581  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitlucy withdrawal problem, does this acceptable? on: June 22, 2022, 12:03:21 PM
I just thought I would add to this,

I am one of the 4 people who have filled out the form.

I had a $21k balance at one stage with Bitlucy.com.

I have been literally BEGGING the owner of the casino to withdraw the money, for around 2 1/2 weeks. I then received this email yesterday:

After being asked to wait you decided to go to different channels but it never resolved anything.

According to our terms and conditions 9.9, 9.10, 9.11, 9.12 we have the full right to ask you for KYC.
9.9 Bitlucy reserves the right to check a player's identity (KYC procedure) prior to processing payouts and to hold withdrawals for the time needed to check the player’s identity.
9.10 It is the responsibility of the player to ensure that all documents as a part of the KYC process are genuine. In case of false personal data provided by the players, the withdrawal will be refused and the user account will be terminated. The player will be informed thereof by email. In case of the faked or fraudulent documents provided will result in confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of the player.
9.11 Player’s identity check may require a selfie, a selfie with a note to the casino, a phone call or verification of a player via live video call (Skype), copy of government Identification, passport, and recent utility or cable bill.
9.12 If location or identity verification is requested, we will make every effort to facilitate your completion of this by email. If it is not completed within 14 days of the initial request, the funds will be retained by Bitlucy.

If we are happy with the KYC then the settlement will be following, the initial deposit returned to your wallet. Confirm that you are fine with returning to the same wallet.
You will no longer be available to play at our site and your account will remain suspended.

Please provide us a selfie with a note “Bitlucy and current date”.

Provide your phone number and a copy of your passport or national ID card. With the picture of your passport or national ID card please have the note visible too in the same frame.
Add a note on the side of the documents saying "BITLUCY KYC "

Of course, I am not going to provide them with my personal data. Based on evidence that they are a scam. Who knows what else they are up to?

But please, take note of this 'If we are happy with the KYC then the settlement will be following, the initial deposit returned to your wallet. Confirm that you are fine with returning to the same wallet.'

They did not even offer to pay out the winnings, only my initial deposit.

Roysee/Bitlucy. You are scum.

Also, I went in on him last night, said and did some things I shouldn't have, and now the website no longer exists. Hopefully no one ever deposits another penny.

Shady af - the literal scam - a shame Royse... Sorry for your loss.

Good to see Riobet back in action on Bitcointalk - we started our cooperation a while ago and have been very happy thus far.

For anyone interested, you are of course welcome to check out our Riobet review: https://www.btcgosu.com/review/riobet-casino/
583  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺WOLF.BET - Advanced Dice Game 🎲 Sportsbook 🏟️ Slots 🎰 on: June 21, 2022, 05:03:46 PM
GOSU is definitely out there, I have been in the crypto gambling world for nearly a decade now, I remember satoshidice when it was on-chain and even on blockchain.info as well (and yes it was .info when it first started) and I remember people betting and waiting for their results to come. I mean, I have been here for a long time.

Never seen any crypto gambling review website that is as honest as GOSU, they are not really holding anything back, even if you offer money, they will do a proper review. Wolf.bet doesn't even need an introduction here, we are on their topic and you can see the love people have for them. These two getting together is certainly a great deal.

Not sure why I have only seen this post now but I appreciate the feedback, I really do. With us growing, things are getting harder and harder (seriously) but I still aim to be as honest as possible - even though as an affiliate, at the end of the day, I do need to make money at some point - fortunately, there will always be good sites to promote so there is no need to hold back when it comes to reviewing.

Well, this is obviously the Wolf.Bet thread, so enough of that - let`s just say as a conclusion that I really love working with Wolf.Bet and feel they are as professional as possible - as a result, our players love the site. Smiley

I've tagged the official account bitlucy to warn everyone off the site for now!
I don't think this is enough to warn everyone about this site since the user who posted the ANN is Royse777. I saw there's a negative feedback left by @DireWolfM14, sure anyone who logged in this forum can see the trust. But if someone didn't log in with his account, the trust feedback wouldn't shown. So, to warn everyone about this withdrawal problem, I have created flag type 1 on Royse777 account.

I ask anyone to support this flag
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2984

Supporting the flag now - this has been a farce and the shit show is not any better than 1xbit and the likes. As a result, simply not opposing the flag ain`t good enough any longer. Such bullshit does not only hurt people`s wallets (bad enough) but also puts a terrible light on the industry - rightfully so. It`s a shame really.

I have received your request through the form. There are one more too. Please read update here just posted. I would request you to request a new withdrawal since we had to cancel all past request while we had withdrawal system updated. They should process it in the given time.

Thanks for filling up the spreadsheet, I will follow back with the spreadsheet after 24 hours from now and will check your status.

Sorry for the inconvenience that happened.

