nice to see you are gambling for fun and your friends too.
playing with small amount of money which we can happily afford to lose is fun because our emotions don't take control of us.
if we lose a reasonable amount in one or two bets, it's highly possible that emotions will take control of you and you will try to recover that amount by placing huge bets,
sometimes we can recover but many times we bust our account in that process,
it's better to stop at that point so we can save the remaining balance.

oh wow, you receive around half of your deposited amount back, can you please share the website here?, how long you are playing on that site?, is it reputable and has account in this forum?
referral users are waste of time if you are promoting that specific site to people who has no interest in gambling, if we promote the site by showing it's unique property to existing gamblers they would try that site to see, and if one them is high roller liked the site, and wants to play on that site. you will also earn big for referring them.
583  Economy / Services / Re: LOOKING FORUM POSTERS £20/DAY on: September 24, 2023, 12:09:58 PM
OP had a topic about something similar back in July and also in October last year. Not exactly sure what they are up to, but it is a bit strange that they keep coming back every few months looking for forum posters. It is like they are hiding something or trying to pull off some shady deal they do not want to discuss publicly.

it may be something scam or promoting a fraud platform for that the OP need users to text privately may some greedy users had talked with OP privately and they are doing that scam job here for long time.
584  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: chart reading and prediction on: September 24, 2023, 11:55:39 AM
In  their so called "technical analysis" anything is possible if they want to make chart look like bullish then they can draw lines which shows the market will be bullish, at the same time other charter wants to show it bearish he can show bearish by drawing more some lines, means the charting is just speculating the future prices without solid fundamental reason for why the price will go up or down.
But in short time frame it works because lots of bots with huge liquidity are trading at this breakouts, breakdowns, macd, rsi, etc.

https://github.com/bitcoinbook/bitcoinbook#mastering-bitcoin
If you want to learn about bitcoin, you can visit this forum daily and read from real people’s experiences. If you want to learn more technical things about bitcoin, you’ll need to take a blockchain course.
If you want to make money with bitcoin, the easiest way to do that is by investing in bitcoin for a long period of time around 5 years.
Buy bitcoin on a weekly or monthly basis in order to accumulate at an average price, rather than a top or bottom and find a side job offline or online so you can accumulate more bitcoin,
If you stick with this strategy for 5 years, you can expect to make a profit.

589  Local / India / Re: ZebPay Teams Up with Brave to Offer Rewards Program to Users in India on: September 22, 2023, 12:18:00 PM
I was earning around 90-120BATs token by my 6 profile on brave browser, just withdrawn one time after that brave rewards was unavailable in india.
And i left with more than 100BATs without claimed. I holded it for around 6 months thinking they will make rewards available in india but they didn't. now i have 0 BATs because i fresh installed windows.
Brave is private browser then why partnering with zebpay?
it will be good if brave comes to India, there are many indian jugadi's who can try to get more BATs out of it. (Like me made around 6 profiles and earned 20BATs on each profile but unclaimed it, that's why many platforms like this are not available in india because they will earn less profit from indian people)
590  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do we get the completed posts payment. on: September 22, 2023, 12:04:28 PM
It's stupid to leave a signature campaign before either letting the manager know that you're leaving and wait for his approval, or at least wait for the post count to be done.
I know it was my stupid mistake and i am guilty of it.
All the managers here have a great understanding and if you ask the manager of your upcoming (joined) campaign for which you left your older one, that you need some time till the post count is done and you are allowed to remove your signature and avatar, I am sure he will understand your position and will reserve your spot till your week ends in your (old) current signature and allow you to join once you get paid there.
That's why I see 'reserved' frequently appears in many signature campaign spreadsheets in the list of participant names.
I done this type of mistake because many campaign mangers says in their reply "wear your signature and avatar within 24 hours" I think it's a deadline after this i cannot allowed to participate.
but now i know how it works it was simple but i was unlucky to not getting paid for 2 campaign because of my simple mistakes.
591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paxos recovers its $500,000 'fat finger' Bitcoin transaction fee on: September 22, 2023, 11:50:15 AM
so although not orchestrated laundering. they do now have the benefit of freshcoin with no taint
what benefits a company can have if they have fresh coins? in my mind i just know one benefit: they can deposit it in exchange without any fraud issues,
what are the other benefits?
592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: September 22, 2023, 11:43:44 AM
Would you say it's simple? Saying, "Hey, just quit" to someone? No.

