Two wicket gone in last 3 balls of Adelaide Strikers. They still need 138 runs in 80 balls with 6 wickets in hand.Looks like a easy win for Hobart Hurricanes.Great spell bowled by 39 years old Johan Botha,he picked uo two important wickets

Which series are you referring here ? Look like some sort of domestic Australian series is in progress ? If so, there would be no international Aussies player in this series because all of them are busy in series with India  Huh
582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin betting on the 2020 US Presidential Election | Trump vs Biden on: December 13, 2020, 07:33:37 AM

I thought that it's all final and Biden is the clear winner of this election. But with those suits and formality that Trump is filing, this made other bookies to have a delay for the payment of those Biden bettors.
Just a little more patience for those Biden winners, for sure they'll send the payouts as soon as possible. Other bookies have been doing it, they probably want to be sure that there will be no ruckus if something unexpected happens.

Trump can file a suit but the suit is just an arrogant denial that he is beaten by Biden, they cannot sustain it, he had the money that's what rich dirty politicians are doing, file a suit so he can give his supporters and allies reason to still support him, here in our country, politicians are always in denial that they've lost in the election, they always think that they are cheated.

It's his right, his camp believe that there was a cheating, so they filed a lawsuit, and we don't know what would be the decision for that, however, people believe that Biden won clearly the election and there was no cheating. Talking about being rich, it's not only Trump that is rich, Biden is rich as well because he is a millionaire. https://www.marieclaire.com/politics/a34205042/joe-biden-net-worth/

Isn't it obvious that who ever will win the elections, the loser will claim that there was a cheating in the election. I think the results are transparent and trump should admit his defeat. I am not favoring trump or biden, but the should set an example and accept the defeat with an open heart.

585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 12, 2020, 12:15:16 PM
West Indies trail by 361 runs, 5 wickets in hand. Only set batsman at the pitch Blackwoood, batting with 60 runs after 84 delivery and Holder on his side. Are West Indies team repeat the same story or the batsman rescue them unless another big defeat which is absolutely pathetic to see WI unable to give a fight.

At the end of second day's play, West Indies trail by 336 runs, with just two wickets remaining. Two debutants are at the crease - Joshua Da Silva and Chemar Holder. As of now, West Indies look completely incapable of playing test format. They are still very good in T20, and to an extent ODI formats. But time and again, it has been proved that they can't compete in the test format.

This is a poor performance from West Indies and NZ will ensure the follow-on and try to win the match by an innings. The test may end in just 3 days time. That will be a disappointment not only for the West Indies team but also the organizers and spectators won't like to see these one sided test matches.
586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 12, 2020, 12:02:59 PM
The people of India love cricket. But they are very aggressive. They celebrate India's victory, but can't accept India's defeat easily. The Indian board also does not want India to perform poorly on a platform like the World Cup. You said that there is no better candidate in the Indian team than Virat Kohli. I think Rohit Sharma should be given a chance.

A few years back, I used to like the captaincy of Virat Kohli. Back then, he used to combine aggression with good tactics. But nowadays, his aggression has given way to bullying and nepotism. And when someone deviates from their core principles, the performance also goes down. The team bonding suffers when the captain himself is accused of bias and nepotism.

Not always the aggressive captain wins. Sometime even the calmness can make you win too. I think captaincy of Virat Kohli is very good because he can mold himself according to the situation.
If the captain is performing well as a player, this will further boost his confidence and he will take more bolder decisions.
587  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why do so many people set their fees so unnecessarily high? on: December 10, 2020, 06:10:06 PM
I finally figured out how the mempool and fees work and I've been watch the mempool constantly for a few days now. I have noticed lots people including ridiculously high fees. Like when 50 sat/vbyte is the minimum there were people including 6000 sat/vbyte. Or when 2 sat/vbyte would be enough like 30% of the people were setting there fees at 60 sat/vbyte. Why do people set their fees so unnecessarily high? Is it simply because of how default fees are set in wallets, by exchanges, or by services? If so, why do professional developers miscalculate the fee so poorly?

Does anyone know how to setup the minimum fee in the electrum while sending the coins. If we set the very low fee, how long will it take for the coins to reach the destination.
These are some common questions which everyone wants to know about them so they feel comfortable lowering the tx fee.

Australia won by 12 runs in their 3rd T20I. Somehow India prevent their whitewashed in ODI series likewise Australia prevent from being whitewashed. T20I series an action replay of ODI series with both teams. Anyway, first T20I lose this year for India.

Both the series One day and T20 ended in 2-1, first in the favor of Australia and the later one in favor of India. This means that we will have a thrill test series between the two countries and i am sure this will be the best most awaiting test series for 2020.

Now India need 14 runs in the final over.Pandya and Iyer playing really well today.Let's see can india secure their 2 nd win in a row.
Edit : Pandya just sealed their win with a huge six and india won by 6 wickets.

Pandya is unstoppable .....
India team is far more superior in T20 than any other team courtesy IPL.  Smiley
592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 06, 2020, 11:33:01 AM
Australia's innings is over. They have scored 194 runs in 20 overs. They gave India a target of 195 runs. I think that's enough. Today's Australia can easily win if the Australian bowlers can perform well. The required run rate for India is 9.75. It will not be easy for India.
Even though they posted good total still they are not on the safer side I guess because Australian bowling looks weak so Indian batsmen can take advantage of this along with their IPL playing experience in the fast few months can get them above the line.

