5821  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Shop which accepts BTC on: April 22, 2016, 10:09:21 AM
There are not that many shops that accept Bitcoin and that is quite bad, I hope that it will change in the future so we can spend later and buy later everything with Bitcoin, but that is only in the future.
Now our task is that we must make it more popular and more used so Bitcoin will be popular as a payment method.

Dude you could have try with online shops like Ebay, Amazon, Purse.io to get things with the payment of bitcoins. you can offer and discount for the people who are paying by bitcoins. But I dont know where is offline shops which is accepting bitcoin as payment.
Indeed, you see indeed online there are now more stores that is accepting Bitcoin and that is nice and so more people will also discover Bitcoin and maybe use it by themselves.
So we make Bitcoin also more popular and that is perfect if that is possible, so than we make Bitcoin also more acceptable what will be nice for the future.

First people needs to be alerted about bitcoin and explain it to them.
Afterwards more implemantation in onlineshop would be the way to go to increase use of bitcoin.
5822  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: April 22, 2016, 09:53:33 AM
You should first learn how to control yourself before even starting to bet big as the temptation will get really big when you start to earn alot or lose alot. So i think the strategy is learn when to run and when to bet as the house will win you no matter what in the long run. Good Luck!
I think you dont need to learn if when you bet a big amount because its always depends in your luck not in your timing..
And yes you should control your self and be satisfied what you had.. honestly you can make more profit if you are satisfied once you win enough profit..
That depends on which time your are playing and for how long and also which game you are playing so you never know what you can earn with gambling because it is unpredictable.
And that is the bad thing of gambling, that you never know what will happen and if you win some profit than you should directly stop so you can have profit and not lose some money.
You can earn unlimited income depends on your luck in gambling, my advice to anyone is if you feel lucky in gambling never stop until you win huge amount or reach your goal but don't come tomorrow or else you will lose your winnings and even your bankroll.

The only way to earn "unlimited" income is to have unlimited bankroll and no limit on bets.

In the long run the house always wins.
5823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best strategy in Roulette ? on: April 22, 2016, 09:49:54 AM
Double-zero roulette has a house edge of 5.26%, single-zero roulette has a house edge of 2.70%, and French roulette (with en prison or la partage rule) has a house edge of 1.35%, all significantly higher than dice. So the best strategy is to avoid roulette and to play on games with lower edge.

your maths is hundred percent right. but please explain the phenomenon that dice apps on moneypot with HE of 0.02% to 0.1% are almost empty or even closed their sites already

there are roulette players who will never touch dice and it does not matter to them how low the HE of a dice site is

yup. people who play on roulette is not about trying to win on the house edge. they just enjoy on the thrill and the excitement of playing on the roulette. however, that does not also mean that they plan to lose too. so we are looking for a better way to play the game.
It's not really an exciting game. It is pretty boring if you ask me. Spin the ball waiting for it to hit a number is really not that impressive.
And playing poker, holding cards in your hand or throwing dice is more thrilling and impressing for you - and looks cooler?
Because gambling is not about visual department being awesome, it is about thrill of the outcome and potential profits you can get.
This is gambling not video game or VR app. If you are so thirsty of visual effect I guess instead of Roulette Slots might be good for you.

i agree with maku, there's no best strategy in roulette.

you better gambling with skill needed like poker or black jack, not gambling like roulette.

edit : roulette is luck gambling
The best thing that you can do in Roulette is that you have to play with small amounts so it will be not that worst if you are losing money in your game.
And of course if you are winning the prize will be also not that high but you have to deal with that otherwise you can be poor of it.

And if you have some profit you have to save that otherwise you are losing that and that is wasted if you are losing that.

Since those players enjoy playing roulette i dont think its a "waste" to lose the winnings.
Still had a good night.
5824  Economy / Gambling / Re: 20 BTC investment into gambling site on: April 22, 2016, 09:46:44 AM
Im my opinion investing in more than 1 site is better than just invest in 1.

Its up to you if you want to take the risk to invest in House.

5826  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Provably fair dice - real or bulshit ? on: April 22, 2016, 08:31:37 AM

5829  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: April 22, 2016, 06:32:19 AM
I am trying to save my money into bitcoin on regular basis as if everything goes fine in future then my savings will grow in the best possible way.
You are doing saving money by investment but a better solution can be investing some percentage of your money in bitcoin and not all of it.
It all comes down to how much risk he is willing to take.

In a way investing in Bitcoin now is a good choice, because it has good prospects for the future, but at the same time it might not be the best choice because we might be going back into a slump. Not saying it is going down all the way, but the average is slipping a bit.

I think saving this way is still a reliable option.
I dont see bitcoin fall so much. IMO Its work the risk.
5830  Economy / Economics / Re: Understanding Currency (USD) vs Currency Derivatives (BTC) on: April 22, 2016, 06:30:33 AM
-snip-

It's important to understand that there is no such thing as a decentralized currency, because for a currency to have its own intrinsic value, it needs a credible authority to provide a legal framework - the rule of law - against which standards for commerce are established. There also needs to be mechanisms for enforcement of said laws.
So you are basically saying that bitcoin and every other cryptocurrency is useless and has no intrinsic value because it is not backed by 'law'?
But bitcoin real value is blockhain and its ability to be the best and the bigger information storing ledger on Earth - that doesn't count?

TBH Bitcoin is backed by Law.
Not exactly same law as the currency but still affected by law and backed up by Mathematics and logic. Everything is backed up by math.
If its backed up by math.. it works.

5832  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: April 22, 2016, 06:26:04 AM
Its better to have bitcoin on you than cash and this is because of all that robberies that are taking place these days with the bitcoin they can do nothing, because its digital.
Another nice fact is that you cannot lose it and that its always at you if you have something like a ipad or phone with you.

But what if robbers are going to rob your private key?
Being digital doesnt mean it cannot be stealed.
5833  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: April 22, 2016, 06:22:51 AM
My best investment strategy is find a new fresh HYIP then invest on it for short term plan. after that withdrawal all your bitcoin from that HYIP and find a new fresh HYIP again. Repeat.

that's not an investment strategy. it's gambling that you are doing. the only difference with gambling and hyip is that you know that you put money into a scam with hyip's. that's quite sad to be honest.

Everybody trying to get money in different ways and this way isnt so bad. Nobody dies and world in peace  Grin

Still.. this isn't an Investment.
5834  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: April 22, 2016, 06:19:25 AM
Me too!!! I´ll wait till 2018.That´s my goal. and Buy little pieces every month if I can!! Wink
Oh! Till 2018, I also wish to do, but because of the needs of the day which are also required to be fulfilled, I don’t think that I will be able to keep my money up to that year, But hope you will be benefitted with that.

It will be so sad for him if in 2018 price will drop to 5$ and he will buy a pizza like Laclo. But i hope bitcoin will keep rising till i am working with it. Smiley

I dont think this will happen. Some major problem had to arrive to make this happen.
5835  Economy / Economics / Re: The $1 Million Dollar Bitcoin on: April 22, 2016, 06:16:09 AM
This probably won't happen under current circumstances.
But in case fiats around the world will collapse and a majority adapts to bitcoin this might be (very) slightly possible.
5836  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin halving to be canceled? on: April 21, 2016, 10:01:08 AM

5839  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: April 21, 2016, 09:24:39 AM
Even tho its not easy to say its "safe".. it should be a pretty good investment since price probably will rise in the long term.
