5821  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ETF this time? on: October 08, 2019, 12:10:48 PM
Then if can't be postponed again, my thought it will be denied for sure.
ETF is not good for Bitcoin for me and also on other people, but there are also some positive effects of ETF to Bitcoin like it will help the Bitcoin to be more known and the price of Bitcoin too? Hmmm, not sure.
If this ETF will get approval then for sure there are still more ETF to be filed soon or once this will get rejection, I don't think so if there are still some ETF will be filed.

5823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Poker vs Live Casino Poker on: October 08, 2019, 09:30:34 AM
Table Capacity
Sometimes, the capacity may be full on the table which means you have to wait until there is an available seat for you.
Look what article I've found about comparison of Online  poker and Live Casino poker.

You think the quoted sentence has point right?
For example in live casino, the casino owner needs a lot of table to cater their gamblers, so what if the tables are full always? How gamblers will able to play?

Then if you can do it in online casino, the only problem here are the PLAYERS since for sure it's easy to create an virtual table (programmable) and the casino owner will only provide the dealer also which is much better than providing physical table in live casino.
5824  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Beginners & Help (LOCAL) on: October 08, 2019, 08:03:19 AM

Mas mabuti tulong tulong tayo sa poll dun na thread para maasikaso na at pwede din kayo mag participate sa discussion para ma push natin tong Beginners & Help na local.
5825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think Voodoo works in Gambling Games? on: October 08, 2019, 07:24:50 AM
Look at these some supertitios belief on gambling, even you will just do some body movement actions.
There's even the saying, "Don’t cross your legs while playing or you will cross out your good luck”
This is really hilarious, this could be also the reason why i always losing in online casino playing at my computer table? Lol.
Still, we can't force people to believe or use some vodoo like lucky charms or believing in some supertitios beliefs because there are still someone who believes and using it.
5826  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't get tricked by hidden spam on this forum on: October 07, 2019, 10:27:02 PM
Here's some tips for distinguishing genuine questions from hidden spam:
1. OP is a brand new account.
If OP is a fresh account, they probably were registered with sole purpose of starting this thread.
(......)
This can also be found in some ranks of every user, but most ot them are even Jr. Members-Full Members but most of them for sure are dummy accounts.

Why? Because of the construction of their thread/official post.
Like, on the first paragraph of the post, they are siting some problem of any as long as related in crypto, just like in trading and then, on their last paragraph or last sentence, here you go some of links from them which is really fishy because you can also see on their profile; a lot activity and posts but LACK of merits.
5827  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I am late. Is it okay if I just pray? on: October 07, 2019, 10:07:42 PM
Well, trading for me is not likely a multiple choices in every exam or test, that's why there are some analysis invented ot used by different traders; Technical analysis and Fundamental analysis.
Fate? Miracle? For me, the best thing to do is 1% PRAY 99% WORK HARD.
Don't really rely on miracle, work for it.
It is much better that you should learn those, especially what you mentioned, read, read, read and learn. I know that is quite diffficult if you are just starting but you should be inspired to let you learn more.
5828  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think Voodoo works in Gambling Games? on: October 07, 2019, 09:53:30 PM
So, Do you also think this is true?
Yes for me, especially here in the Philippines, voodoo are also famous here like every charms or some superstitious beliefs and practices when you are gambling.

I also watched some local movie before with some scene of gambling (cock fighting), the guy has lucky charm, this charm is not only for gambling but also on his protection like he can easily dodge some bullets.

I know these asians things are something like weird but there are still some people using these and some of them are in silent.
5829  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to lose your Bitcoins with CTRL-C CTRL-V on: October 07, 2019, 02:26:23 PM
How to prevent this
1. Don't use Windows, but we both know you're not going to change that.
 Grin.
I also found this article : First Android Clipboard Hijacking Crypto Malware Found On Google Play Store.
Android seems vulnerable too and it was found on Google Play Store, it this already found, for sure there are already some android app spreading with this kind of malware.

As stated on the article, most of the android app that has like this kind of malware are those impersonating android app fake android app, just like bitcoin wallet.
Since that is also about cryptocurrency.
Quote
To do this, attackers first tricked users into installing the malicious app that impersonated a legitimate cryptocurrency service called MetaMask, claiming to let users run Ethereum decentralized apps in their web browsers without having to run a full Ethereum node
5830  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BAKKT The Pump To November on: October 07, 2019, 01:08:39 PM
This is the volume of Bitcoin since the month of September.

What I can see for the "BAKKT' things is still impossible, remember when BAKKT started their operation? From $10,000 dumps through below $9,000 and now look, we are struggeling if we will stay above or under $8,000.
I don't we can do some PUMP on November, but what I am looking forward is pump before november and possible some price corrections on November.
5831  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 07, 2019, 12:39:32 PM

Here's mine for 4H time frame.
Update tayo, tara at buhayin itong thread na 'to kahit medyo bumpy si Bitcoin.

Para sa akin sa 4H time frame, decision time para sa akin and also there's a pattern din, triangle with most likely a tripple bottom.
Tripple bottom is bullish pattern, lalo na pag ma break out sa taas ang triangle natin o some horizontal resistance.
What I want to see is breaking above $8,600 is mid term bullish pero negative side naman ay breaking below $7,500 is really risky para sa lagay ni Bitcoin ngayon.
5832  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's most important to you in a crypto betting platform? on: October 06, 2019, 10:07:10 AM
I believe that for most people who play gambling with cryptocurrency is their high level of privacy of course if a person is able to follow a few simple rules (such as avoiding the reuse of the address, rejection of KYC / AML, etc.) while keeping the level of privacy at a fairly high level.
This is one of the reason also when some gamblers has a lot of funds to put on particular bettinf platform. Because they are afraid that their funds will frozen in the gambling platform.

