582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is NEO still worth investing in? on: March 15, 2018, 11:42:47 AM
In my own opinion, NEO is a very solid project and you wouldn't be making a mistake investing in NEO.

Neo has the potential to get to 1000$ this year when the bull market returns.

I would always advice that you do your due diligence before you invest in any coin at all.
I agree. NEO is a great platform and coin which has potential to grow more than 10X till the end of this year 2018. NEO has a hard working team, trying to launch some real utility projects and many more advantages over ADA. Though One must do his/her research, analysis and study before investing in any asset. NEO is also called as the Chinese Ethereum and surely you wont regret investing in NEO blockchain.

Moreover NEO has no transaction fees and can only be sent or received in whole numbers which sets aside complications in many transactions. Also NEO is highly scalable and can do 10000 transactions per second.

584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Agrees with Me? on: March 13, 2018, 11:14:18 AM
Your observation is quite right, it is a normal market cycle, lets hope bitcoin will soon skyrocket then only our alt holdings will grow too afterwards.
Our altcoin holding will grow even now if the price of the bitcoin rises slowly or remains bit stable/less volatile. It is not necessary that bitcoin has to skyrocket and then drop for other crypto currencies to rise. Altcoins are related to bitcoin just because many exchanges world wide use btc pairing trade for altcoins, which gives bitcoin volume and connects its movements indirectly to the other crypto currencies.

There is always time for altcoins and time for bitcoin. When one rises, other remains low and when the other starts to grow the first begins to crash.
585  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will crypto exchanges be banned/taxed ? on: March 10, 2018, 10:50:14 AM
The govs don't want common people to make money or escape from their poverty, so they are trying to hinder the crypto ecosystem in general.

For example we hear about crypto exchanges to be banned in some countries, or be heavily taxed so that the govs take significant earnings without doing nothing.

"Regulation" after all is just an extorsion: if you , Bitstamp (for example) , don't give me a good part of your earnings, you can't operate.
And the gov is not going to give any service in return, they just take their slice of the pie for nothing.

And at the end of the day it is not Bitstamp the one who is losing money due to "regulation".
We are.
Because Bitstamp and all regulated exchanges will be raising their fees due to the taxes and we are the ones who must pay the gov to keep the exchange alive.

What can we do to avoid this issue?

The solution that is gaining popularity are decentralized exchanges like Waves or Streamity  ,
which are good for crypto-only trading.

But what about FIAT deposits?
How do "decentralized FIAT deposits" work , if they exist?

i can think of 2 solutions to this problem:

- Use FIAT to buy GPUs, mine coins with them, then use the mined coins to trade on DEX (decentralized exchange) platforms

- Buy crypto with FIAT directly from other people, that you can meet in forums or online announcements, Localbitcoins.com and similar sites

Well i know it's more "comfortable" to just do a bank transfer to an exchange's account , but this will have a cost for you: the gov will know what you are doing with that money, how many coins you bought , etc., so they may tax you because they think you are making profit.

While if you buy GPUs they cannot assume you are mining. You say you are just playing video games.
So your earnings are anonymous.
They don't even know you bought GPUs if you buy them at local shops with cash.

Being anonymous is worth the struggle even if it takes a bit of "discomfort" , as you are going to avoid a lot of nuasances.

Crypto exchanges will not be banned and that’s for sure. They will surely be taxed on the other hand. Exchanges might close under pressure from government, but they wont be banned from operating. But most importantly all crypto exchanges will get regulated in the near future that will give government all transparency and help them stop any illegitimate activities taking place of track down any terrorist funding that is happening. Moreover people will no longer be able to hide their income in form of cryptos and will have to pay the taxes one way or the another. Though there will remain anonymous exchanges, but sooner or later people will convert their holding to fiat money.
With the way development is going with regulations and the way a lot of old and new exchanges have made KYC a necessity, then this is something that shows a sign of the government introducing regulation in the cryptocurrency community which would end up with the government taxing all our activities when it comes to exchange to fiat. That would possibly be classified as capital gain tax and we just have to adhere to the tax rules when it materializes.
586  Economy / Economics / Re: How to TAX Bitcoin. An easy way ! on: March 10, 2018, 10:18:35 AM
Its far better to have a limited taxation because if over taxation occurs then there will be no difference between fiats and btcs
Over taxation will make people to even start finding reasons to evade tax. Moreover, if there is a huge taxation of cryptocurrency in my country, and I have a lot of it, I would rather move out of my country to go settle in a place where their taxation is lenient and possibly start a business and help the growth of such a country with the little tax I pay which I am sure a lot of countries will be willing to accept since my own government is so greedy to not know the right thing to do.
587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Monero a Good Investment? on: March 09, 2018, 10:20:01 AM
Yes, Monero is anonymous and a cheap transaction fee coin. But more importantly, most mining softwares, add-ons, extensions, website etc. mine Monero and then convert it to Bitcoins and other crypto currencies. So in that way, it will always be in circulation and use. As far as how good investment it is, I think it might give you average returns, but don't expect any magic from it. Zcash, Dash etc. might give you better returns in the same category.
Monero is more of a slow moving coin that is very less volatile to the market. The continuous use of it and rise in volume keeps in pretty much constant.

