581  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 08, 2013, 07:17:31 PM
The public ledger is used to ensure that it is clear that we haven't issued more shares than we stated in the agreement. Between the data available on HL and our own public ledger for the shares we hold directly people can calculate themselves exactly how many shares we have sold.

We can allow people to mask their address for privacy, those that trade OTC can make their address public and demonstrate to potential buyers they have control of the private keys relating to that address.

With regards to TATs fees, if you don't like their fees for services they provide independently, offer them yourself for less, if you have the trust amongst the community.
582  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 08, 2013, 05:57:18 PM
Incorrect due to the fact there will be a public ledger of shareholders.

Havelock is now owned and operated by a licensed fund. (I know the guys behind this fund). We spent more time developing the business on all levels, to cater for shareholders core needs. No business, no returns.

TAT has already stated TAT's fees are always reviewed.

it will be transparent, people will know who holds what and we are actually working to bring more liquidity to the Bitcoin securities space, see previous news releases.

Apologies for not quoting the wall of text.

Can I just keep the shares stay at BF,and do nothing , does it mean the shares wil turn into direct shares?

To claim them once BF closes (without doing anything) you will need to sign a message using the public address that you used on BitFunder when registering, as per the announcement made by TAT.
584  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 08, 2013, 12:21:59 PM
If bitcoin continues at this rate and goes to $500-$1000 before neobee opens, this could cause IPO dividend payback to take forever. Since they would need multitudes more fiat coming in to cover the 0035/share. Is there any danger to the business in this case?

No danger, just the possibility of it taking longer for me to start receiving dividends on my own holdings.
585  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 07, 2013, 11:01:49 AM
The announcement is coming, so apologies for the short delay (We need a Bitcoin timezone).

My view on the mentioned scenario is that doing so would be great for existing shareholders, however not so great if the price falls and additional plans that we have started to implement (that are of benefit to the shareholders), would slow our rate of progress and if we then required more capital, would the existing shareholders provide that liquidity?

I will also not change the agreement, it doesn't set the right precedent if the contract can or would be changed at will to suit the market conditions.

how to do with our shares at BF??can we transfer to HL??

That announcement is coming later today, along with a full list of functionality for the shareholders website and instructions etc.

So a simple question - in what way would granting Neo+Bee freedom to operate help the desperate situation in Cyprus for it's Government and business sector?

Many factors not limited to increasing commerce locally, creating an innovative business sector, attracting international capital, creating alternatives options for the people who have lost the trusts in the Banks.
588  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 06, 2013, 09:18:36 AM
Hmmm considering the ongoing valuation of BTC right now I have question for you guys.

You said, that you already have some clients, so NEOBEE is already making some profits from rise of BTC value, right?
So the question is, will be profit from this divided between shareholders later? Or you will keep it.

Also ... regarding to transparency, from where the shareholders know what is the profit of NEOBEE? Or do we have only to trust you guys, that you're not just making up some numbers? You can easily said, "we did a 10 000 BTC profit in last Q", but the reality could be that you made 40 000 BTC ... how can the shareholder verify that you are telling truth? It just about trust between you and us?

Disclaimer : I have several thousands of shares ...

Thanks for the questions.

We are bringing clients online and any profit derived from these clients, shall be distributed to shareholders in the exact same manner as any other dividend is paid.

We are a regulated entity, all of our accounts shall be audited by KPMG, so any behaviour as detailed in your concerns would land us in serious trouble.
589  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 06, 2013, 05:37:21 AM
Myself and TAT shall finalize and announce the plans surrounding BitFunder and migrations etc later today.
590  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 04, 2013, 06:23:52 PM
You will have to wait for that level of detail until the legal reviews have been completed on all of our marketing materials relating to Neo pegged wallets. At no point has there ever been an indication that it would be impossible for the customer to get their BTC, surely the part that states 'even without Neo, the customer can get their Bitcoin' would have cleared that up....
591  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 04, 2013, 05:39:01 PM
We had a required the amount of 9500btc to get to market as an absolute minimum. Yes the holdings have doubled in value too. With regards to missing the boat, we have decades in front of us, February isn't far away in the true scale of things.

592  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 04, 2013, 12:57:27 PM
- Place your Euros in our Bitcoin accounts

Place your Euros into your Bitcoin Wallet

- You will own bitcoins, but you cannot have them, control them or actually spend them, since we need access to take them away from you if they go up in value

On selected wallets, we are only providing the cryptographic security of the Bitcoin protocol, yes it is more than just a store of value. Customers can still use Bitcoin however they want to use it.

- We'll give you a little bit of their increase in value instead

We take on the risk for some customers (not all), so why would they get no risk and all of the reward?

- You'll be protected against their fall by our special unproven secret black box trading methods

We will have a multitude of platforms available for us to trade our own reserves to ensure that we have sufficient reserves to cover any top-ups required, our additional services will also bolster our own reserves.

- No, you won't have the usual 100k protection from Bank of Cyprus like normal accounts

The "insurance" is all smoke and mirrors, but we are in discussions with the regulators surrounding this, with or without it the people here in Cyprus know that it essentially doesn't exist, so they are not blinded by the false promises of the so called 100k guarantee.
593  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 04, 2013, 09:46:41 AM
4 of the 5 points you made are wrong, but the 5th may even be wrong by the time we open our doors to the public, I thought the licenses would be more entertaining for someone such as yourself, over the marketing material. Each to their own I guess.

Its actually quite easy to derive income from other services, when you have the technological advantage over your competitors like Western Union, Money Gram etc (Naming just one service).
594  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 03, 2013, 06:42:47 PM
As previously stated, we are going to be generating many streams of revenue, our success is not just based on the appreciation of BTC.
595  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 03, 2013, 05:14:04 PM
Aren't capital controls still in place? Money you can't use is seized, no matter what number your bank claims you have.

Yes they are, however not strictly enforced. There has been announcements about their removal in full by January.
596  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 03, 2013, 05:08:22 PM
It was stopped with less than 2 hours to spare, my source the team of lawyers fighting against it.
597  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 03, 2013, 04:50:07 PM
Can you explain the 100k "insurance", how would that insurance work when the initial proposal during the bail-ins was set at 6.9% of everything over €1k....the insurance was declared a fallacy because if it was worth anything, the proposal wouldn't have been made.
598  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 03, 2013, 02:15:40 PM
We are going to be very clear to the customers what we offer;

Pegged Wallets, their funds are held in BTC in their own wallet, we will balance their wallet on rate increases and decreases to ensure the BTC is always equal to the amount of Euros their balance should be, the benefits of this is the cryptographic storage of their money.

BTC Wallets, is Bitcoin in its full glory up and down movements just a simple user interface so the customer doesn't have to use a 34 character public key (if they want to use it in raw format, they can do).

Time Based Wallets, We will provide the protection from negative movements and give the customer a % of any growth, in return for keeping those BTC hoarded for a specified period of time.

Each customer will have a URL to check their BTC balance live on the blockchain.

I have been extremely clear about the above throughout, I have also releasing more and more information regarding additional services that will be generating revenue for Neo & Bee.

Yes the big boys could try and destroy us, but how long will it take for them to stop laughing at the little guy, long enough for us to be strong enough to resist? If Bitcoin doesn't take the step towards the true mass adoption, then it will eventually fizzle out as a fad.
599  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 02, 2013, 02:04:19 PM
If we get a public and private(shareholder) forum on the new site I would drool. I understand that that may never happen though.

This more than likely won't happen, however we do have #neobee on IRC where I personally try and get on when I can. I will be around on IRC today for a few hours.
