How to understand which blockchain is correct?

Check the block your currently mining with blockexplorer for sweepstake, which is down for the moment.

[2017-05-18 13:30:57] jackpot block 31598, diff 6.72, net 424.49 MH/s

Ok I'm on the same block, but I keep getting small amounts, is that the "PoS" reward? (n00b question, I know.)

Ok I strongly suggest for you solominers that are out of synch (or seeing double Cheesy), to clean the directory as dev suggested me (except from wallet and conf.dat) and resynch again.
I'm on the right block again.

[2017-05-18 11:53:16] jackpot block 31354, diff 2.84, net 53.73 MH/s

I halted the miner and I am trying to get the wallet in synch, but it sees random last block :|.
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SweepstakeCoin (SWEEP) - PoW/PoS, TOR, Sweepstake, Version 1.2 on: May 18, 2017, 09:43:57 AM
Code:
[2017-05-18 11:42:24] jackpot block 31348, diff 2.96, net 58.84 MH/s
[2017-05-18 11:42:44] jackpot block 31349, diff 2.96, net 58.84 MH/s

So, I'm on the right chain or on the wrong one?  Huh
586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SweepstakeCoin (SWEEP) - PoW/PoS, TOR, Sweepstake, Version 1.2 on: May 17, 2017, 10:36:19 PM
Whats the current difficulty or block?

It says I'm in synch at block 30254 right now (and I've lost 15k coins Cheesy).

But the wallet is trying to load 2000 blocks more :|.

Shall we suspend solo mining for the time being?

Don't worry, the wrong chain is still there. When most people converged to the correct chain, it will go away. With 1.2 it won't go to the wrong chain.

Miner: [2017-05-18 00:34:17] jackpot block 30289, diff 1.20, net 86.19 MH/s

I should be one of 4 guys (more or less) mining, while the wallet gives a netweight of 63 millions. I'm not getting these numbers right.

I hope you did not delete your wallet.dat. If deleted you need to copy it from the backup to your config dir, then continue to sync. It's where your coins hold.

Nope, backup is ok. From block 27000 it's really slow to synch.
589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SweepstakeCoin (SWEEP) - PoW/PoS, TOR, Sweepstake, Version 1.2 on: May 17, 2017, 09:56:44 PM
Trying to load the 1.2 wallet, "error loading blkindex.dat".

You can try again with the client, if it is not working, you probably need to sync from scratch.

If you use Windows client, the Sweepstakecoin config dir is likely at C:\Users\(your name)\AppData\Roaming\SweepstakeCoin. Exit the client, go to the config dir, make a backup of wallet.dat, then delete everything there EXCEPT wallet.dat and SweepstakeCoin.conf (if you have one), you can keep peer.dat too if you want. Then restart the client, you should sync from the beginning, it should take a few mins to fully sync'ed.

Ok, backupped the entire folder (I'm on windows client), deleted everything and it starts, but I fear for my coins now Cheesy.

(And it doesn't seem able to synch.)

Ok slowly synching...

Ok last newbe question: in solo mining how exactly do I tell the miner to send into my wallet?

Ok, probably a question already answered: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1903427.msg18893634#msg18893634

(never mined in solo.)

You need to create SweepstakeCoin.conf  yourself ( notepad) .  Make sure you show known file extensions so you don't accidently name it SweepstakeCoin.conf.txt
Close wallet first  , then edit your solariscoin.conf  ( the config file for the SweepstakeCoin wallet is located at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\SweepstakeCoin

Thanks, a little more info?
Do I need a cfg or something? I'm getting only a .exe from OP.

Very cool Cheesy.

What about the wallet? Can't get it to synch.

Well, I'm trying to mine in that sweep supernova pool, and with ccminer2.0 this is what I get (setting -o jackpot):
Code:

I'm on a MSI GTX 1070, I can't make any sense out of this.  Huh
try to use ccminer 1.8 !! http://cryptomining-blog.com/tag/ccminer-1-8/

bat  ccminer -a jackpot -o stratum+tcp://sweep.suprnova.cc:2239 -u xxxxx.xxxx -p 20 -i 25

Thanks, it works for me.
