5781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will there be an altseason this year? on: June 28, 2019, 03:29:36 AM
I'm still optimistic of having alt season this year. There are many cheap altcoins now so I think whales are accumulating them. For small holders like me, earning huge profit from bitcoin is difficult. With altcoin it is possible to earn huge profit with just 10% or 20% price increase.
5782  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons Crypto Players Skip Casinos with KYC on: June 28, 2019, 02:39:39 AM

I think it is time that we simply boycott the casino which ask for kyc. The casino has no rights to get our private information. We never know they may sell this user data to any firm or marketing company etc.

Do we know who are the owners of the gambling sites ? Do they provide their KYC ?  Why they need the players to do the kyc ?  A lots of unanswered question by the casino and houses.

With mostly newbies taking part in gambling services which require KYC, I'm sure a boycott isn't possible!
Informed players go to the long standing sites that have been proven legit and won't require KYC.

It's even suspicious if a gambling site requires kyc. A real casino doesn't even require it. As long as you have the money to play, you are welcome to gamble. And I'm sure that a gambling business that needs kyc to its players won't last long.
5783  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does convince people to enjoy gambling is a wrong idea? on: June 28, 2019, 01:22:39 AM
We have our own opinion whrn it comes in things that when want to do if you do it for fun then it was your own happiness if others did then ut was good but there is some people loves to gamble because of money you can't blame them because sometimes money is there happiness. What I mean is you don't need others to enjoy gambling for fun, you can do it on your own.

The problem with people that gambles for money is they waste huge amount of money without even realizing it. I know it's none of our concern but in the long run those type of gamblers will suffer from what they do. If money is really there hapiness why would they waste it on such things that rely only on luck. Maybe for them gambling is fun because money is involved on it. That there is a slight chance to change their future.
5784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My Own Gambling Strategy on: June 28, 2019, 12:29:42 AM
Everybody has their own strategy in playing gambling, I wante that idea of having self satisfaction even though the expectations will not be meet. If we do won the game that we're betting on, choose to stop and come back another day. Don't live your entire life to gambling all alone and be drowned with it. Try to relax after long series of betting and for sure another potential lucky wins will come.

Most gamblers forgot what gambling really is. They expect a return after they play. Even if they win, they aren't easily contented to it and go all in with their money. Gambling was meant for entertainment and must be treated that way only. But these gamblers stresses themselves when they lose.
5785  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't stress too much due to the bear market on: June 27, 2019, 01:28:08 PM
That is true do not stress too much due to the bear market for me that is normal happening in crypto market because it depends on supply and demand, we must have to be more patience and do not panic because that bear market will be end.

To a daily trader a bear market is really stressfull because it is difficult to plan your trades. This is a big challenge for them on how to control their emotion and be calm. For a long term trader, a bear market is really not a problem.
5786  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to safely store big amounts of BTC? on: June 27, 2019, 12:23:41 PM
Buy a hardware wallet like ledger. It is safe to store there large amount of bitcoins. Just make sure you make multiple backups of it so you can recover your wallet. Online wallets like blockchain or coinomi are good option too. As long as the wallet supports word phrases and private keys to recover and access your bitcoin wallet it is safe to use.
5787  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's bitcoin worst case scenario if Libra will be successful? on: June 27, 2019, 11:31:06 AM
Bitcoin will stay as it is. Libra is a stablecoin compared to bitcoin where it is a cryptocurrency. If libra will become successful then I think it's good for bitcoin because more people will know about it. And libra won't reached what bitcoin already have.
5788  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does convince people to enjoy gambling is a wrong idea? on: June 27, 2019, 05:51:24 AM
I don’t think so, for me it is okay to let other people know gambling for them to enjoy but just inform them not to be addicted so much because they might lose everything. Gambling has pros and cons so if you want to convince someone to enjoy gambling but don’t want them to be addicted the provide them the pros and cons, let them fully understand gambling.
Yes, however, we must give all the explanations transparently so that each of them has their own views about gambling and after they understand all the risks that exist, then let them have their own way and we cannot force them to enjoy gambling.

A person decided to gamble should be responsible enough, they are more interested on learning how to play the game than knowing that risk, that's the mentality of some gamblers are they are only focus on winning and they tend to forget to really compute their real chances of winning.

They focus on winning because there's money to it. Most people will do anything for the sake of earning money. Also the reason why there are still people that are attracted to ponzi schemes. They don't analyze the risks first, their focus is to earn money. Some of them already know the risks but they justify it that it's their own money and you don't need to be concern for them.
5789  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling ends on: June 27, 2019, 04:04:09 AM
The first thing that triggers gambling addiction is victory, "Don't want to lose". Gambling addicts say that, while their defeat is piled up, there is a sense that brings them back to the gambling table for how can that sense of satisfaction be higher than their sacrifice

Isn't that ironic? If you think of it, they chasing more wins, they don't want to lose yet they've won a little and they lose a lot still, they are gambling continuously. They are wasting their money in gambling and that should not be, including their time that they should spend with their family. Gambling should only be for entertainment, to pass time not to spend your time and money carelessly.

