582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When is Gambling Like Investing on: April 29, 2017, 04:10:54 PM
I'm not a fan of gambling by itself, but instead as a way of studying and learning about other things.  For instance, I'm sure that if elderly people kept playing card games, it would help keep their minds alert.  Studying poker involves studying human nature and probabilities.   There are other aspects like studying risk in gambling, which is like studying risk in investing.

Does anyone have any examples of how gambling is like investing?

Gambling will be an investment if you actually win more than losing on it. Gambling is a game that involves losing money and earning depends on if you have the luck or not. I myself is not also a fan of gambling because I know i have no luck of gambling, it sure can help other people and their minds to keep their mind alert but the cost is your money. You can play other games or play games online that will not cost you anything but helps you train your mind. In my opinion gambling will never be an investment. Smiley
583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Planned or impulsive gambling? on: April 29, 2017, 04:03:09 PM
Hi guys!
I was always curious if the most of the gamblers have "scheduled" their gambling time or you just go gambling whenever you're in the mood.
What about you? Is there any specific time you gamble? Week(ends) days? Or just randomly spread ?
Let us know Wink

For me there is no schedule to gamble, I just gamble whenever I want and if I feel like it and if ever i have a spare money to use to gamble but most of it I gamble on Weekends night just to chill and have entertainment to relieve stress from work. When I gamble i'm impulsive type of a player I just don't do plans thats because I think that gambling is all just about luck not about thinking and stuff and gambling is an entertainment for me so the fun would be lose if I just think all the time and plan every move.  Wink Wink
584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know whether its your lucky day? on: April 29, 2017, 03:50:39 PM
Was just playing dice and roll my winnings as i thought its my lucky day because I won the first roll. Realized after several games that I lose more than the amount I can afford to lose for a day.
I could have avoided it if I wasn't just too eager get a jackpot, of course who knew it wasn't my lucky day when my lucky calendar says "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take."  Smiley and its new year!

so how do you guys test whether is your lucky day or not?

You actually can't predict if its your lucky day or not if you still did not play. You'll just know it if you try your luck if you won more I guess thats your luck day but if it a other way around, its not your lucky day. There are no telling if you win or lose but in my opinion I do believe that in gambling it is hard to win than to lose. So its risky especially if you wanna bet big coins/money. Also greed is also an important part why people lose most of their winnings so be careful on betting don't force yourself that you wanna win so bad that you want to be all of your coins/money. Stay patient and there are more days that you are lucky. Maybe 1 day you'll get the jackpot Wink
585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: why people use dice bot? on: April 29, 2017, 03:39:09 PM
Whats the point of buy it ?

Dice bot is an automotive bot that consistently play and repeat the set up with dice that you are betting, it may be an software or online. People use it because so that if ever they are away or asleep they can still earn but bot doesn't gives more chance to win it is just a bot that does what you do rather than clicking and clicking everytime. Other people say it it gives more chances but its not true, it is purely in your luck if win or not.  Wink
586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is YoBit.net provably fair ? on: April 29, 2017, 04:00:09 AM
And why so many players there.
what i see is simple design from year 1990.
what so special that 2 Millions players go there  every month ?

Me myself just registered on https://yobit.net/en/ and as a new member in Yobit it is really easy to use and user friendly. I see there are many coins that are in the market and it has simple design as you said and many features such as, Dice, FreeCoins, (wallet) that can store most of the coins and BTC that is available in the Market which is registered to yobit, History of your purchase and payment, coin information, and especially the feature to ADD new Coins on the market. It is really good website for cryptocurrency and I think i t is a fair one.  Wink
587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is more risky. Sport or casino bets ? on: April 29, 2017, 03:08:30 AM
hello,

What is your opinion bout this.

If for example one match of basketball game ratio is 1.05, so it means it's 95% to win.  VS casino game like dice which is also 95% chance to win.
Which one is more risky ?

