Only the ICO startup can determine how much money it needs to rise and what is the requirements for the success of their project. But they certainly need to ask a little more. As they might not be able to determine what they exactly need and might miss some points to reach their goal. Sometimes they change their goal after the ICO too. But some are surely asking too much money and some of them are scam projects.

No, not always. They are sometimes good investment, and sometimes bad one. It is safer to invest in the top ranked coins. You need a lot of luck to find the good coins.

It depends if the investors investing in new altcoins are current Bitcoin and/or ETH holders. If it is the case, Bitcoin and ETH can go down. If they are new investors, they won't go down as it is new money coming into the market. But with the current cryptos market, there is surely not a lot of new investors.

If the hardfork generate 2 new coins, the value of the coin should be divide by 3. Except if there is 3 times more investors. No? But with the current market, i doubt that there is 3 times more money coming into BCH. Hardforks are useless.

Because if the price is higher than the ICO price, some ICO investors are going to sell their tokens. And some bounty hunters may sell their coins too. Some people having no patience could also sell their tokens, or if they think that the price is going to fall more to rebuy at a lower price. It is really difficult to know how much a token is going to be worth at the exchange.

NEO is a good choice for long term investment. And it gives passive income too. It is a solid project.

If they are not scam ICO, they might return back your money. Else, the money is going to disappear with them.

Only Bitcoin will trigger the explosion of the cryptocurrency market. Altcoins are dependant of Bitcoin and are waiting on Bitcoin price.

Buy popular altcoins. But study them before starting to shop. Don't put all your investment on only one coin.

The bull is still not back. We need more patience. It can arrive very fast, but can also take a very long time. Just wait for it to come now.

We don't know if ETH is going to disappoint us or not. Only the future will tell us what is going to happen. If you believe in cryptos, it can only get better in the future.

Another bull run is possible, but i don't think we are going to see it this year. It would be a miracle if we see it this year.
People are more careful now before investing in cryptos after this big fall and so much manipulation with pump and dump scheme.
It will need a lot of time and much more money before we see a recovery.

I personnaly don't like hardfork as they are mostly used to pump a coin artificially so the team can dump some coins at a higher price to get some funds. And the coins usually get dumped very hard after that and can go lower than the price at what they started. Just look at hardforks of ZCL and what it happened after the hardforks. It is an easy way for the team to get more funds. But sometimes it doesn't work if there is too much hardfork just to pump the price of a coin.

I think it is impossible to see ETH to drop to $60 now. The prices of cryptos are stable now. It is possible if one day nobody use ETH and that cryptos and blockchains are not the solution choosen for the future.

I think Bitcoin will rise in 2019. I hope it will rise slowly and not like a pump and dump coin.

I still belive in cryptos. Current prices are disappointing, but it is stable now. It is better that the prices increase naturally than being pumped and dumped at a lesser value.

In 2017, some bounties were profitable. Some airdrops were disguise as bounties. But most airdrops were not profitable in 2017 too, not only in 2018. Some didn't get into an exchange.
