Can anyone in a nutshell explain why the price exploded and is it still worth buying or should I rather wait?
My advice would be to keep an eye on the blockchain for large transfers to known exchanges and keep an eye on AEX.com which appears to have added a RIC/BTC pair around the same time the pump started. I have not tested AEX.com so I have no idea if they are legit. AEX.com exchange is legit, is an exchange registered in the United Kingdom. As I heard (can't remember where) the owners of AEX.com exchange are the chinese from BTC38, but I'm not sure about it. |

Been following this coin for a little while and the community seems to be fairly positive and growing steadily.
I'm still on the fence about investing though until I can see a more precise roadmap (Upcoming features and timelines) apart from what's listed on the website.
Other than the 0 premine, what really sets this apart from Eth?

It's not in the roadmap as far as i know They forgot to post one important aspect thou, Ella is the only coin that main dev isn't public. This is important for trust issues... Why is this so important? I think you are mistaking, there are a lot of coins with anonymous dev. In the end, this is the purpoe of all cryptos.. |

Good luck with that sir took me three days to purchase GVT @ 2.33 $ on HITBTC, it appears people are HODLING there don't want to sell this token. Surely people will holding this token maybe for long term investment. This project i think have bright future, because genesis vision can combine exchanges, brokers, traders and investors into a decentralized, open and honest network, making the financial market even more global Yes I'm a long term investor. Will hold the tokens until 2020 when the roadmap will almost be complete. With this low supply and if the team will stick to the roadmap this is easy 1000$+ per piece in 2020. Mark my words. |

for being added to coinmarketcap there should be at least a daily volume of 10 000 $. next step could be coinexchange.io pretty easily and maybe yobit. but people please, weak hands should sell this token asap  so i can buy cheap! True, we need 10K $ daily volume to be added on coinmaretcap.com. coinexchange.io will list any coin, so it's easy but we need to pay the fee which is 1 BTC. I don't understand why people come up with these coins and then abandon them. maybe the dev just wanted to get more of the original coin in the swap and sell that. idk seems like a lot of wasted effort to come up with something then do nothing with it.

It's the same project but different platform being used, one is the waves and the other is the Ethereum. The price of waves and Ethereum have different price movement so that's why the two have different price as well. Thanks for the explanation! So is safe to keep my tokens on the MEW. Thought is a swap undergoing or something. |

Yes the algorithm is easy to mine with the GPU, i pull out like 4.5mh/s with my 1080 GTX. To bad the price is low, maybe with some dedication from the dev and the community the price will go up. Well I think once the POW ends soon and Boat is fully POS the price might start to go up and even break its ATH as people will then need to buy Boat to start staking. So at this low price I have been stacking as much Boat as I can, for the people mining Boat they can get the best of both worlds by mining and then by earning stakes on the Boat they have just mined. I used to do this very early on when I was mining Boat and now with the stakes that I earned, it has helped build a nice stack of Boat while I wait for the price to increase which I think it will in the long term. When will the POW stop? Is this stated on the OP, because if it is, I've missed it. Anyway tbh the 5% APR rate / year is not very atractive but indeed is good for the inflation of the coin. EDIT: yeah I've missed it, but soon for me is this month, not after 5 months. |

well voted for the 13.37% because i think 1.337% is too low to be attractive to stake this coin, if was pow/pos was a good move to set the apr to this low but is only pos and we need stakers to keep the network moving.