For me I think the more risky is casino gambling bets thats because casinos don't just give money out easily thats because they are just a business making money with their customers so gambling so more like an 10% winning and 90% of it is lost and thats just like 1 out of a billion people so it is more risky than gambling in sports. In sports its more like 50/50 like as you said in basketball in NBA Finals but it depends on if which one you are betting but I do believe that gambling in casinos is more risky than betting with sports. 588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can u lose with gambling? on: April 28, 2017, 10:14:29 PM
This is opposite from topic "How much can u win with gambling?". Well I`m on zero again, I`m looking how much I can win with gambling but actually I`m tryin to calculate how much can i lose. It`s always small amout`s but after many times this several small amount`s becoming one big one. There is some crazy stories on internet about people that have it all in one moment...
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/men/active/mens-health/10976770/Online-gambling-how-I-lost-my-wife-children-and-750000.html
And this guy started  with almost nothing and made almost $500,000 gambling with Bitcoin, then he lost it all in about 60 seconds. https://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/1ch7wb/

So pretty simple question, how much can YOU lose with gambling?

Well most of the time gambling is really actually a game that makes you lose money than earning. You have more percentage of losing money than winning I would say 99% you lose and just 1% of winning, so think always that whenever you gambling you would actually lose than winning and for me I have not tried on gambling yet online with bitcoin that's because I worked hard on them to earn and I would not want to risk all of my hard work just to lose it in an instant. Gambling is just an entertainment and they are a working business that wants your money so its like your just playing to just to pay them but many people are losing a lot of money on them. Some lost millions some lost in bulks which they don't realize that they already lost a lot of money. So be careful on gambling  Wink
589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I never made any profits in dice game.. whats is your opinion on: April 28, 2017, 01:33:23 AM
Hi guys i just want to share my experience in gambling which is i am still playing since january but never made any profit with this game.. any other tricks settings and methods are already tried but still now never made any profits..
What you can suggest to me i will still continue to gamble in dice game with other methods or just stop gamble..Huh

Hello Blitzboy, If i were you I would stop gambling on dice that's because you clearly have no luck on dice and I don't believe on them that you can make profit. If you want a real profit go find a job that can make you real profit or if you want to earn profit on bitcoins, join a signature campaign they pay you weekly. Gambling is not a way to make a profit and its hard to win on them that's because its all about luck. There are no methods on gambling especially if your playing online.  Smiley
590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Let's talk about poker! on: April 28, 2017, 01:19:50 AM
Is poker a game of skill, or a game of chance? Many times asked question, no one can agree on what a game of poker is. There is studies and court decisions regarding the skill / chance debate, there is couple endless threads on this forum too. But I don't wish to open that discussion again.

For beginning I wish to ask where are you playing, and can we meet on some site?
I like to play on betcoin.ag, cash game on tables 0.05/0.1 and 0.1/0.25 mbtc. Tournaments are also something I like to play, but just when I have time to sit few hours freely, what is rarely in past few weeks.

My nickname there is Underworld.

I think for me poker is more like a 50/50 it is a game that is based on both ends of your luck and skills, it is were your luck and skills are tested on how you use them. your luck in your cards that the holder gives you and also your skills on how you use them and call the correct moves on your cards. So it's very important you balance both, if you have both of them you are pretty much won the game. I usually don't play poker online that's because I really don't trust online that's because maybe the cards can be tweaked or something so I don't play online poker. I have tried playing it for fun but not in real betting.  Wink
591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][QAU] QUANTUM PROJECT - Connecting markets on: April 28, 2017, 01:00:14 AM
Right now there is around 270 BTC invested and only 49 investors which means the average BTC per investor is 5.5 BTC that indicate that the people interested in this project not just average random investors but prob a real investors that know what they are doing . so ya that is another + at the moment .

Probably they were also the bigmen in the btc trade that we never saw or heard off.

Most of the time, yes who would ever say that I have invested on a cryptocurrency that I'm not sure that's going to be a success right?. The time you only brag is when the project is successful so investors don't relive their selves even still if it's a successful campaign to also keep their privacy.  Smiley Smiley
592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][QAU] QUANTUM PROJECT - Connecting markets on: April 28, 2017, 12:58:25 AM
Your having a good growth since your campaign is on going surprisingly your investor have go high and you now have a high bitcoin shares your project is doing good and the campaign is also having a good time in advertising this project.

That's a great news and big win for this project it will be also a big win for the investors in the future, I see a bright future in the project. More and more people will be interested on this project, that's why we just keep on sharing what project is this all about and keep supporting this campaign as possible for sure it will be a great project in the future.  Wink
593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Signature campaigns on: April 28, 2017, 12:38:30 AM
I've noticed most of the signature campaigns in the services section of alt are of upcoming projects or coins, are there any signature campaigns that give coins from the top 20 of marketcap as payouts?
And actually surprised to see no Ethereum paying campaigns, I think people would be interested in those as much as bitcoin if not more.

