5741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FAKE ICOs Bounties. What to do? on: June 26, 2018, 12:16:49 AM
I am a newbie just trying to grow on this platform. Within a week of participating in altcoin bounties, 2 bounties I participated in have been reported as Scammers. I get a lot of reads on my articles and Social media pages. I cannot keep encouraging people to invest in these altcoins if they would eventually get scammed. How can new bounty hunters like myself differentiate between a genuine bounty and scammers bounty?
If you are really interested on distinguishing scam bounties from legitimate, try to read and understand their project more through their whitepaper. In the whitepaper you can also see the list of their team members who are behind that particular project. Research more on their team members through google and if you found something suspicious then ask the team via their telegram group.
5742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Campaign are wastage of time? on: June 25, 2018, 10:00:55 PM
Guys do you think bounty are campaign wastage of time because of we take particiapate in bounty campaign it take 2 to 4 month time the end up and after end the bounty campain it would distribute the token after more 1 to 2 months.
So isn't wastage of time? After taking token you dont know what is the value of token or it is available in exchange or not.
Bounty campaign for me is not a waste of time. That's is the risk associated with crypto, you don't know the value of your token once you will got them. It may rise or dropped below ICO price but that does not mean that it is already a waste of time doing bounty. I have even met a person years ago that he is financially well-off now because of the volatility of crypto.
5743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: June 25, 2018, 11:27:06 AM
The NBA is still going to be dominated by Golden State for years to come, I'll admit its a bit disappointing how they are the favorite every year.  Oh well, at least there are a lot of good young teams like the timberwolves that may challenge them in the future.  It's always fun to bet on the point spreads anyway.
I agree with you bud, this Warriors team is going to be the team to beat for at least 3 years for me. We have to give credit to the management of the Golden State Warriors for keeping their core intact and there is no much controversy going around with their players.
5744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I bought ETH yesterday and guess what happened next on: June 23, 2018, 03:36:39 AM
I invested $85 into ethereum yesterday and after couple hours I lost $10 ,,,does it mean it's not the best time to invest yet and secondly I'll like to ask if that amount is good enough to invest in such a stable coin
I think a couple of hours is not a gauge if you lose your money or you gain money from investment. Give it a year at least because holding takes years of patience to be able to see the result. Ethereum for me is a good investment and you have to give it a little time.
5745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters should be paid in ETH on: June 23, 2018, 01:38:05 AM
Bounty hunters quite often don't get awarded the coins or these are quite few but that's bounty campaigns and we should get more in the future.
I don't understand why you are saying mate, OP mean that we as bounty hunters should be paid in ETH rather than tokens from their ICO. If you think that we are not awarded bounty tokens after ICO then this is a good move since we will be paid no matter what will happen to their project after the crowdsale ends.
5746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: June 22, 2018, 11:42:37 PM
no, never, not even once. I am too lazy to do that, but I am not investing in any ico's so I think the first thing that I would do before investing I would actually read the white paper when I will come to the point of investing.
Well, you should read whitepaper to understand more of their project and also to know more about their team to distinguish if the project is scam or not. Before i don't have time to read whitepaper but right now as i understand more about crypto, i allocate some time to read whitepaper.
5747  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Have firm decisions on trading, hodle for future long term profits. on: June 21, 2018, 12:53:44 AM
As we're heading in the quarter of the year, few months passed through many of us here whose trading for good wasn't  able to learn such ideas on how to develop courage which could help us to gain firm decisions. That's a recommendation for everyone to hodle for a few rounds of fluctuations and to encourage everyone for better future on our aim for profitable value of our holdings. Trade when it's needed to, but hold for longer terms and you'll be surprised by the time you're coins will attain a good price in the market.
I agree with you buddy that hodling is the way to earn a fortune in this world of cryptocurrency but i think there are also instances wherein we need to weigh in things because as i have observe lately, there are a lot of coins which value dropped to almost zero as time passes by. My take on this one, make a goal for a certain coin that if the price reaches your desired selling price then sell it, don't be too greedy because you might lose it all. Nobody here even the experts can precisely predict what would be value of cryptos in the future, all we do is speculate.
5748  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: June 20, 2018, 02:20:34 AM
What's up Los Angeles Lakers fan? You want LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Chris Paul, Paul George and Kawhi Leonard in one single team of yours? Grin

Didn't you know how difficult it is to grouped that set of players?

