581  Economy / Economics / Re: How to make 17 BTC out of 7 BTC ? on: February 03, 2016, 02:53:48 PM
i would never recommend gambling in anyway higher chance that you lose it all then gain anything :/
582  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: If I'm right, this idea will make me a multi-millionaire on: February 03, 2016, 02:52:13 PM
It would be nice to have quicker ways of receivin bitcoin but honestly you will just end up with a lot of fradulent charges and most likely legal issues too.

True, but the man who figures out a way to make credit card purchases of bitcoin work somehow (legal, fraud, security). Is going to make a freaking fortune

xapo have a credit card that you can link to your acount , but then you have to have btc deposited to your acount in the first place , and dont know if you can convert your btc when you use the card , so you can buy in normal stores with it.
583  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Should you stay or should you go? on: February 02, 2016, 07:49:29 PM
think bitcoins future looks very bright, and think bitcoin will meet some more roadblocks in the future but will prevail in the end and stay strong on its on next to the fiat currencies.
584  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: February 02, 2016, 07:45:59 PM

585  Other / Off-topic / Re: Getting My First Whole Bitcoin? on: February 02, 2016, 07:44:48 PM
signature campaigns works. everything else just take so much time for so litle reward, but if u want to you can always check out the android apps like weel of bitcoin and some more apps that are connected to xapo. they pay directly to your xapo acount , but dont expect to get rich from them alot of work for some cents imo like the rest of all the faucets.

587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: February 02, 2016, 10:59:32 AM
gambling is a huge problem for alot of people its very addictive and very hard to stop all together you might gamble less but stopping full. is super hard if you are addicted to gambling.
588  Economy / Gambling / Re: Finally earned 1 bitcoin.what to do? on: February 01, 2016, 09:05:08 PM
I would:

Put 90% (0,9BTC) in cold storage and leave it there for the long(er) term. Price-surges can come sudden and quite significant.

Use 9% (0,09BTC) for trading. In this case I assume you're not a pro at trading and making mistakes won't cost you much.

Use 1% (0,01BTC) for gambling. Assume this amount is lost as the chances of losses are slightly larger than the chances of winning.

might be a good strategy, they he dont have to make a choice realy he just do alitle bit of both Smiley and 90% in cold storage is the option i like the most not doing it is stupid if he worked hard for the coin.

590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: eSports Tips & Predictions ! on: January 31, 2016, 03:40:14 PM
any way to see you guys overall results ? or do i need to look at all the bets myself to see if their winners or not , becuse all bets i looked at so far seemed to have won , so just wonder what your overall stats are Smiley

After we checked before the 2 from today it was about 75 % accuracy, which with good bankroll management can be very very profitable! Of course we would like to increase to 85 90 % , but you know sometimes things just dont happen the way you expect. I am sure with time we will get this goal.

75% is awsome. and like you said would be alot of money with the right money management. Cheesy
591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: January 31, 2016, 03:13:06 PM

592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We need to convert Bitcoins to new units... on: January 31, 2016, 11:37:29 AM
It took me a while to be easily able to convert satoshis to BTC in my head but I figured out a way for me to remember it and now I have it down pat.

I remember it as "trip zero ten k" in my head, or 3 zeros (000) before 10,000 (10k).

.00010000

That gives me a nice reference point right in the middle and was my "ahaa" moment. eureka..

Now I mostly find myself thinking of BTC as "a million satoshis" = .01, "ten million satoshis" = .1, or "100k sat" = .001

Now I like it this way and its the millibits/bits/bytes that confuses me.. Maybe I'm silly for thinking this way but it works for me..

reading this post helped me alot to figure out how much a satoshi is compared to a btc in a faster way, thanks mate.

594  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: January 31, 2016, 11:27:51 AM
make it so they get a discount everytime they shop with bitcoins in a store that supports it and more people will buy with bitcoins not only female. and it will spread. and become more talked about and popular in the process.

596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you earn a lot of free bitcoins fast? on: January 31, 2016, 12:18:24 AM
Most of the sig. campaigns are good, which means you can aern a little bit of free bitcoins.
But doing micro tasks will give you are highter reward which makes it worth your while

i dont believe the 1st part, so you are saying the money you earn with signature campaigns is free money ?

No its not you are advertising them in your signature and getting money instead, remember 70% of internet work/earn with advertisement including google and facebook.

Moreover, as most of the campaigns have some conditions regarding posts quality, lenghth etc. there are also efforts and time, that user have to offer.

But its working for alot of us on the forum. and yes its not realy free since you do work for them. But it pays and it pays better then all these faucets and its less work.
597  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Ore-Mine.org topic locked. on: January 31, 2016, 12:15:21 AM

598  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1 million [BTC] moved in one block on: January 31, 2016, 12:09:03 AM
Id be scared to do anything with that many bitcoins just in case i fucked up, Even after double and triple checking it was going to the right address im sure i would still manage to send it to oblivion somehow. Either that or end up paying a 1 million bitcoin fee and sending 1 bitcoin.

was thinking the same would not have the guts to send that much money in one transaction , would be so afraid of screwing it up lol.