Well each signature campaigns is different to which they do and their ideas in there campaign. Some do pay coins and others pay in BTC it just depends on the campaign, I actually did a campaign before in ConX(ConCoin) they make coins to support prison inmates and help them earn while in prison. They actually payed me in both, BTC and in coins, but in top 20 marketcap i don't think they have campaigns that pay for their altcoins. It is i think interesting if they do, but not with the current top coins in the market. I'm sure in the future it will happen.  Wink
594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what is definition gambling in your mind? on: April 27, 2017, 10:24:55 PM
Many people said the gambling is just a game and another people said it is Investment. How do you think?  Roll Eyes

gambling is just a game for me that is but many people play it as an investment. I don't believe that it can be an investment that's because its hard to win everytime in gambling its all about your luck and luck always runs outs and it is always covered with greed that's why most people who gamble is still broke. I would believe more in investments especially if you invested on a legit business or if you go to a bank. That way you can double your money or triple but what it needs you is patience its not instant but you still earning in for the future Wink Wink
595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction. on: April 27, 2017, 10:21:51 PM
Why is someone get addicted to gambling once he gamble ?

Now a days you its easy for people now to gamble unlike in the past. Especially that we have the internet as a based on gambling, its just easy for people to go online and put their credit and play. People get really addicted on something easily because they can access it easy, even kids now a days can just go to a site and bet on something and the part that is can be addictive is when the site makes them win every time but as human beings we have a bad side called greed, we want more on what we already have so we keep on betting and betting until we lose everything. Every gambling sites or casinos have a techniques to make you gamble. Especially online gambling is very popular now and easy to play, so it is not a shock that many people gamble.
596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do i make money from altcoin's bounty campaign? on: April 27, 2017, 10:16:38 PM
Just been curious on how mush bounty campaign participant make in a week. Do the owner really pay? How does it work because I want to participate on facebook and tweeters. Please your advise and guide is highly appreciated.

A signature campaign is a organized by an individual, group or company who want to promote a certain  their coin, platform or service. Most of these services will revolve around gambling or cloud mining. You can check the available signatures in here => https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0. 1st you need to check if the campaign signature is legit no scams and bad reviews, some of them are just scams so be careful. 2nd, to participate you need to post in their campaign forum if they are looking for people to advertise their campaign. 3rd, Yes they do pay via bitcoin, it depends on what rank you are, you just need to ready their forum. If you want to participate on Facebook or Tweeter, its still the same go check their forum for Facebook/Tweeter Forum. There you can check what requirements they need to be able to participate and you need to be fast so because many users now are looking for a campaigns so be always updated, and do you research first on the campaign before entering. Hope it helps  Wink

598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: April 27, 2017, 12:02:16 AM
Not at all - i earn my income with it.
It depend on what kind of gambling you play and how to.

Gambling should not be shameful that's because gambling is just short way of an entertainment for me and its not like no one ever gamble in their life. Everyone should have been experienced on gambling or just a small betting even once our twice in their life so gambling should not be hated and or treated as a sin but once a person is more like addicted or live by day for gambling that's a different story. Btw How did you earn your income in gamble?, like it is impossible for you to win everyday base on statistically. Do you gamble on online or real site casino?

600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who's your bet in nba finals , GSW or Cavs? or what team is your bet? on: April 25, 2017, 11:12:24 PM
This playoffs 2017 its really an interesting team and new rookies are rising up and stepping up to their comfort zone and thrive for the best. For me I'll bet in for Cavaliers, I have been a fan of them since they don't have or have Lebron James during the years they did not win any championships but last year was unbelievable. GSW was on the lead and just blew it by Cavs by 3-1 lead like, whoah!. It's hard to do a comeback especially the opponent is pure 3 pointers and also have big guys. Still they did a comeback but this year its hard to tell whose going win because of KD being in GSW is just overrated but I still do believe that CAVS will win this year because we have Korver and love for 3's, Thompson for rebounds, James for dunks, and kyrie for crossovers. So i would still bet for then even if they lose I will still be their number one fan Wink
