But if you're going to buy the bottled ones, you can get 4 of them for a dollar.

In Egypt, one can buy 3 cans (350ml) of coke for one dollar approximately

Don't you use the Egyptian Pound as currency?  What are you asking exactly?
Is it how much can we buy with an American dollar or one of our own currency units?

One dollar is obviously one dollar not any other currency.
And if we would use 1 unit of our local currency we couldn't compare the results with each other either.

In my country I can't get even 1 can with 1 dollar.

1 can in the US if you get it at a gas station.   If you buy in a 12 pack you get about two.  If the pack is on sale.

I my country, we can only buy 1 can of Coke for $0.54 USD. But it depends on where to buy and when to buy. There are stores here who sells Coke in can at a cheap price specially if its near its expiration date that's why sometimes you can buy 2 Coke in can at the price of 1.

In our country you can also buy 1 can per $ its veru expensive in here because of the vat of government implemented. I think if they take out the vat the price of it will decrease and be cheaper. And not the coke can but all the price of the goods and products. But corruption of government will not let it out because they can earn bt it.

One dollar in where I live could only buy 1 coke in can, but if it's bottled, then make it two...in retail stores it costs higher compared to mini marts..Also, the brand, if it is cocacola, then the price is higher compared to other soda drinks..

If its canned coke then 2 piece of them for one dollar with change. 3-4 pieces of bottled coke for one dollar with change. But if you get the smaller ones, you can get 8-9 pieces of them for a dollar. And then a dollar for 1.5 liter coke.

In Germany a coke can of 330 ml costs 0,89€ what is around 1$. I currenly live in Switzerland where you get around a half Coke can for a US-Dollar.

well that's quite cheap I can say. the cost of living in your country must be really good so that the coke price is that cheap coke is on promotion at my place so you can buy 4 x 500ml bottle for exactly $1