I submitted my withdrawal request within 30 minutes of your post saying the site was back online the other day. Its now been 4 payment runs since you posted that withdrawals would be processed at 10am and 6pm each day.

Yet still no payment. What is happening with this casino?

I've been waiting for 9 days for my $400 withdrawal. The first 4 days of this support were promising they were adding immediate withdrawals so not to worry. The site has been offline since then for 'upgrades' and it still doesn't have immediate withdrawals, so i have to assume they were just lying to delay having to payout.

If the casino had the liquidity to pay then i dont believe there is any reason to keep stalling like this. I see the same excuses have been given since BitLucy launched almost 2 months ago, its not a technical problem. Its a complete reluctance or inability to pay players.

Hey,

can you please give us an update? Have you received your money by now?
586  Economy / Gambling / Re: SandboxCasino.io サンドボックス It's Simple: Fun and Fair. on: June 20, 2022, 10:53:53 AM
Hello, let us share the light on this issue with the player/players in question.

The player has been flagged by our system for a suspicious transaction linking him to a previously banned user for game exploitation. However when investigated manually by our agent, he found it to be a mixer transaction. Which didn’t alarm the agent in any way and he lifted the block and submitted for payment, which was paid in full and more to the client respecting the delayed payment and issuing bitcoin payment at a rate of initial request even when bitcoin has fallen.

Within the next 24 hours the system flags the account yet again, now this time management assigned a different agent to help with the investigation. At this exact time client goes on a streak of wins on a single game and hitting jackpots after jackpots. So we in tandem submit his wins for investigation directly with the game provider to inspect these oddly suspicious wins.

As our own investigation proceeds and we manually review all of the deposits made, we find the client to be linked to several users which were previously banned and some even recently active, for game exploitation and duplicates.

We have warned this group over and over to stop attempting to scam the casino and have issued numerous bans yet they seem to never stop. Which is why we inquired on a KYC submission to have a profile for future issues related to these exploiters.

Here's a few examples of the transaction origins:

3JjPf13Rd8g6WAyvg8yiPnrsdjJt1NP4FC
bc1qqxf98drymkq5awwtt685l6463tmtumlrvqfxv2
335umQ4egqMjDo6wSXYwQZYPntZzMveNTJ
bc1qqxf98drymkq5awwtt685l6463tmtumlrvqfxv2

As always we encourage fair play and transparency but we do not tolerate and we hope this message comes across once and for all.

What does that even mean - exploiting games and winning jackpots after jackpots - how would anyone be able to "scam" like that playing 3rd party slots games? Can you please elaborate and educate us?

Also - requesting KYC "to have a profile for future issues related to these exploiters" with no actual intention with regards to the specific case, well, that`s highly unethical, to say the least.
587  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ Your Trusted Guide to the Best Bitcoin Casinos ⭐ on: June 19, 2022, 07:13:56 PM
@efialtis, I have received a promotional message from BTCGOSU today. It was related to Stake.com. In the message, you have mentioned that the rakeback is 10% at Stake. But we all know that Stake team has reduced the rakeback rate recently. Kindly update it at your website. Currently they are giving 5% rakeback only.

Waiting for the big man to confirm this, but it could be one perk of being a GOSU over at stake. Same way new accounts could get (not sure if still active) the 7$ recharge, GOSU users could have some other personalized perks Wink

Yeah, I will have a chat with our Stake rep shortly to clarify. For the time being though, i have updated the info. Thanks Mahdirakib.
588  Economy / Reputation / Re: Why crypto iGaming still has a long way to go... on: June 18, 2022, 10:46:12 AM
Seeing this thread after noticing the negative feedback, this is what my commission looks like. Totally pathetic when they wagered almost half a BTC in total.

A complete joke really, yes - this would not (probably not) give us the right to call them a scam (while as stated before, some would argue that a model as bad as that one, could definitely be considered shady). When they retroactively change deal terms though... and then the cashback issue I have presented in the second post, then one could definitely say that this operation is anything but legit, acting highly unethically.

This is JFYI really: Since creating this thread & the medium post, my players deposited another 0.23 BTC (~$7200) with the commission for that being a MASSIVE 0.0015 BTC (~$50).

Since June 1st, my existing players deposited another 0.64 BTC (~$12,400 right now) and I earned a commission of 0.0005 BTC (less than $10 right now) - unbelievable...

Let me show you this for entertainment purposes!  Cheesy

589  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitlucy withdrawal problem, does this acceptable? on: June 18, 2022, 10:36:41 AM
The alt account is totally right though about "us" not acting in a way we would if the person in question was someone else... truth is, this could not have been handled any worse with everything that goes with it, including the "end" of the story, locking the thread and moving on just like that - with the website also being down btw, lol.