Lakers can able to land at least 2 of them and it will required lots of talks. But for all of them, there are lots of considerations that needed to be take placed and the timeframe before season opener isn't enough to finalized the deal.
It would be like the Lakers are assembling the USA team  Grin. My speculation is that the Lakers could land Lebron James and Paul George in their team considering that the two are very interested to play near Hollywood. Kevin Durant is not leaving the Warriors.
5749  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are people doing? on: June 20, 2018, 01:57:03 AM
THIS IS SO INTERESTING TO ME!!! so whats the word??
what are people doing?
HODL?? PANIC SELLING?? COMMENT BELOW I'm curious as to what everyone is doing during the current CRYPTO LANDSLIDE??? LET ME KNOW!!
Waiting, that's the easiest way to do, but also the hardest way to really go. Perhaps mining is one of the most productive activities in the current situation, but it also requires considerable investment.
If you do mining be sure that the price of electricity in your place is not high because if it is then you will gain nothing from it. Mining also requires investment to buy the hardware so for me HOLDING would be the way to do in case a dip happens and they usually do happen.
5750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bear market end or not? on: June 20, 2018, 01:21:35 AM
I heard people saying june will mark the end of bear market in 2018 what is your take on this, what makes you think bear market will end this month.
This crypto market is a cycle, there are months that the market is considered bearish and there are also bullish times. After this bearish run in the market we could expect this will end and bullish run will begun soon, there is no other way but up. But as they say that nobody could really tell the future.
5751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This can be addictive!! on: June 19, 2018, 12:05:39 AM
Go out and enjoy your life, the market is very volatile, you will get profit in the end but good things take time, don't panic sell, hold anything until you are on profit (exception exists).Good luck !
Yes, we should enjoy life and not totally focused our attention here in crypto considering that this thing can bring so much stress in our life and can damaged our health. Volatility is very annoying and yet very interesting because it would give you opportunity to earn more and it could also be the cause why you lost it all.
5752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GGG vs Canelo II on: June 18, 2018, 09:54:28 AM
If Canelo was using steroids and will be randomly tested for PED's leading up to the fight, he could have issues with his body producing lower quantities of testosterone. The way this might be verified is, Canelo will develop a visible "dad bod". Steroid abuse can also decrease a fighters cardio via damaging their cardiovascular system. Unfortunately, we see more severe effects of this in many old school WWF/WWE pro wrestlers and some older MMA fighters who suffer heart failure.

It really depends on whether Canelo used steroids, if he did use steroids how many years did he use them for and how much/what type of steroids he used. Would have to think GGG will be the favorite, unless Adelaide Byrd and some of the more corrupt Vegas judges are present. GGG's pace is hard to keep up with, even harder for someone who damaged their cardio abusing steroids.

We can only speculate as to how much Canelo is really abusing PEDs in his boxing career. Maybe he was really doing it and suddenly caught up after their first time and made the "tainted meat in Mexico" as an excuse. Just like the first fight though, I'm still leaning towards GGG here, eventhough some yes he has aged already but power wise and chin not yet cracked will be a good advantage. Canelo is a slow starting and comfortable being the counter puncher in the first fight. If he does continue with the same strategy, GGG will not give him a chance to steal those championships round. I all for GGG again.
Even if they will meet fives times, Canelo Alvarez have no chance of winning against GGG. Canelo Alvarez is a pampered fighter like Chavez jr in my own opinion. They select whom to fight and credit to their promoters.
5753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins be gone someday! on: June 17, 2018, 09:01:02 AM
Yes I'm convinced that many altcoins will die osomeday. You might ask why and my answer is simple, because many projects have basically no use case at all while some are not even brought forward anymore due to a lack of developers or other reasons....
It's honestly just crazy to see that some of those projects are valued in the millions without even having delivered a single thing on their roadmap. It's nothing else than pure speculation by some people that keeps those tokens alive.
That being said I sometimes question the investment skills of some people within the cryptosphere. I mean why the hack would you put any money into thin air? Into something that doesn't even exist neither show any progress on github after all?
I personally am therefore only investing into products that show some progress and are actively engaging with the community about it. What's your approach on selecting the tokens you put your money on?

