5801  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers needs to control their emotion! on: June 25, 2019, 05:42:14 AM
Self control is the key to avoid this type of incidents. He became greedy after a big win of $60k and wanted to earn more but he lost the money instead, he tried to gamble again to win what was lost but wasn't successful, even to his death he had not recovered the money he lost. This story should serve as an eye opener to gamblers for them to realize that greed is very difficult if not controlled and if you will let greed take over then it might cost your life.
That is why we need to have moderated play in gambling. If we can discipline ourselves, we would not lose a lot. I think being addicted in games or casinos are sign of mental disorder. If you cannot live without playing gambling, you should be worried about your self condition. Play only when you want not because you really need to win that game.

They play because gambling can give you huge amount of money in less time, that is if you're lucky. Gamblers don't think of that first before they play. Their main goal is to gamble and earn profit. Money is involved so many people are attracted to it leading them to addiction.
5802  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler was being robbed on: June 25, 2019, 04:23:33 AM
Walking out of a land casino with a stash of cash is very dangerous and will attract the attention of the criminal element. The safest course of action is to ask for a check.

It's still not safe even if its in a check.  Criminals can force you to encash it by threatening your life. It's better if its via bank transfer then withdraw it to a bank in a crowded place. Get someone who will accompany you, don't go alone and don't make it obvious that you have large amount of money.
5803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you gamble? on: June 25, 2019, 03:36:23 AM
For me I just gamble if I have some spare amount of money and I want to feel the enjoyment in gambling. It's satisfying for me to have a winning streaks and count it until you lose or watch your capital being eaten while having losing streaks. It just shows that gambling is all about luck and you can't let your future rely on it.
5804  Economy / Economics / Re: Dont believe on sale on: June 24, 2019, 09:50:54 AM
Sales are everywhere. Sale on shoes, bags, shirts, gadgets and everything. Malls and shops use this technique to attract buyers, but you know what?  Do you think you've been discounted a higher price than ordinary? No. Instead of saving 20%, you spend 80% on things you dont really need. This is not economical and most of us are easily lured to it. This is what i hate about people. When there's useless trending items on sale, they buy immediately even on credit cards but if bitcoin drops, they talk negative about it. Normal mindset wants to get temporary attention. Not permanent comfort.

Sales on items and bitcoin is really different. Bitcoin is a digital currency that can be used to buy things or trade to earn profit. While items that go on sale are consumed by people.

There are two people that talks negative about bitcoin. One to spread fud so they will benefit from it. And the other one who don't know how it functions at all and the potential of blockchain tech.

I don't see anything wrong about sales. It's just people decision if they will spend compulsively during those season. If you have extra budget and a wise spender, you can buy more items during sale than a regular price.
5805  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to double capital in 2 months? on: June 24, 2019, 07:58:31 AM
yes you can. doubling capital in two months. many have succeeded and ended in luck. BTC and Alt market in a few days are boost and if you have good trading skills you can multiply more than your target.
why not try other than trading like gambling, gambling also promising.

Gambling to double your money is not a good thing to do. Chances of losing is higher than you can win. Gambling is all about luck. Unlike in trading, it is really possible if you are good at it. You can base on the charts to plan your trades and engange with people who also do the same to exchange ideas.
5806  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I still get wealthy through Bitcoin? on: June 24, 2019, 06:25:59 AM
It depends how much bitcoin you own. In the future bitcoin has really a high chance to have a huge value. It has huge potential together with the blockchain technology. If demands grow more than the 21 million supply limit of bitcoin then owning 1 bitcoin or even half of it will surely make you wealthy.
5807  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do traders make more money than holders? on: June 24, 2019, 05:06:28 AM
I think traders earn more than what holders do. Traders can cope up with the market in any situation with their skill. But a holder just wait for the dump to buy then sell when it pumps. Traders decide how the market moves. Without them holders won't earn profit.
5808  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My Own Gambling Strategy on: June 24, 2019, 04:18:51 AM
actually i don't have strategy in playing gambling.  i belive in luck. that will make a gambler win in any games.

Is not really luck because there are strategy that works for some people though may not work for others. Just try as much as you can to identify one strategy that will work for you and not to depend only on luck which in my opinion may not work for at all times because odd of the house are always against you.

Imo strategy to win a game doesn't exist on gambling. It's all about luck. Either you win or lose on that day. Strategy when to quit the game is the question for many gamblers. Most don't do this, they just gamble all of their money not think when to quit if they win some amounts or stop playing when they've already lose much.
5809  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Now I know why eSports prize pools go over millions of dollars! on: June 24, 2019, 02:51:33 AM
As the esports industry grows, some are pushing for esports' addition to the list of events to be competed in at the Olympics.

5810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling sites needs to be a mobile friendly or not? on: June 24, 2019, 01:30:15 AM
I think it's necessary for a gambling website to be mobile friendly. It can boost the number of players on their website. Almost everyone these days have their own smartphones. Most people prefer using their phones for many things like checking news, their social media accounts, and play games as well. So making a gambling website mobile friendly will surely attract more users.
5811  Economy / Economics / Re: How to prevent fraud? on: June 23, 2019, 03:40:28 AM
The easiest way to prevent fraud In my opinion is not to fully trust other people or a particular institution so that they cannot cheat us because we do not believe, if in other ways it might take a long time, although not long it will have a difficult process  also in the end.

