It's never too early or too late. All that matters is understanding what you are investing in and why. Will BTC outperform the stock market over the next 20 years? If you think so, then it is obviously not too late at all. It won't be long again before bitcoin becomes $250k
As always though, diversification is key. A balanced portfolio should includes multiple asset classes, and as long as BTC is viewed as one of those asset classes then I see no problem with it.

if you are someone who just graduated from school, it's good you try to work first to seek experience and new friend. of course crypto is more important, but we also need to add insight in the outside world. outside work experience is also important for us.
Working at your own comfort is such a good idea, just what bitcoin is. However, if you need to have another source of income with fix salary and monthly payment then go for the job offer. In my own i'd rather choose bitcoin too because I have seen an excellent result which may lead for me to have a better life than before. In indulging yourself in bitcoin is quite hard because you need to gather informations but if you know how to ride on it, the process will be great. I choose bitcoin not only of its promising claims and results, but because of its purpose and goal to help people and making a difference in every life. I actually think that teaching kids about bitcoin is not just a noble idea, it's an obligation as parents if you want your kids to make the best of their lives.
Teaching bitcoin to children is not a pre-requisite. It takes readiness and willingness for someone to learn it. It requires dicipline and patience to engage in cryptocurrency. However, if you want your children to learn, there's nothing wrong with it. Teach the basics first and have your children be guided accordingly and monitored properly. Don't forget to instill in their minds its advantages and disadvantages. It's not a mere discussion of its benefits and profit you gain from it. It needs proper education and responsibility for parents to teach children about bitcoin. It's a good idea to have children learned about cryptocurrency, but the way we lead them is a must and matters the most. Children need motivation and dedication from parents to be successful in cryptocurrency. I agree, that if the children is not interested and ready to learn then don't force them. Teaching them may not still give productive results if that's the case. |

Just wondering if you guys will stay in crypto (aka hold or sell your BTC holdings) if the price does not recover.
Lets say we are still around 6k-7k by December 2018 => Will you wait it out or give up and say "OK, we had a nice ride but we are not going up again"?
What about if in 2019 price is still hovering around 6k-7k and there is no sign of recovery to 10k+ (or even a new ATH)

some ICO is legit, and some are scam. in fact we can not determine it, because the scam or not, it depends on the dev. they could have turned into a scam after they succeeded. I think there are some ICO like that.

For me, its depend on the acceptance of the people. Yes, bitcoin is popular and expensive, but if the acceptance of bitcoin doesn’t increase maybe in the next 3-4 years, bitcoin will end. We all know that bitcoin is limited, and that limitation is getting very near that almost of 80% of total volume of bitcoin already mined become if bitcoin’s acceptance increases I’m sure that in next 5-8 years bitcoin will be still leading.  I think its yes and if we continue without any major problem in particular to the government regulations we will wake up in the next decade and buy for our needs using cryptocurrency. Fiat started to deplated and the government have using bitcoin to tax the users. This is only my opinion and somehow can happen anytime as early as 5-8 years for your speculation. What makes the bitcoin more interesting is when it goes up and everytime it happens we are making a huge numbers added to the users. Bitcoin's future depends on our unity and being a strong believer of its existence. If we all unite for bitcoin's long-term progress and dominance, then it will happen. The country deserves to be the leader if the cryptoworld because of the support they give to it. I have not opposing this one if they wanted to. I believe Japan has a big contribution for cryptocurrency because i guess most of the whales are from it like the guy who withdraw huge amount of bitcoin lately.
This is the country that gave birth to the Cryptocurrency market and it is great that their government recognizes Bitcoin as a legal means of payment and they have a lot of good policies with Bitcoin. I am currently living in this country and can see everyone knows Bitcoin and see Bitcoin as the easiest payment medium since it is the first country to legalize Bitcoin. This is a very interesting topic. Japan as one of the richest country in the world and having a good economic condition, it would attract more people to join cryptocurrency and offer more great opportunities. As far as I can observe being a teacher, I am definitely happy that my students are involve in cryptocurrencies and they earn for themselves and help their families. But, their school perfomance is getting worse. Please give your thoughts how will you help students to earn and at the same time it won't affect their school works?
Yeah, first of all hello everyone. As a student, yes it can somehow affects the students performance but it depends on how you handle it. Time management is the the key for all of this. I think it's not bitcoin that totally affects student's performance, it's the way they manage their time and effort. There's nothing wrong about earning money and at the same time studying. Bitcoin at this point is holding its value because its a legacy coin. I think its always going to have value based on the fact that it was the first ever cryptocurrency. You should look at it like gold. Gold is pretty useless too but the reason why its so valuable still is because it has so much history. Bitcoin is basically digital gold at this point

People have built new houses, start new businesses, driving new cars just because of investing large amounts into bitcoin. These are all the practical uses of bitcoin. Those transactions that needed weeks and third parties are now done within few hours without any interference from third party. So please think before spreading such things. I would understand and respect people who have negative comments about bitcoin. Perhaps, they have come up these perspectives due to their bad experiences in bitcoin. we don't need to regulate cryptocurrencies but regulations can be also helpful with the adoption and growth of them or they can be restrictive and even prevent the adoption altogether. in the end it will come down to what they are regulating and how. for example if it is regulation of exchanges and if it leads to a more secure place where people can trade with less risk that would be a very good thing.

I do not feel the awakening in the near future, but if there is a new hardfork appears then I will feel the resurrection of bitcoin. In the near future bitcoin will rise but unlike 2017 which has a high demand, it will only be at a slightly lower value than the past.
The more you think it's gonna fall, it will happen. If you think positive, everything follows through and it will lead to success. Its recovery may take some times but let's put more patience and determination that if it crashes now, it will regain in the future. I am starting to loose hope in Bitcoin. Like really i need to cash out and for me its on its lowest...  why are you so stupid? if you need money, just sell your bitcoin and hold your other coins until the price is very high then buy the bitcoin back. Today, bitcoin sales volumes on all exchanges have greatly decreased. I think that's what caused the price to go up. But that doesn't mean anything. Maybe the whales are gone for the weekend. They did a good job last week. To reduce the price of bitcoin by 2000 dollars is a very good result for them. I think the trend will be determined by the middle of next week.
First of course recover will definitely happen on bitcoin and many other potential coins. yeah the price is currently very low and maybe that's what makes a lot of people less interested in buying bitcoin so that the impact on the volume decreases. I'm very confident that whales will surely make a surprise by giving a shock in the marketcap and making the price pushed up and recover. be patient dude! Bitcoin as the largest by market cap and leading in the market also experiences a flash crash. It's volatility has been its nature in the market. It's unpredictable when high is high and when low is low. However, this trend does not mean END. It has been facing this kind of trend for years and it survives. There's no easy way to success.
