I gathered the most famous sites at the page "Sites", where I also put a timer so that you can see how long it takes before you can visit the sites again.

I also gathered some of the many but lower paying Coinbox sites if you have lots of spare time and you have to wait for the other sites.

No one knows if the price is going to dip or not, but what we can know is that you'll only lose by renting that hardware.

You might be earning very little in pools, but you'll earn nothing on solo mining unless you buy really, really good hardware.

It will decrease as your activity increases. Just stay active on the forums and soon enough it will be lower. Currently it's 15 seconds for me.

If you are new with mining you should check out GUIMiner. It includes CGMiner and many other miners, but it is a lot easier to set up since it comes with a GUI.

Also, keep in mind that the difficulty is increasing and you'll earn less and less bitcoins the more time that passes.