But for sure especially those small-sized gamblers don't mind about their privacy or about the KYC/AML, they should be aware on this, this is not simple thing.
But still, we can't force them, they even don't read some of the TERMS of SERVICES of every website they are signing up.
5833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is Sportsbet.io safe to bet? on: October 06, 2019, 09:54:50 AM
One of the best sportsbook ever I tried, in cryptocurrency or non-cryptocurrency. This sportsbet.io is really one of the best gambling site using cryptocurrency right now.
It is totally safe, I've already using this gambling site for almost 2years and they are still up and running, beside that they have lot of promotions where you can get some free bets.
And if you want for more information or discussion about sportsbet, you can go to there official ANNOUNCEMENT thread in Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Gambling section and find sportsbet.io .
5834  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's next for bitcoin ? on: October 06, 2019, 09:35:56 AM
(..)
Don't you think bitcoin community needs to focus on world affair so that we can be a part of mainstream and recognized by people ?
This is one of the reasons why Bitcoin is the best. You shoudn't ask about this question because Bitcoin community itself has nothing to do or has, that's why bitcoin is DECENTRALIZED, no one decides what the community will do on Bitcoin.
If there are people or group of people don't want Bitcoin, then so be it, Bitcoin will stay and it will continue to be recognized, especially also there are lot of problems nowadays in humanity that Bitcoin can solve.
5835  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't trust unknown phone numbers / Bitcoin Investment Scams on: October 06, 2019, 01:34:17 AM
The question is ! How did they get my number?
My number does not have many and only the closest known!
I also doubt that there had been a security breach on some websites that you entered your phone number. For example in your local cryptocurrency exchange, this is possible.
And also a possible, an inside job with your mobile telecom provider in your country, I also heard some issue here especially when your mobile telecom provider is involved which this kind of exploitation.
This case is also more likely similar with what @Baofeng's shared here before about his wife receiving some sms, but the content of sms is some websites that is possible contain some malware.
5836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn free altcoin ?? on: October 06, 2019, 01:27:19 AM
Now many ways to get free altcoins, you can join airdrops, Bounty campaigns, can by mining, many Telegram bots can also get a free altcoin now, find information on the Telegram airdrops channel.
These kind of way on how to get free altcoin is effective but for me, there's a very low of chance you can get altcoins that has value, especially those altcoins that are conducting bounty campaigns.
Because most of the ICO now are trash or scam maybe. That's why you can observe that the numbers of bounty hunters decrease since the bull run 2017 and the ICO fever before.
5837  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [GAME CONTEST]--💰🎁PREDICTION PRICE OF BTC in Q4🎁💰-- on: October 06, 2019, 01:19:20 AM
Oh nice, another contest from you, sis. Appreciated it.
Last time sa contest mo minalas ako. Try ko nanaman this time.
Let's assume na simula pag start ng year 2019, ay nag foform na ng malaking triangle si Bitcoin. Which is sa ngayon, madami na nabasag pababa si bitcoin na mga horizontal supports which is dangerous para kay Bitcoin.
But if we will zoom out the chart, lot of room for downsides and upsides too. Kaya I will not go for too deep at too high.

My prediction will be: $11,888

5838  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Poker vs Live Casino Poker on: October 06, 2019, 01:14:50 AM
Let's identify first the advantage of doing an Online poker compare to live casino poker;
Less fee and transportation cost if you just do online casino poker since you will just play at your home.
But the disadvantage is what the OP said, the face or emotion of your opponents, you can't feel or see, because I believe that is also important when you are playing poker, there are lot of way how to win in poker.
Overall, we can't sau which is the best because there are different reasons why some people much wanted to play online than live casino poker.
5839  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Smart hodling vs just hodling on: October 05, 2019, 09:30:56 AM
However, how painful is it to watch bitcoin price plummet?  Cry   Undecided  Roll Eyes  Huh  Sad  Angry

(....)

What do you think would be a smarter way of hodling bitcoin other than standing still, bag in hand, while watching the price go back down to the $3K range?
Here you go, there are lot of people like you. It's normal.
The best thing to don't want to worry, simple, just invest what you afford to lose. I know that advice is really popular and generic but that's work.
And the example is you, you are worried especially when Bitcoin is only doing some price correction.
You are worried because you are afraid to lose your hard earned money putting in Bitcoin.
Just think some whales out there who are believer on Bitcoin since the beginning and hodling Bitcoin no matter how the huge the volatility on Bitcoin's price.
5840  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Data Breach] Check if your passwords have been compromised on: October 05, 2019, 03:45:31 AM
Alternatively, you can also use https://haveibeenpwned.com/
I am still curious on this website if this is really legit?
Well, I tried some of my email addresses to check if I really get pawned or one of my email addresses is included on some website breaches.
I want some advice or suggestion, if I entered my addresses and it says it is compromised or pawned, what should I do?
Should I abandon that email address or maybe I can only change the password of my email address?

Because I am worried that maybe that website is only collecting the email address of every user who entered their email addresses on their website.
