallets and transactions easier. Plus, allow them closer scrutiny over when they can hit us up for capital gains on the fly.

Great to have the money magicians coming on board. As they dip their toes into the pools they can pass along the tips to their CNBC viewers and they can bring up the rear on the next wave. Yep, I'm having one of those days today.

^There is a certain allure for some people to have holdings in an adult related industry. And, it's likely the person wants to remain anonymous. There's a link to the shareholder list on one of these threads, so check it out. I wasn't going to chime in but since I was called out, there it is.
5752  Economy / Securities / Re: Klyemax Studios Shareholders thread. on: June 03, 2014, 06:48:27 PM
Out of the 25 coins that were raised, 20 of them came from one person so that's a big time investor right there. People just don't shell out 20 coins to test something. Any of these other security IPOs would be salivating at the mouth for anyone to entrust that much coinage to them. BTW, this is a private thread dedicated to a specific IPO and all of the ad hominems were dealt w/ in another thread prior to the IPO being sold out. Everyone knew whatever there was to know about the OP back then. In fact, I give him credit for being profitable right out of the gate and making good decisions by not jumping the shark and buying some other sketchy site that was questionable. That's showing good stewardship of other people's money. As the current business plan continues to grow, things will take care of themselves. Also, there's another investor that's looking to get in w/ 10 coins w/ a 19% premium over the IPO price. Pretty strong landscape that Klye is sitting on.
5753  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Project Reviews on: June 03, 2014, 06:35:09 PM
Then there is no problem. We're not even loosing the Dividends right now if the Shareowners are honest, because they don't deposit at CS. We just need a new plattform.
AFAIK, the owners do their business outside of CS and then deposit to make shareholder payments. But, they do have access to our email addresses so in the event of this happening again w/ little to no customer service being handed out (meaning CS bends over backwards and qualms peoples' fears) then the owners just verify emails and new wallets and start shelling out micro payments. Or, go to another platform and move on. Voila
5754  Economy / Securities / Re: [RETURN] Announcing CoinReturn Financial IPO! on: June 03, 2014, 06:27:49 PM
As someone alluded to earlier, these last 4 or 5 days being 'offline' essentially feels like a month in real time. I'm not even sure if today is a dividend day or not. Sure would be nice if it was, 3 divs all at once! Cool

I believe we have 2 missed dividend payments, and another scheduled for tomorrow.
Also, it appears someone was happy to see CS wallet back online. They picked up ~7BTC worth of RETURN shares, and ensured that the IPO is now completely sold out Smiley
Nice! I see people are picking at the shares listed @ .011 and once those are gone there's almost nothing between that and .014+. Then, only a few coins worth til it's .02 and up. Assuming things stay on course, this is by far the best security going on these days and I'm a proud shareholder. Any guesses as to where the free market value of these shares will be in in 2015? I'm gonna be conservative and say the asking price will be north of .05 each plus these asks will be in the driver's seat. The only question will be who's sticking around and making sick coinage going on into the future and who's taking profits and retiring. Grin I'm happy w/ my positioning and will likely keep picking up these puppies, best bang for the buck imo although I am diversified.

I've been hearing advertisements on Free Talk Live for these things http://cryptocards.co/ and I was wondering if any of yall had heard about, seen them or used them. Apparently, they're the cold storage for the technically challenged. They look pretty interesting and I wanted to get some choir practice going about them. Any pros want to chime in?
5757  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Let's be honest. I love Bitcoin because... on: June 03, 2014, 02:32:25 AM
To be real, when I first heard about Bitcoin it reminds me the first time I tried to use Twitter, meaning I had issues figuring it out. Then, I kept hearing ads about it on Free Talk Live plus the hosts discussing over and over most of 2011 and all of 2012 and it began to annoy the crap out of me. I kept hearing the increases in pricing but nothing really sunk in until the build up to the runup back in March of last year and I finally decided to learn all I could on it, which brought me here to lurk. I bought quite a bit back then and then kept sinking them into miners and mining contracts not knowing eventually how those things turned out. Back then, I usually acted first and then did more research. Roll Eyes But, I've come to love crypto even tho I'm not a tech or computer person simply because I saw it as a way to opt out and stop using their (the state's) money.

I'm more of a sports kind of guy and spend some of my free time in the gym, always had. I had been a Libertarian growing up as a kid in the 90s because on the way to sports practices, my dad would always have on talk radio and there was this Objectivist named Mark Scott on one of the big stations here back then. We did a lot of traveling to and from practices and games so my dad drilled the Constitution and liberty related themes down my throat and they stuck in a big way. He even gave me Ayn Rand books to read despite us being Catholic. Right around age 13 or so I joined the Libertarian Party w/ my allowance money and then went to meetings, conventions, rallies and such once I could drive and always brought a few friends along for the ride. I had found out about this one decent libertarianish Republican Congressman named Ron Paul and always thought it was so cool to have a elected Rep like that. Then, he started to run for Pres in 2007 and I started maturing my activism into the GOP and that's where I am today. But, while I was a total politico back then, I'm more of a political ancap today. And, I really understand and appreciate what Rand Paul is doing in terms of building upon what his father did. Most ancaps do not. I call them skin flints. Cheesy

Because resistance to tyranny is obedience to God. Thread title should be renamed to Kluge's Treatise on Bitcoin. Grin You should come out to Ann Arbor sometime and I'll buy you a burger or whatever for lunch.
5759  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Free & Equal = Anchor Loses It, Speaks Brutal Truth On MSM on: June 02, 2014, 10:58:40 PM
Ratigan is like the only one on MSNBC (the liberal channel) that has any sense whatsoever. He's the only one that has been calling it like it is with these bankers and their bleeding of the us currency. Obviously, the Congress and Pres are bought and paid for and that's why you have an establishment ruling class in DC. Campaign finance laws are written to benefit left and right big shots so they can play the system to their advantage. So, to use Ratigan's own words against his point: it doesn't matter what your or my idea is, those who make the rules call the shots and we're left squabbling over the republicans do this or the democrats do that. The ONLY thing that is actually happening for the better right now is Senator Rand Paul (yall can thank me for donating lots of money to his campaign) is trying to remake the GOP in his vision by growing the tent to include the young that want privacy and better jobs, minorities that are busted by mandatory minimums and public schools and getting a libertarian populist message out there that is bullet proof from neocon or prog media demagoguing it to hell like they did his old man. IF he wins then great and I will help with that. If he loses crypto will save those that want to be saved.
5760  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Snowden should 'man-up' and face trial: says SOS John Kerry on: June 02, 2014, 10:38:57 PM
An open court trial would be very interesting.

I don't think that the CIA will permit an open trial for Snowden. There is too much of classified information at stake. The CIA will raise objection and everything will be conducted secretly.
And that is something they never publish in the media's hubub about Snowden and why he's doing what he's doing. And as I posted recently, the whistleblower protections have been eviscerated by the O regime and that's why you can't be Mr. Transparent and stay home and plead your case. It pisses me off that the media has this space to mislead people in particular cases like this. It's hard to blame many of the relatively innocent detractors because they aren't bombarded w/ that viewpoint like we all are.