There will always be projects that will not succeed in the future but not all will fail. That is why we can associate these ICOs to gambling because we don't know if the project you into is going to succeed. I have observed that even if many ICOs failed but still many are still investing in new ICOs maybe because the profit is good whenever they participate in ICO that will succeed.
5754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do Bounty Hunters Sell Immediately they receive reward? on: June 17, 2018, 07:36:13 AM
Some of these tokens fail, if you hold them for a long time. That's why, bounty hunters sell immediately. I think they should hold for some time to realize the actual worth of token.
You have a point there mate, some bounty hunters think that if they hold for long they might lose their profit if that token fail in the future. One reason on why the immediately sell their bounty because of their financial needs.
5755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most frustrating thing about crypto on: June 17, 2018, 04:43:38 AM
And that is exchanges who are keeping coins/tokens hostile for a long period of time. When I deposit or withdrawal from an exchange often times it just keeps it in pending status. Now I'm waiting for an idex deposit, 4 hours passed. My worst case was a withdrawal at cryptopia which took 30 days.

Crypto is not ready to be adopted by the masses. Lots of suicides would be the result...

Frustrations is part of the business. Sometimes failed ICO  occurs and there are a lot of scammer that are circulating. But for me we have to go on an keep motivated because there are still good profits that awaits us.
5756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Rewards: Sell immediately or HODL? on: June 16, 2018, 04:52:01 AM
For me bounty rewards hold for now wait for the price go up and if i think the price is enough and profitble then i sell the bounty rewards
If you want to gain profit more in bounties, holding is the best move to make since most of the coin's price will go up after some years. You got to have a truckload of patience if you want to earn more here in crypto. They say patience is a virtue and it holds true here in crypto world.
5757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins kept in exchange, are they safe? on: June 16, 2018, 02:13:30 AM
I feel keeping our coins in exchanges, mininize the risk of loosing our coins to wallet hackers.
I feel the other way around, i don't like to keep my coins in exchanges, specially the centralized one where we don't have control over it. My fear on centralized exchange is if they decide to shut down their operations and don't give any notices in advance, for sure our coins will go along with it.
5758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I will no longer do bounty campaigns in anything other than BTC or ETH on: June 16, 2018, 12:06:41 AM
Sign here if you will also agree to boycott all bounty campaigns that do not pay in BTC or ETH.
It would be good if all campaign would pay their participants in BTC or ETH but we don't have control over all the projects that are being launched everyday. There are advantages and disadvantages if they are going to pay direct BTC or ETH. One advantage that i see is they will no longer worry that the value of their token will drop because of bounty hunters dumping their bounties once it hit the exchange.
5759  Economy / Economics / Re: Can human stupidity affect the movement of the market? on: June 14, 2018, 08:17:31 PM
Hello, community. Political, economic and social news in the media significantly affect the life and behavior of the crowd. How can crypto news affect the movement of the market?
Definitely, human stupidity can affect the movement of the market. Negatives news about crypto can bring down the price of cryptocurrencies because we can't avoid people dumping their holdings out of fear. FUD is so powerful that it can change that landscape of the market in just a matter of days.
5760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I do not panic when the market falls on: June 13, 2018, 09:15:18 PM
For some reason I am sure that the price of the crypto will rise, so I hold it, I did not see any analyst who did not have the same opinion as I do, but thing that motivates me the most — is when I start comparing the whole current situation with the Dot-com bubble, the fact is that this bubble busted reaching 6 trillion dollars, the crypto reached only 830 billion yet, in its peak. During Dot-com bubble only middle and rich class had opportunity to invest but not all, in the crypto everybody can invest, regardless of country and day time and it also can be done anonymously from jour home computer, so I think that this is all just the beginning and the real bubble is yet to come, it is not known when it will come — in five or 10 years, but I hope that it will.
Let us just be optimistic here and hope that crypto is not a bubble and it could survive no matter how some countries tried to kill it. We can't say that crypto is going to succeed or burst because even the analyst can't really tell what's ahead of us and the only thing that can help crypto to survive for more years is the community like you and me. Panicking is not going to help crypto, we should be remain calm because everything will be back to normal. I know that this is easier said than done but we should thrive to do it.