India off to the good start and are 66/1 in 7.2 overs. It’s an advantage for India to win this series by winning this match as also OZ bowling is looking ordinary and Dhawan connecting well and looking in good form. So if they do not lose wickets and if Kohli and Dhawan can bat for another 5 overs minimum then runs and ball difference would come much closer to par. NRR required currently is approx. 10.

India maintain good scoring rate while keep wickets in their in hand now need 54 runs in last 5 overs which is pretty much easy when 7 wickets in hand. Dhawan posted 50 while Virat is currently playing at good strike rate and also looking to reach his 50 as soon as possible.

India really batting well and with wickets in hand they should win this match. However the run rate required is 12 runs per over and target is stiff one.
I am enjoying this thrilling match.
593  Other / Meta / Re: Merit Source - Plagiarist on: December 06, 2020, 09:45:12 AM
Right, this isn't (or shouldn't be) a call for DT members to act.  If Ratimov plagiarized something, it's the job of mods to ban him for that--and I don't read Russian, so it's hard for me to judge Ratimov as far as citing sources in that language.

So here we have the Russian moderator essentially vouching for Ratimov, saying he did in fact cite his sources--or at least that's what it looks like to me.

I'd be interested to hear from others on this.  I don't know if it's a witch hunt or not.

I did not say that there are no sources, they are for "formality", at the very bottom.

Sources are always given at the end. That's not a formality but its a correct way of posting any thing which is taken from any other source.
I think you are just wasting your time here and if you had the confidence in yourself, you would have dare to post with your original account.

I actually ranked up on the 28th November, 2020 as a full member after almost a year of slow progress in the forum because, I wasn't able to conquer my lazy self until I did! The important thing is that I did and now I'm proudly a full member. It's a matter of how you view challenge though, I'll hate for it that the challenge is about ranking up but then, it's more of how much can you offer to the forum in terms of knowledge and building you.

Its never too late and congratulations to you on becoming a full member. I hope you will take it as a motivation and your focus will now be to become Sr. Member and above  Smiley
596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: December 06, 2020, 06:27:12 AM
What the heck are you talking about? How do you expect the BCCI to organize tournaments effectively when the world is struggling thanks to the pandemic? Very silly statement to be honest. The players had plenty of time to focus on their fitness thanks to Corona.

If they could organize an 8-team IPL tournament in UAE (which has one of the highest infection rates for COVID 19 in the world), then what prevented from organizing a few domestic matches in India? Almost every other cricket playing nation has restarted the domestic tournaments and India is probably the only one which hasn't done that yet. Obviously domestic cricket is a very low priority in India.
BCCi is not hosting domestic matches because they will not be able to get more revenue from it. They organized IPL because they were able to earn a huge amount of revenue from IPL. BCCI is greedy for money, they will do nothing but profit themselves.
Dear don't be rude because BCCI mean business and more profit right now its hotest cricket board with big market and chicken with Golden eggs so they are right  to cashout this all if they are not able to host domestic matches its not big concern hopefully next year this could be better but they have good profit from last IPL edition which is very good for them and very important because you can check all other sports authorties and board are facing some serious troubles due to corona but they are in solid situation.
They are in a strong position during the corona period because they have been able to organize IPL. A large part of BCCI's annual income is expected from IPL. If they could not organize the IPL, they would be in a bad condition like other cricket boards. No one is complaining that they will make a lot of money from the IPL. But it would have been a better decision if they had hosted domestic games at the same time. And BCCI would find more talented players.

Do you understand that the world is not completely free from covid-19 yet. BCCI and any other board should not resume all the matches including the domestics ones. Resuming domestic games at this time will mean that all the players have to take covid-19 tests and there will be risk of getting infected. So why not keep domestic series on halt until the situation is back to normal.
597  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos Withdrawal Fees Rise (!?)|| November 2020 on: December 06, 2020, 06:14:48 AM

Demand of online casino has nothing to do with casino withdrawal fees and if you do look in all of them then this do always depend of vary with the network condition
and has nothing to do with it.

In most casino, the fee is fixed in terms of satoshis and therefore if you calculate it with the usd, you will think the fee is increased because the rate of bitcoin is almost doubled from 10,000 to 19000$ within 2 months. In satoshi value, the fee is still the same.
598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: France's gambling recovers on: December 05, 2020, 02:09:56 PM
I don't know about France's policy on online gambling but it seems the gambling industry in that region is helping their government to recover what revenue they've lost because of the pandemic, and the government should show appreciation by easing up the regulation and taxes, France is one example of online gambling sites that help recovers one's economy I hope in other areas, they have the same situation.

How is the France government benefiting from the expand of gambling industry ? Are they collecting more taxes from the gamblers and gambling business owners ? If this is the case, then gamblers will not be happy to pay extra taxes. Government should develop plans to help the economy and not impose more taxes in this pandemic period.
599  Other / Meta / Re: What are the criteria to delete topics in the gambling section? on: December 05, 2020, 12:48:36 PM
I have to say first of all that, for me, the Gambling Section is the lowest quality one. Some people say it's the Bitcoin Discussion one but in my opinion the Gambling Section is worse because most people write there just because they get paid extra or have minimun requirements of their signature campaigns.

There are two section under the gambling section, the gambling section itself and the gambling discussion. Gambling section is not trash at all because you will find all the ANN threads of gambling there and people mostly discuss about the offers of the gambling site or provide feedback about them.
The problem is mostly in gambling discussion section and that could be solved too to some extend if the old mega threads are locked.

Anyone following the LPL ?  Dambulla Viiking scored a massive 207 runs in 20 overs and look like they will win this match against Galle Gladiators
easily.  110 runs partnership between the openers Tharanga and Dickwella was treat to watch.