Its been on rise slowly nowadays. One more key aspect of monero is that is charges quite low transaction fees, so that proves it to be much more better alternative to bitcoin. Also monero can be mined easily whereas bitcoin requires much time and high GPU’s and CPU’s. monero is definitely good if you need steady returns over period of time.
588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Monero a Good Investment? on: March 08, 2018, 08:21:23 AM
Dear bitcoin community,

I recently started researching in altcoin and I tried to figure out which other altcoin is more used in sending money online (I think a traded currency shows that the currency will resist in the future and will grow) and I came to the conclusion that Monero is that coin.

Why Monero? I think it's pretty simple, Monero because I saw that everyone from the dark web asks for payments in Monero, and this leads me to think that Monero would be a good investment now because from what I understand, even Bitcoin has first massively traded on the dark web, and Monero came as a more anonymous alternative to the dark web and so it replaced the bitcoin there.

So, as the title of this thread says: Is Monero a Good Investment?

I have presented my theory, but what do you think?

Please expose your opinion to help me in making the final decision whether to invest my money in Monero or not.

I deeply appreciate your contribution on this thread.
Monero is one of the best security token that exits on the crypto market currently. Because of it being highly decentralized and private with high security it is being heavily used in the dark web as payment system. Monero can be said to be the most decentralized platform next to bitcoin.

Its best know for its security. Due to these reasons I think monero XMR is a great coin and shall be huge in future. Though I would recommend not to buy right now cause its in a bit hype due to hardfork and the price is high. Wait for a dip and get in.
589  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: In this down market how your doing? on: March 07, 2018, 11:59:49 AM
Of course I will hold my asset if the market down, and wait until the market got fully recover to start trading again. Because if we have bought our current coins at higher rates so there’s no point in selling them if we don't want to get lose our funds, so I think hold will more better.
Some basics rules of trading are listed everywhere. For all traders these rules must be well known to them else there may be huge disappointment for them. To avoid such sad moments, one must need to buy bitcoins as lowest price as possible and sell them at maximum highest price as possible. This lowest and highest gratitude will be determined according to market trend.
590  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if bitcoin wasn't created? on: March 07, 2018, 11:26:27 AM
Theres no people are already rich if the bitcoin is not created and our lifestyle never changes we will work literally to gain experience and to get some benefits of the company so were still working at bitcoin forum for a transaction with different peoples without knowing your real identity so we dont need to worry coz the bitcoin have strong security...
No you can’t just say that. There were much people who were rich, earning huge for their month. They had nice houses and cars and everything. Still they were rich and now they are rich too even when bitcoins are there. But yes, from bitcoins if some people have changed their life styles, they are only those ones who invested their time and concern in bitcoins. Else they would have been living such miserable lives like earlier.
591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In which coins to invest my $2500? Ethereum, NEO, Bitcoin Cash, Gas, or Waves? on: March 03, 2018, 12:33:15 PM
I think yоu cаn invеst in Nео, bеcаusе Nео will bе thе nеxt еTH, аnd thеrе аrе mоrе аnd mоrе ICо prоjеcts bаsеd оn Nео, sо thе vаluе оf Nео will bе highеr аnd highеr.

I think of ETH to be the best possible option out of all other coins and especially for a person who is having some good expertise in trading will surely be able to make out very good amount of money if he opted for trading of ETH.

Other than ETH, you can also go for ripple and lite coin etc. too but all these coins are preferable for short term investment of money and you should go for them only when you are willing for day trading only.
592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is created? on: March 03, 2018, 12:01:01 PM
of course i agree with you. what ever it is, its a very good thing that is happened to us.
It is useless to get into this debate that how bitcoin was created as it has nothing to do with us. The only thing in which all of us should be interested must be that why it was created.

It was created it give us a chance to have a better earnings and to have a better living by making some good amount of money and there are people who are doing this and their dreams are about to become true and soon there are going to become the millionaires.
593  Economy / Marketplace / Re: market now on: March 01, 2018, 12:06:32 PM
Talking to the market is always fluctuating. Not only bitcoin so we do not worry too. Experience and a little luck will succeed
It's normal as the market is volatile due to supply and demand of that particular coin. You just need to know when is the right time for you to buy and sell your coins as this will matter for your profits.
To add a little bit more to this, I think we must try to be gadget friendly because there are many new applications which can be installed in the phone to keep the track on what is happening in the market. Just set the alarm at the upper target to sell the coins and lower target to further invest into the bitcoin.

Also manage the graph and try to take things realistically as compared to ideally because at the end of the day this is how you will be earning a great profit.
594  Economy / Economics / Re: let us promote BITCOIN on: March 01, 2018, 11:28:18 AM
Yes, I always promote bitcoin to my friends, social media like facebook, twitter and instagram. I keep on telling them what benefits they can get and how to earn bitcoin in the forum like joining bounty campaign.
It is good that you are trying to educate your circle about the new system of the currency, atleast if they will not join any bounty campaign, they will try to get something good from this information.