Because most gamblers are greedy. Neither they win or lose they won't stop as long as they aren't contented. When they lose, they recover it. When they win, they bet more wanting for bigger profit. Gambling should be really treated as entertainment but since money is involved they become addicted to it.
5790  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is best practice for gambling?? on: June 27, 2019, 03:19:43 AM
The best practice for me in gambling is know when to stop and more importantly control yourself from greed. Gambling is only good for few early games and also for fun because if you gamble for long time you will lose more instead of winning and if you do it for fun then there’s a chance you can easily control yourself and convince yourself to stop.
Yes, it is a practice that at least every player must have, by having good control at least when we get a victory and also a defeat that will not be carried away by emotions that might eventually make more losses.

It is the best practice to learn but the most difficult to do imo. As long as the gambler is addicted to gambling and his main goal is to earn huge profit he won't be able to control his emotion easily. Realizing that gambling is just all about luck is maybe a step for someone to control his emotion.
5791  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When will Bitcoin bump into bottom again? on: June 26, 2019, 02:46:14 PM
What goes up must go down. We've been rallying continuously since 10k these past few days so I won't be surprise if it makes a correction on the next following days. I prefer slowly going up rather than what happen last 2017. It went up so fast that we experienced a bear market for almost 1 year after that ATH.
5792  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Please advise me which coins best for the day trading on: June 26, 2019, 01:58:01 PM
For day trading I think it depends on the trend on that day. Some coins have higher volumes compared to others meaning many people are buying and selling. Other coins keep going down for few days or even longer. I suggest study how to read charts first to analyze the market situation then decide if it's good to trade.
5793  Economy / Economics / Re: Using credit cards to buy bitcoin in the bull run on: June 26, 2019, 12:17:10 PM
If you know and trust someone who offers peer-to-peer exchange to buy bitcoin then imo it's better to buy there than buying directly on exchange via credit card payment. Buying a large amount on exchange has huge fees compared to p2p. So if you do p2p you can buy more than what you can buy on exchange.
5794  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best tips for who will invest in BTC for first time? on: June 26, 2019, 09:49:47 AM
now the price of bitcoin is 12,600 $ and will still continue to rise. you should buy now and hold it until at least the end of the year to get a big profit. do not panic if you see the price of bitcoin decreases because usually the price of bitcoin will only experience a slight correction. hold until you get a big profit.

With this quick increase I think it will have a correction for the next following days or before the end of the week. I don't suggest buying now because many people are in fomo again. But who knows, bitcoin is very volatile it could pump even more just like what happen on 2017. It all depends on the op.
5795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any knows the mathematical formula to winning the lottery? on: June 26, 2019, 05:06:54 AM
even if someone knows the mathematical formula to winning the lottery he would not tell you and prefer to win himself. and if seriously there is no such formula and probability theory describes your chances.
Yes, in fact, if there was such a formula, no one would want to share it, but if we thought differently, all math professors would be rich or we would read about the rich lives of professors in newspapers. Cheers

Gambling is all about luck. It isn't just a difficult exam or puzzle to decode by some genius then you're rich in an instant. Gambling is not a means for success, hardwork is the key for it. It's just sad that many people want to get rich quick and see gambling as their ticket to it.
5796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is best practice for gambling?? on: June 26, 2019, 04:18:00 AM
Best practice has always been to stop when it is time for you to stop, gambling is a game of luck either you will come out a winner or a loser, you cannot practice winner never quit, in gambling if you do that, you are going to lose everything and of course treat it as an entertainment.
Rest when you need to rest.

It's a mistake that most of the gamblers do, when we had enough, we don't stop. We only stop when we don't have money left anymore.

Most gamblers are greedy. They aren't easily contented and doesn't set a target profit. As long as they have something to bet they won't stop. Their mind is telling them to play longer for more profit and they don't think the consequences of losing.
5797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Protect yourself from Excitement and keep your Winnings Safe on: June 26, 2019, 03:17:54 AM
Think the outcome when you get greedy and lose anything you've won. Think how difficult it is to earn money. When you're already winning in gambling don't expect to hit the jacpot even more. Quit as soon as possible. Casino and gambling websites works that way, they are tempting you on winning streaks to bet more.
5798  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risks to consider before trading? on: June 25, 2019, 11:55:35 AM
-Market is very volatile.
-Some altcoins are just pump and dump scheme so avoid buying those.
-DYOR, don't listen to some self proclaimed experts.
-Don't buy on FOMO.
-Don't be greedy, set a target gain then sell for profit.

There are many more others. You'll learn them as you progress.
As they say, experience is the best teacher.
5799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 coins to buy today? on: June 25, 2019, 10:55:21 AM
-Ada
-Ltc
-Neo
-Eth
-Xrp

That would be my top 5 on this current market. Ada is already up these past few days. Ltc will be halving on august 6. Eth is very cheap, xrp as well. It's good to buy many altcoins now because bitcoin is surging up.
5800  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which coin is good for bull run on: June 25, 2019, 08:58:12 AM
For me any of the top 10 on coinmarketcap is good. Besides bitcoin I currently have eth and ltc on my holdings. Halving event on ltc will happen on august 6 so I expect it to pump. Eth is good throughout this previous year and consistent top 2 on cmc.
