I currently have btc stuck in my 1xbit account which is now locked, so I am looking to withdraw it.
I deposited 25.4 mbtc in my account, and then placed a bet on a Nigerian football match, I was able to withdraw half of the money. But after that my account was closed. The bet won so there is still around 25MBTC in my account. Have talked to 1xbit security but they are being unresponsive, please help!!!???

I believe I have already read 95% of all the complaints and accusation on this thread but what you are saying is opposite to my viewpoint. You can't solve only the issue raised by newbies account, while you ignore those raised by Junior member and upward and was us to believe you guys cause those newbies may be your puppet account.

Hi Dypper, Just like it is shown on your screenshots - the answer for your case was already provided. We have investigated your issue carefully. Your account didn't have any funds at the time of closure, and therefore there are nothing to refund. Bets were placed accordingly to the rules. There are no obligations left on the company before player. Every gambling site that used the same layout as 1xbit are a scammer and gambling seems not to fall for their trick again. The newbies with 2days old account (user ) and dammlyn is definitely a puppet account to lure innocent gamblers.
We gather all the complaints, doesn't matter what account it was posted from. As you can see - most of the accusations are from newbies accounts, just like Dammlyn's. I have received e-mail that I can withdraw deposit. My account has been opened again and I was able to request a withdrawal of my deposite sum which was... rejected after while...
The withdrawal should be approved, please try requesting it once again. They stole 550 mBTC from my account without reason.

We don't share evidence due to security reasons, in our turn we don't ask people to share evidence for complaint creation, even if there is no evidence at all. Dypper has stated that he registered his phone on the site, but on our site accounts are generated automatically, and you can back them up with email, not the phone. We are sorry to see that people feel bad about our services before using them.
We have to mention that most of the complaints are created by newbie accounts, that doesn't necessary a bad thing, but that at least suspicious.
Every person can ask a question in this thread, and we will try to help. But if a player commits violation - we won't be able to let him withdraw winnings, only deposited sum. We think that this is a fair point.
There are still a lot of players around the globe who might need our help, and thus we keep on being active in this thread despite our negative trust.
And one more thing we want to notice is hate speeches, this thread is public, and please respect other people - not all of them wants to see such things while browsing threads.

Sorry for the delay, got a response from the security team: Your account has been suspended due to similar reason with the case above. Balance was confiscated to cover damaged caused. Unfortunately, you won't be able to use this account anymore. That was made to prevent further damage to the company. They never refund me my deposits. They didn't said aswell that my funds were kept to pay the damages so I'm really being ignored.
At the beginning of our conversation here you were asking to refund your bets because they lost. Since then many different complaints were received from you - some of them were resolved. But now it seems like you require our answer more than a solution. So I'm waiting for you to void all bets from the duplicate accounts.

When a casino website claims that they have that many people breaking their rules and constantly refuse to provide any proof to back it up, it could only mean one thing: the casino itself is the one that is scamming their users there for made up reasons.
Another reason is that the casino doesn't require any personal info from a player and offers way more events to bet on. Which results in players convenience and increased number of people, who don't mind violating the terms.