Bitcoin has this great feature which I love is that the more you advertise it to the people, the more it will benefit like just like you are the owner of the bitcoin, so with that in the mind, I think it is mandatory for all of us to tell the people around us about the bitcoin.
595  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Pump and Dump. How to make a profit? on: February 28, 2018, 03:58:30 PM
I don't think joining pump and dump groups are the best way to guarantee you to buy and sell at a right time. I can see that even on Facebook, Twitter and Telegram communities that I've seen who create this kind of group.

It is because cryptocurrency is so unpredictable and with high volatility as well, so take it at your own risk. Everything here in the world of cryptosphere is highly speculative, so there is no guarantee when will the altcoins you have will pump or dump.
Pump and dump play a key role actually in helping the ones who invested their money into the world of crypto currencies as no one can make profit without this pump and dump. You just to make the right decision by keeping all the necessary aspects in your mind according to undergoing situation and above all especially at the time of dump. Buy more coins at time of dump and sell them at time of pump.
596  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin Trading! on: February 28, 2018, 03:22:02 PM
We can trade BTC and Altcoins too.But which is the best for trading Alt or BTC.Please let me know any one with any Idea related to experience. Shocked

Actually i think both Bitcoin and Altcoin are good for trading. Among them Bitcoin is the best for trading . We know that Now, Bitcoin is the world best cryptocurrency. It is so much secure and trust able. Many people are engaged with Bitcoin. Bitcoin trading is so much profit able. I am also try to regular trading of Bitcoin. I am a trading lover.
One thing which I would like to add into this is that bitcoin trading is a full time job and its not some part time thing, if you want to enter into the trading side than be assure that you have the confidence and you are the master, because I am afraid that many people who are not good at trading or trying to this as a part time thing, they will loose the amount and later on they will blame the process.

Also I want to clear that I do not want to discourage anyone but I also don’t want that anyone should loose a penny because of some innocent mistake.
597  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Addiction? on: February 27, 2018, 12:41:20 PM
Absolutely, and I'm glad to not be alone! Actually, I'm addicted to forex, and I?m just a beginner in crypto, but I can predict that this will be my next mania... :-)))))

I see, I also consider myself as addicted to bitcoin and wants to know everything because I indulge myself so I guess I have to gather information about it. May we don't even know the future yet but we all knew that their is a future in bitoin because it changes a life and gives graces. I wanted to have a lot of cryptocurrencies because I wanted to save for the future needs.
There is nothing to get proud on climbing yourself as an addicted to bitcoin. Because it will eventually kill your other activities and you may lose your focus on your life's responsibility over time if you do not care about addiction towards bitcoin.

You may enjoy your addiction by earning more number of bitcoin for a given time but after some time you may have more frustration due to your addiction. So take some activities to get rid of your addiction.
598  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you thinking about the future? on: February 27, 2018, 12:08:11 PM
Have you ever thought about buying bitcoin for your children as a future investment?
Yes of course, i bought bitcoin for my future not for now, i try to invest my whole savings in crypto right now, i hope that it will give me possibility to just have better start after finishing university.
Then don’t spend them until you would be in extreme emergency. Never use them in such useless chores rather save them until you would find best time to sell them and earing money from them. Holding is best solution according to my schedule and field of interest. You have to find what suits you. Don’t just listen someone and started working blindly, search according to your needs.
599  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I'm going to buy some bitcoins on: February 24, 2018, 09:09:28 AM
Go for it man,buy bitcoin now because the price is very affordable, hold for a while and use it at the right time, this is a good investment for your future.the price is moderately increasing.
Every smart person will always go for it at this point in time. As long as you are not a trader looking for some swing profits here and there, every long position holder should have been buying when it dropped down. This is like a new year gift for every investor and the possibility of a huge profit before the end of the year. Price has been strong; though still a little bit shaky, but so far, we can still hope until otherwise.
600  Economy / Marketplace / Re: "Bitcoin mining is a Big no!" on: February 23, 2018, 01:33:53 PM
Ive met some group of financial adviser, they told me that the best way to aquire bitcoin is through cloud mining, they gave me names of trusted cloud mining providers and as of my research, they are well known and trusted.
Then ive met some people, whos already earning big bucks on bitcoin, they dont recommend cloud mining. They told me that its expensive and risky, but as for my understanding its good way of gaining passive income.
What are the possible reason on thier contradiction?
Whos recommendation should i try and why?

I may say or suggest go through bitcoin mining though we all know that it's expensive or non profitable on some , but yet it's worth it , despite the risk promise it's worth it , but I suggest to that , mining bitcoin isn't easy , bitcoin mining can cost a lot of energy and will result to a bigger expenses , and it's build to a better climate a climate that it's cold.
There is nothing difficult about bitcoin mining if you have the bucks to invest and if you have the knowledge, Difficulty level may have increased, but it is normal to see that happening during huge rally. However, for anyone who cannot invest in mining the normal way, cloud mining should never be an alternative. Better still, like you have mentioned, trading if properly learned should even be a better thing to do.