No, because the human brain is wired to think in that manner.
Let say there is a gambler who have received payment today and first he kept aside fund for his daily expenses, and left over with a reasonable amount which is right if can be saved for his child education, insurance policy, emergency, etc.
instead of saving he goes to casino for some day until he busts his leftover payment.
first day he won a small amount and gone home feeling happy and he didn't purchased anything for his wife or children by that winning amount.
next day he wins.
next day he loses his 10% amount in one game, now he is becoming a aggressive gambler, he started betting 5%-20% of his bankroll in one bet.
after playing some bet he loses his all money which was left that day when he received his payment.
after losing he becomes so angry at him and start to think ("i always lose all of my money on these stupid games, i will never gamble again") after some times his mind becomes calm and he start to think (oh! i was lost because of that mistake... I will try playing and recovering my all lost money on next payment day)
this cycle repeat in his mind and he becomes an addict who loses his hard earned money playing games, risking his families future. keeping them restricted to even a small luxury like giving a fake but beautiful ring to his wife, gifting his children with a little expensive pen which they can show to their friends in school and make them feel jealous, etc.
593  Economy / Economics / Re: Building wealth it's not just one time Luck on: September 22, 2023, 11:16:27 AM
Building wealth doesn't have any fixed amount of capital for you to figure out you could survive in the long term. I've witnessed too many events where people started their business here in our country only using $1 and they made a lot of money in the long term because of discipline, and right money management.

For a millionaire, if have $50k free sitting in their bank he will think (Oh! its very low amount to start a good business.) because he is a millionaire his mind says $50k is less amount to be work on..
for a small businessman who accumulated $50k by saving, he will think (yes! I accumulated around $50k, now I can start a business to convert it into millions) in last a person who works hard and smart for their business will achieve success in that business.
may the small businessman becomes more wealthy then the discussed millionaire because he worked hard on it because that $50k was saved by him day by day by cutting his luxury,
and if that millionaire had started a business with 50k, may he will fail at that because his thinking was: $50k is very small amount and he may had not given his full attention to it.
594  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [Overview] Bitcointalk Contests And Giveaways on: September 22, 2023, 04:55:59 AM
The OP did the basic thing, he started this thread. I don't see any obstacle for someone else to assume the role of moderator here and periodically publish the updated table. Something like Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns [Last update: 17-Sep-23] where several users edit the table.

yes, you can do this to keep the thread updated but do not spam the thread by quoting whole long thread many times.
and the informational need to be valid!

I personally think online gambling is more addictive
I agree with you.
We get addicted to things which release happy harmones in our brain with less effort.
Online gambling is more addictive because of factor like these:
Ease of access: we can start playing with just our phone laying on bed. no need to take effort of going down stairs, driving car, etc.
Bonuses: we get a lot of bonuses on thousands of online casinos.
Availability: online casinos are available 24 hours anytime we want to play just log in to any casino with our phone.

but there are many disadvantages also of online gambling like we cannot control ourselves to gamble responsibly, our mind not trust 100% to online casinos, etc.

here's a small suggestion:
is it right to add a small section to this thread of who manage that specific campaign?
598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are You Tax Efficient With Your Gambling Habbits? on: September 21, 2023, 11:57:52 AM
What do you mean by 'taxable money'? You mentioned that cryptocurrency and gambling are taxable, so I'm curious about your statement.
means playing with very small amounts which i mostly lose in the end.
I get it. So you are talking about the ceiling amount in gambling. This means your country taxes you on the amount of money you have gambled if it reaches the ceiling, instead of taxing capital gains or winnings? If that's the case, I think it's anti-gambler. I mean, who would gamble if they have to pay taxes regardless of the outcome of their gambling activity? It's not fun, to be honest.
No, that's not the way it works. The taxable amount is payable on the gambling winnings. Basically, gambling winnings are treated as income here and will be taxed if you exceed a certain threshold. If your annual income is over 2.5 lakh Indian Rupees, then you will need to file an ITR. If your income includes your gambling winnings, then you will also need to pay tax on that as it is considered as income. For example, if your annual income is Rs 50,000 and you win Rs 50,000 in gambling that year, then your total annual income will be Rs 1 lakh which is not taxable as it does not exceed the Rs 2.5 lakh threshold.

600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: September 20, 2023, 02:17:56 PM
I believe it will be easier to quit than addiction to illegal substances, tobacco, or alcohol.
both are easy to quite if we follow a plan or strategy.
like while quieting tobacco we need to quite it slowly it cannot be quitted in one day, we need to consume it less and lesser day by day to do not face any health effect.
to quite gambling it's simple if you are at initial stage; just delete your every gambling platform account and delete browser history, leave very places which reminds you about gambling and easy profits.