Well, instead of talking about others I am honest, normally I should have supported the flag as well as left negative feedback and I am simply trying to win time, hoping for the miracle and Royse getting that shit together... which is not very likely to happen anytime soon from the looks of it.
590  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitlucy withdrawal problem, does this acceptable? on: June 17, 2022, 10:50:29 AM
One point making this whole thing an even bigger mess is that in the beginning, we were "told" that the CM was simply taking care of the bitcointalk promotion, with no word about being directly involved and/or having any share with the operation.

Now, we read things about "just a small share"... this is worrying, besides stating one would keep "helping" such an operation, it does not matter if on bitcointalk or outside of it, a scam operation remains a scam operation and when you have not been executing payments for weeks, you are a scam, full stop.

Apparently, people have lost money - they deposited, requested withdrawals, and never received those - not a rocket science, I have no idea how the CM or anyone else dared justifying such a BS over such a long period of time.

Very sad story really and so predictable. :/
591  Economy / Gambling / Re: SandboxCasino.io サンドボックス It's Simple: Fun and Fair. on: June 17, 2022, 10:32:09 AM
On June 14, 2022 I deposited 0.21 BTC (approximately $4,700USD) in BTC at SandboxCasino.io
Ops i believed your story. You have deposited $4700 in a new gambling site. cooooool mate   Wink Your Deposit history should have been shown

I had one hell of a gambling session. I went up to $30K and then all the way down to $13K. I was playing really high-limit Mighty Gorilla Slot at $360/Spin. I then hit the bonus on the slot machine and won a whopping $118,512 USD!!!
Wow what a luck Buddy. $4700 to $127,000 i really  believed you.  Your bet history should have been shown.  Then it would be more believable he he

In total I tried to cash out 5.8BTC ($127,000USD). The withdrawal was cancelled with a note it they were investigating the win with the game provider. They also zeroed out my BTC balance so I could not wager and put “adjustment” as the reason.
My big win is below!
https://i.ibb.co/WyS8rmZ/B65227-DF-8525-44-D2-A279-7316-BDD2-DE4-E.jpg
I believed everything you said.  But after looking at your screenshot, I am sure that your balance is demo balance  Huh

I did win that, but the problem now is actually getting paid. As you can see from my post, the casino is trying to make it impossible to collect my winnings. The demo toggle button is always there regardless if you’re playing real or demo. If you select demo, the button goes to the right.  Gotta try harder Matlock!

I can’t figure out how to embed, but here is the proof you want. 😀

So what is the status quo? Where do you stand on the case? Some more info will be useful. I am not asking to shit post but rather to bring this up since I have had numerous chats in the past with the person running that operation.

Totally agreed - all BS stories, if they wanted to pay and it was just "technical issues", they could have very well simply open their wallet and send the funds - as simple as that.
594  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitlucy withdrawal problem, does this acceptable? on: June 16, 2022, 10:26:30 AM
Manual withdrawals were supposed to be processed at 20:00 CET, around 4 hours ago. Have players started receiving their withdrawals, and can someone update the community on the current state of affairs? Are they being processed or are the same players still waiting to get their coins with the support asking them to try again?

I very much doubt any have been sent, i re-submitted my withdrawal request less than half an hour after the post saying the site was back online. I have still not receieved any payout from BitLucy.

That is now 4 payment runs missed since the site came back online and Royse said they would be processed at 10am and 6pm GMT.

It's now 9 days of waiting for me. Why anyone would want to play somewhere which doesnt have the time/liquidity to pay a $400 withdrawal i do not know.

Of course no payments - I know this player since he has been playing on various sites I am cooperating with - he is legit.

Not sure about all the back and forth there, how can anyone (including the ones promoting them through avatars) not see what has been going on? Everyone should have stopped promoting them for a very long time, no matter what. All those excuses are complete BS really, Royse has not done himself a favor there either and I have personally warned him weeks ago that this is going to get bad and that I do not understand why he would keep holding onto such a shit show.

Why would anyone in his/her right mind even consider "using" such a site? After everything that happened during that short period of time. It could not be more obvious that this place is... at the very least... poorly run (if not a complete farce).

My friend Royse seems to be doing his very best but it does not change the fact that anyone depositing money on there is in high risk of not getting s*** back, that is if he/she gets lucky and wins some.

Might be about time to open a GOSU casino, considering the fact that everyone seems to be opening crypto casinos "just like that", lol. Anyway, this whole BitLucy thing has been fun to read and a prime example of why we will need regulation at some point...

This, again - I have also hit up Royse on messenger to discuss the subject real quick and for some reason (I don`t understand why) he still justifies what has been going on - the thing is, at the end of the day, it is all excuses, one excuse after another, no matter what.

@Royse If it was not you opening the thread for them, I would have already created a flag. Please get out of this mess.
