Genesis Sentence: What a long strange trip it's going to be
This is not a fake account nor a duplicate account. I've been creeping bitcointalk for quite a while just reading. I finally decided to create an account in September. I understand that there are prerequisites, but I would love to be apart of this community and watch it grow.
Once distribution happens, surely there will be a lot of bounties for those that aim to be part of this project. You don't need to be a founding member: airdrop is closed. If you have ideas, enthusiasm and skills surely you'll have a chance, gaining by bountiens or buying cheap. |

guys who have possibility to refer new people, refer more! i see there is only 10 new participants:/ we need a bigger community, so please refer more people here! i see there more than 100 slots available, hope it all will be given to some respect members, maybe dev you can give these slots to some legendary member from the forum you know or just find decent guys with high rank or with old registration date, that would be nice!
IMO the point isn't to invite hero or senior or legendary members, because that doesn't guarantee anything. We don't need just people. We need real interested Movement supporters and over all skilled people: development, marketing, design or people able to propose and share ideas and enthusiasm. Really to be just a hero or a legendary member in itself doesn't add any value. oh, you right, but if the developer need a strong team, he should start finding it, and there is a lot of designers and it specialists on this forum, so would be good to give them tokens and recruit them into the team:) maybe you can tell me is there already dev found some people for dao team or by know he is just all alone? thnx Sorry, I don't know how dev team is composed but surely we have to understand that we have to walk by ourself. Each member has to be a 'dev' , doing what he's able to do or what he loves. I just mean imo the best is to select very well the invites. |

I don't have any technically skilled friends who are interested in blockchains yet so I don't know who to invite ---> this is a huge responsibility. I will be going back through the thread and refreshing my memories ---> I will be looking for the most motivated, inspired, ambitious people ---> skills are a plus, but motivated, inspired and ambitious people are what I think are the most valuable virtues to building a strong community network, right? Suggestions?
You don't need to invite someone! Yes, priority should be given to skilled people or loyalty supporters but if you don't know anyone who brings an added value to the community then it's better to pass your hand. Sometimes, doing nothing can be an advantage  |

Hi Decentralix, your posts have always been some of the most interesting in this thread. To be honest you always supported this project more than the majority of the founding members. I think that priority is to invite technically skilled people but with pleasure I spend my slot to invite you. We also need loyalty supporters that understand what a DAO movement is. No bounties mate. Why would there be a bounty for simply inviting someone? The bounty = that you (we all) get a great addition to the community, and their bounty is they get to be part of this. We always need a bit of common sense. Thank you! |

When the distribution will get started and what is the reason why some people will get more coins even registered for this airdrop on same day. This is confusing thing which I saw on spreadsheet.
Maybe you never followed this thread. Individual stakes depend on individual activity and in the spreadsheet you can find how each stake is calculated. Here it is all very transparent. Distribution is coming soon. |

now that community activity is on the rise I'm more and more motivated to participate more actively as well It also makes a lot more sense to post here as many-faceted discussions are beginning to emerge because posting simply for the sake of posting is not what I do or want anyone to do Yooo! Welcome to The Movement, pallas, and all the others that are being invited! Thanks to SlowGrowth for inviting a cool fellow and thanks to all who're active in & for our community! I guess it's always a good idea for us to try and chat with Dropper/M.AI to ask them questions and show our support, and I expect they will get in touch with us regarding where dev and other help might be required or appreciated. In the recent post they emphasized again that the nature of this DAO is the absence of one central leader who dictates the future but that the original project founder's focus is to "supply the fundamental infrastructure". Albeit a little slow at times I now believe this might very well be so on purpose to allow the community to get to know each other and kickstart the organization process? I sure understand now that we have the power to do cool stuff together, we don't and shouldn't just wait for things to happen. I hope the devs will stick around for a long time to help set the course, but it would be stupid to assume that they want to stop influencing this project anyway, we all are looking forward to shaping our own part to create a great and dynamic whole right? As I recall every active genesis member can invite only 1 friend. So incase you need help inviting your designer friend, I won't mind inviting him as my choice after I look through some of his work, as my initial choice is 100% busy with another promising project. I chose not to invite just any friends, rather I want people that can actually contribute. I would like to take this opportunity to nominate and invite @Pallas to be also a Founding Member of this amazing Movement. @Pallas is a software developer, i can't call every project that he worked/helped, he has been around in crypto way before i got in ( 2 years ago ) and he is one of the best people i had the pleasure to meet. I still don't understand why the distribution is being delayed, if there is a genuine reason for this I will like someone to point it out to me, what I see that most people write about is the movement, for me any progressive project will have a good movement
Yes, distribution has been a bit delayed but it's coming soon. But do you think nothing happened during this "delay"? I think we have somehow created the foundations for a solid community and we started to know each other. Having a strong foundation is fundamental and I think we can quite say we got it! |
