I just inspected the coin without the capsule and don’t see where it’s listed. I think he sometimes use to put them on the holo but don’t see one on it either. Any guidance from someone would be appreciated!

This is such a mess.

I just don't think this group can come to a consensus.  I can see how some people feel some stuff should be given charity funds, other stuff shouldn't, and there's valid points on both sides.  The only option that's not valid is suing Yogg.  

Donators get option to have their sale price of donated items back...no one donated thinking this is what would happen.  I think this is only fair.

Edit : Donators should be given sale funds back period. This would be the cleanest way. If they decide to donate it back somehow fine.

I put a few Satoshis down on the Chicago Bulls versus San Antonio Spurs last night.  The bulls (my favorite team) have certainly been a mixed bag of things, but I felt pretty confident with the way they've been playing without Zach Lavine.  I now only wish I had bet more lol.

What is the deal with VICTOR WEMBANYAMA only getting 5 rebounds? I only slightly watched as I had the game on while I was doing other things around the house.  But only 5 boards from him seems crazy.

Man, Flacco, Browning, Wilson...talk about a difficult decision. I think I did pretty well for a 12 man league.  What hurts is wondering what could have been had I not lost Burrow and Chubb in this league.  I had such a massive game last week I just know this week I'll get burnt.  Olave had a nice game , Kyren had a decent game but not like he's been playing lately.  Lastly Alvin Kamara took a massive dump on me.  His worst game of the year, OF COURSE. Grrrr

I hear ya, but this is something that everyone needs to work together to get straightened out.  Kialara/Max and I are good friends, and chat often.  We were chatting last night and I happened to mention this ordeal here with the funds not having been paid out yet.  He was under the impression that funds would go directly to those who had cards swept, period.  Not for loans, or cards never received, cards swept that people chose to not sweep and take the risk etc.  Max donated $10,000 nearly a year ago now, and here we are.  He didn't state much more outside of just sharing what he thought the funds were to go to.

This is my feelings, not his... but I think at this point, every donator should be given the opportunity to receive their funds back, or choose to leave it inside this mess in hopes that it'll actually be paid out eventually.  I think this is the right thing to do at this point.  I mean imagine donating money to a cause and they literally sit on it for a year, not putting the money to good use as intended, with no resolution in sight.

I know this was all don with good intentions, but cmon guys, this is now just ridiculous. 

To update mx12 and to share my story as a warning/lesson I suppose to everyone else.  FedEx will not deliver to a USPS PO Box no matter what.  It's in fact illegal to even do so. 

Here's where FedEx has lost my business forever going forward.  First, they didn't let mx12 know that they couldn't deliver to a PO Box.  Why on earth wouldn't they ?! Then when FedEx called me to verify my shipping information, they left me the regular home office number here in the US.  They did so despite the fact of knowing that it's literally impossible to get through to someone when you're the receiver.  I tried tricking the system many different ways to no avail. 

I get a call late yesterday evening from a lovely lady at FedEx.  She told me she saw my item on the belt that takes packages to to be, and here's the kicker...destroyed.  It arrived Dec 11th, made one attempt to contact me, left a phone number to return call that won't work, and then decided instead of trying to reach back out to me (even after mx12 contacted them to provide my email as a source to reach me) that they would just destroy it.  The woman said she noticed how it hadn't been there very long, and stated she just didn't feel right letting this thing go to be destroyed after only having been there for less than two weeks. 

Fuck FedEx.  This is some horse shit piss poor business practices.  I mean, they couldn't contact the sender to try and arrange a return?  The laziness and lack of giving a shit is across the board with this one. 

So just an FYI/Lesson learned here I wanted to share.

I hear ya and agree they should go to card holders first then to loans. Prob is loans aren’t as transparent and I feel a different thing entirely. Though if funds are still left after card holders are taken care of (again I want nothing as I didn’t lose much and I’d rather those who lost more have it).  But of course the issue is even this for some reason can’t be agreed upon.

Your point is well taken.  To me I think it's insane to like either of these candidates, and the fact that it's already a forgone conclusion that it'll be Biden vs Trump (I have no doubts that Trump will still end up being able to run) is insane.  They are both losing their minds and unfit for office.  This is what's going to make this race so difficult to bet on.  If you're not in the US then it's probably difficult to grasp how much damage these two dinosaurs have done to the nation. 

This is truly going to be the most difficult election to bet on IMO. As of right now it's a complete dart throw.  But, we'll see how thing shake out in what is sure to be miserable time for us Americans.

You're right.  I'm horrible with that kind of stuff.  I feel so out of place with all you guys being so good with PC stuff.  Mind if I ping you on Discord for a tutorial, or perhaps there's something here I could refer to?



On another note I could use some help from everyone.  My quarterbacks for the other btalk league are Flacco, Browning, and Mr Unlimited.  Flacco has the best matchups, Browning has been tearing it up (maybe no Chase), and Wilson is just always pretty steady eddy but his upside is limited..what do you guys think? 

I was thinking this same thing as well.  Truth is most of us here aren't struggling in life. (I know this is not the case across the board).  I don't want my money back, I want it to go to someone who needs it more than I do.  Loans shouldn't be a part of the equation at all.  Funds being sent to those who's cards got swept should be top priority.  Anything else seems crazy to me.  Worst of all the idea of suing him.  It still blows my mind that people see this as viable after I literally consulted an EU attorney completely in-tune with this exact scam (as well as several of my close attorney friends here in the US) whom all stated it's a complete waste of time. They know what's best, not me nor anyone else here whos not an attorney. 

Maybe there's a great charity that helps victims of fraud that could really benefit from this.  Again lets be real, most of us don't need this money.  We knew the risks we were taking. 

As PM said, and I agree..lets let the donators decide.  But let's actually fucking do something already.
