There is an issue with the pool and proof of burn blocks, hereby taking the pool down until I fix this. Sorry for inconvenience.
We're back up. Hopefully this time, PoW blocks won't be rejected. Great! Let's see! So, about my question in the other post: how do I know my balance? And the payments are sent as soon as the block is found, or how is it? Payments are sent when the block is confirmed x times (I think x = 60), I will add unconfirmed balance to the stats soon.

Mining at the pool is working OK on Digital Ocean cloud droplets. ... BTW, you should start a new thread for that guide, I think it will get more attention.

Has anyone tried to implement the rpcthreads option? I think the pool is really in need of that, the daemon lags like hell on dual e5-2670v2

Pool is up - http://63.141.232.170 (stratum+tcp://63.141.232.170:3333)I am working on setting up the domain name, slimcoinpool.com Make sure that you have compiled from the latest commit, or you will get low difficulty rejects.Shares from the temp pool are carried over, the stats are not displayed until you start mining however. Payments are automatically processed every minute, it may take a long time to receive block reward because it needs a high number of confirmations. Should we compile from your: https://github.com/siklon/slimminer or slimcoin's new official pushed ? It's the same, the changes are merged.

PPNS Pool is nearly complete (only thing left is fixing payments), we are doing extensive testing to ensure that everything goes smoothly once launched. Also, the share counts from the temp pool will be transferred over.

Hi, I've just compiled this miner and I'm testing solo mining against the latest slimcoin-qt.exe release running on testnet. All the the shares are rejected from the minerd (boooo). Only if i'm mining with the wallet can generate coins. I had similar problem running on the real network. I should have found a couple of blocks with minerd but all blocks were rejected. Anybody with similar problem? You have to update your wallet.

Please stop PM'ing me about the pool, I know it's down, I'm going to have the new server up pretty soon.

Sorry, we're getting DDoS'ed. I have to shut down the pool for now to prevent getting null routed. :/ Anyway I'm waiting on some nice servers that I ordered, which will have proper mitigation against these type of attacks.

As I said, you must use my slimminer fork or you will get 100% invalid shares.
Please compile static linux and win binaries, both x64 and x86 and ask the dev to update the first post. I have asked the dev to pull changes from my fork, there is a Windows compiled in the post just above yours.

Temporary pool : stratum+tcp://77.237.251.163:6666 You must use my slimminer fork : https://github.com/siklon/slimminer./minerd --url=stratum+tcp://77.237.251.163:6666 --userpass=(SLMADDRESS):x -t (THREADS) Nice! I want to mine there, but noticed that http://77.237.251.163/tbs shows almost half of the shares are invalid and no block has been found yet. Maybe someone is trying to mine there with the wrong miner? I will continue solomining for now I think... I join it But all is booooo... Hello. I test 30 min but I had a 100% invalid shares. I used windows 7 x64 and download CPUminer ver 2.40. Could you help me, please? Thank you in advanced. Antuam As I said, you must use my slimminer fork or you will get 100% invalid shares. I also can confirm that the pool is working but I had to do a clean clone form the https://github.com/siklon/slimminer These are the instructions I used for building minerd on linux: cd git clone https://github.com/siklon/slimminer slimminer-pool cd slimminer-pool ./autogen.sh ./configure CFLAGS="-O3 -march=native" make -j4 strip minerd ./minerd -o stratum+tcp://77.237.251.163:6666 -u <Your SLM ADDRESS> -p x -q
EDIT: Installing the dependencies to build the miner on clean ubuntu should be: sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get -y install git automake make sudo apt-get -y install build-essential libcurl4-openssl-dev git

Pool is working - testing it currently. Will announce the URL pretty soon.

What hashrates are you guys getting while mining PoW? Just curious.

please upgrade the wallet from the old peercoin src

Seems like there won't be any pools anytime soon. The wallet doesn't even support "getblocktemplate", only "getwork" which is for solo mining mostly (and deprecated). Such a disappointment, I thought this coin had potential with PoB and all.

@Dev, please support RPC batch commands. I'm trying to make a pool, but the wallet needs some patching.
