Yeah Soopy, come on man......don't leave us all hanging for so long brother! Last post in here was over 2 weeks ago telling us their would be updates the next day on the Website etc..
I took a chance with this one. Only reason I mined it at all was in hopes of a re-brand. As long as I can connect I'll stake for the hell of it but am not holding my breath. Hold your breath! 1/Can I ask how POS blocks are formed? Currently there are ~452 000 blocks. I earn a minimum of 0,000... to maximum of ~2.5... stake per block. Is there any chance to change "Proof of Stake" to less blocks with larger reward? Because if you leave it until the end of the year will have over ~1 million blocks, and when a new investor wants to synchronize wallet will take a very long time (like when I synchronize BTC wallet/extremely painful)! 2/We need multipool/s, that will ensure price stability, outside people who want to invest small portions of the coin and traders! 3/Can be built in NAV_wallet Block Explorer and Rich List? 4/Needs to be done a RoadMap! /i'm sure that @hashforce101 will do this for even without money  / Talking about soon or further is not enough! So give too much expression of speculators and FUDers! When do RoadMap however there will be a lot more support and assistance! If you @Soopy, as the only programmer can not do the job quickly, RoadMap will be insurance with dates that will be far in the future sufficient to make the project safely! 1. POS Blocks are formed every 30 seconds
2. Yup for this we are working on a solution called a bootstrap.dat , where the user just downloads the file and place it in %APPDATA% and the network synchronizes just like being used in Bitcoin and Litecoin.
3. Yup there were few multipools but I believe they went down due to the attacks , I will inform the Foundation to coordinate with them and try to bring the back , thank you very much for pointing this out.
4. We already have the block explorer and Richlist , they just need to be linked to Wallet , Which will be done in the next update , We had a few things to straighten out and that's why it was not on the current update.
5. Actually Hashforce out of goodwill has provided us help in forming up a roadmap and it is being further discussed and approved by the Foundation before release , so you should see that soon.

I'd like to say kudos to Soopy for continuing to post and defend his position in the face of some tough fud.
To those who have never supported & ridden a coin down only to see the dev go silent should give due respect to Soopy for continuing to post. Crypto is a tough business and all development whether it's a coin, a website, a POS app, or wherever programming is involved hits snags and delays along the way.
Delays, QC and rewrites are all intrinsic to development.
I'm appreciative that Soopy picked up the SUM ball and has run with it.
Swap issues: This is a tough one because I also have been screwed on swaps I missed(not on NAV). It's my feeling that swaps should be designed to last at least 12 months if not indefinitely. People sunk their cash into something and that value should hold true even if the name of the product changes. I admit that I do not know the technical challenges of a swap but right is right IMHO.
In the end, be supportive and hope for the best.

I was wasted my time, and money because him.
Have some fucking respect for the hard working developers in the CryptoWorld dude , ASR is not my coin go fucking make accusations to one's who make coins and run away with the premine and profits , I'm a developer who helps communities rise up again when requested by the communities or the people who invested on it in mind to help them in anyway , so go fucking find out who the incompetence is and be grateful for that ASR is a bit alive because I took a point to sustain it a while where there is not even a community to support , it would have been long dead and you would not have anything to talk about if I did not release a fix for it sometime back fixing the sync issues it had and not even a node to sync, first do your fucking research before you post shit about developers , and being ungrateful.

i dont want to quote that huge pic, it is not about coin that survives, it is easy to make new one, again and again, it is about community that supports it, thats what i was talking about, coin2 did survive and it is finally getting on strong legs, i dont follow NAV coin anymore because i invested in summ coin in may or june and got screwed with this swapping.
dev should think that there would be late comers because it is not possible to follow all coins all the time, i asked somewhere here what about my summ coins and no one offered any chance on swapping for NAV, so i deleted wallet

It's not about making a new coin mate , it's about preserving the existing one that's the talent of a developer , anyone can make a new coin over and over again everytime it get's attacked that's not something special and that's what we are discussing here , and yes you are right on the community , community is what keeps things together , We ran SUM2 swapping for over a month and people mining and we gave everyone ample amount of time to swap and also did swaps personally for late comers , why do you always point your finger at the foundation or the devs just because you weren't interested in swapping or didn't bother about it , it's a two way thing you know and besides we set the time-frame and limits for swapping after thorough discussing with the foundation as well as the investors and also they were in place to prevent that everyone mining SummerCoin with ulterior motives to falsify their stack and try to swap their coins even after the periods are over , just accept that it was a wrong doing by your part for not swapping than pointing fingers at the Foundation, Community and the Developers , the SummerCoin was long dead before the Foundation took over and developers made it what it is today , when it's original developer just vanished, without these people SummerCoin would have not existed today. Respect That!
