I received this msg: ''This request was closed and merged into request #35750 "Transfer Confirmation Required".

I no longer understand anything...

avoid sending multiple requests on the same subject - it will make things easier and quicker for you and for us

I put money in the wallet via BTC, I lost card and I closed. With money remaining on the card I bought BTC from you to be able to withdraw by another method. WHY CHECKS NEEDED IF MONEY WAS FILED BY BTC?  I no longer understand anything...

The limitation had to be imposed on all transfers for the reasons explained in the blog.
As said, it is likely to be removed soon.
If something is still unclear, please, ask, but first do read the updates

e-coin, wirex are thieves! I try to transfer 490 usd for 4 days, i receive this mesagge: ''
Your order is successful
We've sent you an email with a link to confirm your Transfer. Thank you for using our system!''

BUT IN EMAIL I NOT received confirmation link! I tried 10 times!  I sent many emails to support, 4 days have passed and nobody answered!
I tried to transfer by phone by wirex, in vain...  begin to believe that my money is lost ... Sad

nothing is lost, don't panic and don't spread the panic making things worse.
what's your registered e-mail?

kpe_ion@yahoo.ro  request (35239).

How not to panic? I tried every day to her transfer... not working! Support does not respond! I need this money, I want a concrete answer... Thank You!

You had Buy BTC transaction less than 3 working days before trying to transfer the BTC out to another wallet - that is the reason the transfer wouldn't go through. We had communicated this limitation on several occasions, more detail available here:
https://blog.wirexapp.com/faq-3-day-bitcoins/

This limitation is likely to be removed soon - we will keep everyone posted.

As for support not responding - have to admit they are much slower these days than always used to be, but at the same time, you need to understand, that by creating panic and writing 15 messages on the same issue you are not helping AT ALL, on the contrary - increasing the queue of support tickets and causing longer delays.

Thank you for understanding

Still "Service unavailable, please try again later." for BTC -> EUR and still no comments about it from the reps Sad

USD is ok, EUR and GBP - still delayed by the bank due to holidays in a few countries this week, hope to get it resolved still today
589  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: June 01, 2016, 01:47:07 PM
annnnd nope

order succesful -BUT- not in list of orders

and NOT funding my card

Alright, 10 minutes later it 'suddenly' appeared.

Please fix all your code to suck less, start by hiring some developers.

why make assumptions and post them here as if they were the fundamental truth?

have you read the definition of the word you are using? have you ever lost a fraction of a cent of money with e-coin? has any single one of your issues not been addressed and resolved?

it's a free forum, so anyone can share their ideas, but have you ever thought that your posts should have at least some grounds under them? have some respect for other people's eyes, ears and time..

Does it really works with paypal to withdraw fund?
Can you confirm it or is it a hit and miss Huh

it's not part of the service we do ourselves via our platform, but know that very many customers do so directly via PayPal. It can take a while for the funds to reach the card, but it works, once your card has been linked to PayPal (talking about Visa)

Hey, Ive been trying to transfer btc from my account from my account to another wallet but it keeps saying transfer failed as i have reached my limit, ive only ever bought btc one so i am no where near my limit. Can you please look into this for , i have messaged support four times with no answer. I have pm'd you my email

you were trying to transfer out the BTC bought the day before - there is a 3-day hold on BTC bought via the platform, as communicated on numerous occasions earlier; more details available here:

Please update once you find out. If e-coin takes 6.5% commission when we sell our bitcoins to them, then that's a lot. In the past, the commission was like $10 per bitcoin purchased.

what are you talking about, mate?? what 6.5%? where is this coming from? please, don't just post smth for the sake of posting smth...

Hey,

I don't mean to bash e-coin, I used it before and was satisfied with their services. I asked if that 6.5% is the new commission or not. Also, I cannot see Bitcoin selling price once I'm logged into my account. It was removed apparently. Can you help me see it again? my e-coin e-mail is synigmas@yahoo.com

you can see the exact amount you are going to receive in your card at the time of selecting the load amount.
Can assure you, nothing has changed, no idea where the 6.5% is coming from.

From what I personally see today monitoring different BTC exchanges, is much bigger than usual difference between their rates - guess this must be due to the recent spike in the BTC price. So, it is really hard to compare, what's the benchmark? We are still using the same price matching mechanism as before, which gives the optimal combination from several exchanges, nothing more, nothing less

I WAS trying to transfer 7$ to my wallet and see what i've got:

Error: Transfer failed. You have reached your transfer limit. Please contact support for more information., please contact support for details, RefId: f90a7afa7ed24c408b42c58a13fcf029

And the best part this reply from there support :

Hello,
According to your transactions you've managed to transfer your funds.

Kind regards,
E-Coin Team

JUST WTFFFF!!

>> a lot of bold and red text for $7, can you please, PM your email address to have support look into it again?

upon checking your account:
you had a buy bitcoin transaction just yesterday, that is the reason you can't transfer them out to another wallet - there is a 3-day limitation, which we have communicated to all customers on several occasions.
You can find more details here:

Hello, i'm a frequent user and happy about your service.

However, the spread is quite impressive right now, 465$ for 497$.  i.e 6,4% !!!
How often do you adjust price i thought it was automatic? Or is it new spread?

Thank you

this doesn't sound right. Rates are updated in real time. BTC has been quite volatile lately, this may be due to quick changes of the rate. We have not changed anything.
Can you send any screenshots in PM?

There is nothing wrong , rates are just fine and updated in Real time like you said : http://preev.com/

looking at a few BTC exchanges at the moment, it's a bit crazy - can't remember seeing rate differences that big between them, usually they are all similar, but right now it's different

Summer is soon and I have some plans so I need to deposit BTC into the card , so can anyone confirm that the pending deposit issue is finished?

do you mean card load or BTC deposit into the wallet?

I was basically speaking about the BTC deposit because I had issues with it , It was saying Pending even if I had 3/3 confirmations . but I'd like to know about both. What are the current issues ?

we've deployed a number of fixes overnight, should be more stable now.

Thank you.
I guess you should check this out , there is more and more people accusing E-coin for scam these days : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1486177.0;topicseen

some people have nothing better to do with their time. The guy who initiated the thread is not even using the service, just trying to make a name for himself probably...
