thx

Nope.  Not an ERC20 token.

So, now would be a great time for Stratis to release something big Wink
583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | STRATIS | The first blockchain developed for businesses |Full POS on: July 10, 2017, 11:56:46 PM
Damn lol Wish I had more money to buy more Strat but I'm sucked dry.
584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | STRATIS | The first blockchain developed for businesses |Full POS on: July 07, 2017, 12:08:20 PM
Unfortunately the timing of all of these Stratis releases couldn't be worse.  Everyone's freaking out about what happens to Bitcoin on and after Aug. 1st.  That's pretty much pulling everything down at the moment.

Saying LISK will crush Stratis is like saying that Mastercard will crush Visa and everybody is a fool for investing in Visa because Mastercard is an option.

Believe it or not, but in a world of over 7 BILLION people, there is room for more than 1 blockchain service...

Even if there weren't 7 billion people, to think that Lisk will crush Stratis is laughable to say the least.

So, what's driving this price increase? I hear there's news coming? What news?
587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v9.5 (Windows/Linux) on: June 17, 2017, 12:13:28 PM
So, I set up my environment variables in my batch script that look like this:

GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

However, when I actually run the batch file, it's giving me the output below:

'GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR' is not recognized as an internal or external command.
'GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE' is not recognized as an internal or external command.
'GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS' is not recognized as an internal or external command.
'GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT' is not recognized as an internal or external command.
'GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT' is not recognized as an internal or external command.

It never used to do this.  Used to always say "SUCCESS".  The miner however still starts to mine with a hashrate of about 115 Mh/s.  Weird.  I did update to the latest AMD Radeon Software Version drivers 17.5.1, and I've had some intermittent crashes in the past since I've updated to these drivers.  I'm wondering if I should roll the drivers back to an older release?  I'm running Windows 10, and have a 5 GPU system (3 RX480s and 2 RX470s).  Just not sure why Claymore wouldn't recognize those GPU_ commands.  Any ideas?

try setx before each of those in your bat

Yep that was it!  Forgot to set those.  Thank you sir!

Zen trading on Bittrex? Anybody? Still waiting.
590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ZEN] ZENCASH: Permanent, Distributed, and Fully Anonymous cryptocurrency on: June 01, 2017, 01:24:55 AM
So seriously, when will this be on Bittrex???  Still not seeing it listed.
When they deem the Zen-network to be safe/fast for transactions. According to a dev 24 hours maybe.

I mean, they said this two weeks ago that it would be listed. Guess I'll just have to wait.

Sell wall eaten through nicely at 100,000. Congrats everyone. Time for a drink.

For anybody still actually holding this coin (like me), what do I have to do to set up a masternode?  Just send 10,000 PIVX to my wallet and that's it, or do I have to modify the config file?
594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GNT] Golem Project - The world’s most powerful supercomputer on: May 18, 2017, 01:00:41 AM
I just came over here from TRST.  Hoping GNT at least has more updates than TRST lol  To be fair though, I guess TRST is still pretty new.  GNT's further along though.

So, there were rumors that a short term roadmap was supposed to be announced last week or this week.  Was it pretty much just rumors?

Isn't there supposed to be a short term roadmap this week or something?

No one knows how much ZEN a secure node will make in a day.

Keep in mind most nodes won't qualify for secure node status. You actually have to do things to get approved. You can read this in the whitepaper.   https://zencash.io/assets/Zen%20White%20Paper.pdf

The secure nodes receive 3.5% of the rewards.
1440 minutes per day
Blocks average every 2.5 minutes.
Means 576 blocks per day * 12.5 Zen per block = 7,200 ZEN created per day

The secure node reward is 3.5% of that 7200 ZEN per day. So on average, 252 ZEN will be divided up per day among ALL secure nodes.

When you say "won't qualify", below's the list of secure node requirements taken from the whitepaper.  I guess I'm wondering what items below would be difficult to achieve, compared to say running a Dash masternode?  If I have a computer running at 100% uptime with 16GB of RAM, is there anything else special that my system would need to have to qualify as a secure node, based upon the items below?  Also, what if somebody wanted to run 10 secure nodes.  What would be the recommendations for running multiple secure nodes?  A VPS?

Basic infrastructure functions performed by Secure Nodes:
(a) Ensure all network communications are encrypted between nodes.
(b) Maintain full Zen blockchain.
(c) Provide certificate-based encryption connections for ZenCash wallet applications.
2. Secure Nodes meeting the requirements outlined below receive 3.5% of block coinbase
reward in a way that rewards uptime at full functionality:
(a) Operate node software on a capable system as specified by infrastructure requirements.
10
• Recommended memory is more than 4 GB.
(b) Maintain entire ZenCash blockchain on the system.
(c) Provide a valid SSL certificate to the ZenCash Node software to use for communicating
with other nodes and wallets.
(d) Keep at least 42 ZenCash on the server in a t address for staking.
(e) Monitor the SecureNode channel for challenge messages from SecureNodeHQ
approximately every 10 minutes (in a z transaction message field).
(f) Respond to challenge with identifying information of the Secure Node.
(g) Challenge response will be a combination of two things:
i. Send a shielded message to SecureNodeHQ containing public t address and
GNUnet document location in message field.
ii. Publish a document to GNUnet signed with private t address including:
A. Public t address of staking Zen, which will also be used for reward
payment.
B. SSL certificate and IP address.
C. Block header from blockchain.
D. Other information that may be necessary to make sure it is a unique
server.
(h) Each Zen Secure Node must also be a peer on the GNUnet systems to publish
the challenge response anonymously and support the anonymous publications
from other elements of the system.
(i) Other potential requirements that may come up in future to allow ZenCash
system to use the Secure Nodes for consensus and computing power.

Does anybody have any clue how many ZenCash somebody might get when running a masternode? Like, 1 per day, 1 per 3 days, 1 per week, etc.? This will really decide if I want to buy a lot of ZClassic or not.

Is the "Borris123 Windows Masternode Setup Guide" on the first page still something worthwhile to read through to learn how to set up a masternode?  Or are the instructions outdated?