There are some people that is good in social engineering. They are good at talking that they can convince someone to fully trust them and invest their money to them. They are even reputated that boost their influence. People that are in desperate need of money are the most gullible to become their victim.
5812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hardworking pays not luck on: June 23, 2019, 02:30:25 AM
Hardworking or not in bounty if you are lucky to find the bounty who pay you that is the real lucky. That situation is normal to us because more projects now failed which is ICO project so the bounty hunters who work for the bounty or for the project did not get what they really reward. But that is bounty it will not related wheter you are hardworker to promote their project.

Yes it is really hard to find a successful ICO project these days. And bounty hunters should not expect first a huge reward for joining an ICO's bounty campaign. The team behind that are not even sure if their ICO will be successful. Some ICO's are greedy after their ICO they just run away making their bounty hunters'  hardwork go to waste. But if you mix hardwork with luck you'll reap a big reward in the long run.
5813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dump is not always a good idea on: June 23, 2019, 01:03:14 AM
The fact is its always a bad idea to dump all your tokens you get from bounties unless you promoted a not too good project ,I've seen few bounty projects that hunters dumped and later the token price surge in value for example Gowithme bounty ,so how many of you dump gowithme token? The token did 10x already

Not all bounty tokens are like that. Most of them when listed on exchanges have no buy orders so selling your tokens while its still early is better. I've tried holding some of my bounty tokens before waiting for that pump but it didn't happen, instead it's only equivalent to some cents compared if I dump it right after it was listed on exchange.
5814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's hard to get profit in crypto trading. on: June 22, 2019, 03:00:15 PM
This week it seems difficult to benefit from trading ETH and LTC, even I only get no more than $ 40 this week. Let's discuss and share a reasonable strategy. Or a suggestion to buy your preferred altcoin. Thank you all.

It is really hard to trade especially if the market is so bearish. It's more safe to hold than to trade but if you know all of your stuffs when trading then you're good. Just be smart at all times and be prepared.

Some experts do short trading. So a bear market is not a problem for them for short term ofcourse. They can read hourly charts like 1hr or 4hr to predict the price movement and plan their trades. I guess the OP has still a long way to go before he can do well in both market situations.
5815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sell All Altcoins For Bitcoin? on: June 22, 2019, 02:02:44 PM
If we talk about profit taking then yes I agree. But if selling all altcoin because of fomo on bitcoin is not good. If you hold a potential altcoin like eth or ltc you don't have to be afraid on it. They really have good projects and been stable on the top 10 of cmc throughout this previous years.
5816  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Breaks $10K Barrier – Where is all the Pump Coming From? on: June 22, 2019, 12:40:22 PM
I remember when at the peak of the bitcoin price in 2017, many began to buy it,hoping that it will cost even more, but what happened happened. Now I see the same situation. When bitcoin cost 4 000 no one thought about buying it.Now everyone is ready to buy it for $ 10,000.That's absurd.Personally, I recorded a profit and now I'm waiting for an even greater rise in price.I haven't thought about additional purchase yet.

I think people are fomoing on facebook coin. It is really unexpected to even hit $11k now. Usually on weekends traders take their profit and no pumps like this happens. Bitcoin's price is really volatile. No expert can guess where it will go.
5817  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook coin is not a threat for Bitcoin on: June 22, 2019, 11:48:55 AM
It is definitely not a threat. Many people are just hyped about it. Facebook coin will be a stablecoin meaning no huge pumps will happen. Although it will help introduce the blockchain technology to more people and associated with that ofcourse bitcoin.
5818  Economy / Economics / Re: ASIAN CRYPTO FRIENDLY COUNTRIES on: June 22, 2019, 03:40:31 AM
Most Asian countries engaged bitcoin, and above all countries this 3 countries already made to the top, this countries are:
JAPAN
SINGAPORE
HONG KONG
As of the present this countries served as the heart cryptocurrency in Asia.

I think Philippines is also one of the crypto friendly countries. Most remittances here starts to acknowledge bitcoin and studies how to apply it on their business. Some merchants already accepts bitcoin where you can pay some monthly bills like electricity and internet but those are on selected areas for now.
5819  Economy / Economics / Re: hackers becoming smarter than exchanges? on: June 22, 2019, 02:51:04 AM
Imo hackers become smarter when they can't hack something. It's a challenge for them to hack that website. There are many types of hackers, there are some who hack the website to find a vulnerability then report it to the dev of that website, there are others too who do hacking to steal money. Because crypto transaction are anonymous, if they can hack it no one would be able to identify them.
5820  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't stress too much due to the bear market on: June 22, 2019, 01:01:20 AM
Those people that are too stressed about bear market are being hyped by fomo. Maybe they buy at its peak or near it. When correction happens they lose alot of money, worse they have more than 50% loss. We must know when it is good time to buy. Not buy when it's already being hyped up. Bear market is healthy because it is an opportunity for traders and investors to buy more.
