5841  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop SCAM in the ICO market on: August 29, 2018, 08:48:41 PM
ICO is one of the risky investment so some peoples are avoid this platform but few projects are really make good profit. So we should protect ourself then only scam projects are not survive in the market. Most of investors are panic to pick the ICO then they will feel the future scam so my suggestion is clear analysis is perfectly fine for investment. It is the only way to stop the scam.
Scam projects are not to get listed in the market, usually, they disappear after the crowdsale happen and running the money of investors.
Actually, we could not stop them but we can avoid being fooled by them. Hopefully, an ICO has a capability to filter which projects are legit one and which are not. But all thing will be fine if we research which a good one by checking all documents they had and the whole team must not hide their identity.
5842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many will regret that they do not invest in cryptocurrencies on: August 29, 2018, 04:28:21 PM
Generally speaking most people in the world are still not aware of the cryptocurrency and most of them have feelings that most of crypto-currencies are scam and fraud they will surely regret of not investing in, but they will not realize now may be after 5 years from now when bitcoin will worth more 50k usd.
We could not blame them because they had a right to decide which better they think are if they knew already the negative side that will be happened on crypto they stay away for this and no regretting will happen.
People regretting when they are investing in crypto when the price was down, probably they are a newbie in the crypto world(IMO).
We all know that there is a fluctuation in the market that we can ride and have a good profit when you are good at investing.
5843  Other / Meta / Re: Is anyone having error 504? on: August 29, 2018, 03:41:37 PM
It's a DDoS.
Thanks on this information finally we have now a clear as a crystal information regarding the error that we encounter in a few minutes ago.

That was also in my mind that it might a DDoS attacked again, and thank you it is fixed now.

Good to see that our beloved forum is now back to normal.
5844  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which deeply lowered coins do you think will come back? on: August 28, 2018, 06:49:18 PM
Which coins -- not coins in the top 10 -- do you think will come back and go past the prices they were at?

Its hard to predict, i suggest you looks for coincalendar, its a good refference than choosing worst deep coin in current market condition. but maybe enter to a few coins can be accepted, like :

TEN
ETH
ACDC
VEX
XLM
If you have seen the OP stated that the top 10 coins are not included, you may remove ETH in your list.
I had to choose this coin in market cap, Byteball, it is not deeply lowered price but hopefully, it will recover soon from the sharply reduced.
This coin has a good technology(IMO), and I believed on this that it might be bounced back price when bitcoin swinging the price into the normal. I am currently holding on this coin.
5845  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in ICO this time, yes or no? on: August 28, 2018, 06:16:42 PM
Ethereum might be reduced for another reason, it is not because of scam ICO.
You right investing a good ICO is the best thing to do but the problem is how you can find a good ICO that most of them are scammed or undeveloped project and many investors afraid on that scenario. As of now, it is really hard to choose which better ICO we must look and dive for an investment, emerging a ton of ICO every day but few of them are legit not all of them are successful after the product launched.
5846  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: What's the best cryptocurrency wallet that you can trust? on: August 28, 2018, 05:38:06 PM
I'll go also with hardware wallets. I don't have anything to say and complaints with it but if there are users there that can't avail and has hesitations of purchasing online, you can download electrum.

With online wallet, blockchain.com wallet is also a good one.

And for mobile wallet, I have used coinomi and never had issues with it as well. When I'm trying to reach out the support through their telegram, they responded accordingly.

I agreed on that line I bolded above, I only trust on this site and this is what I am using now in storing in my Bitcoin and Ethereum, so far I trust this online wallet they are good to store. I never heard issues on this wallet before that's the reason I keep trusting into their service.
But, if you can afford to buy hardware wallet why not, that is a very safe wallet in storing all crypto coins you had. Then, if you have a huge amount of Bitcoin may I suggest to buy and hardware wallet just like Ledger Nano and Trezor.
5847  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Why Bittrex so popular ? on: August 28, 2018, 05:19:45 PM
I wonder that why Bittrex so popular as their commission charge so high compare to Binance, Kucoin & others? Is it because Bittrex has a lot of pair to trade? Confuse... Huh Huh Huh
I tried to have an account in Bittrex before but I saw that they are very strict on their KYC implementation so I decided my self not continue to fill up their form of KYC. We all know that most exchanges now are having KYC but Bittrex exchange I think too much asking on your personal data which is a very high risk on us as a member. Before Binance exchange did not have a KYC implementation but now it's just like Bittrex too. Both these exchange now was most popular not only Bittrex.
5848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you remember your first sports bet? on: August 28, 2018, 03:27:28 PM
Ohh great, OP has a great story on his first betting.
I remember my worst experience I ever had in betting when was fun of playing online games, I and my classmate had a bet through a mobile game "Mobile Legend" and the payment was Bitcoin, at the time bitcoin was so expensive around 8k dollars. Unfortunately, I did not make a win in my first bet in crypto. But those days are unforgettable for me when I saw people playing that online games.

For now, I personally stay away on that betting since that just like in gambling so risk and I think I am not lucky enough for it.

5849  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Determinations of KYC and AML on: August 28, 2018, 02:02:16 PM

Do not invest in ICOs "no one will force you to invest" unless you trust who is behind those projects.
But there are some projects that at the first run of their ICO's project they didn't ask personal data or KYC/AML but when the tokens are distributed at that time they ask you to pass a personal data. I hate that kind of project proposal but you don't have any choice just to pass your KYC or you didn't credit your token that your investment.
If you are investors or bounty hunters must be select a project that hasn't implemented KYC to avoid sharing your personal data.
5850  Economy / Speculation / Re: How high will BTC dominance go? on: August 28, 2018, 01:19:46 PM
BTC dominance seems to continue creeping on upwards. How high do you think it will go without an actual bull run?
And how high have you seen it go?

In reality bitcoin dominance is much greater than coinmarketcap shows. A lot of alts have artificially inflated caps, it will go away soon. Many projects will fail.
Yes, I think also some traders now have a choice in altcoins from 100% of bitcoin dominance but it less with altcoins 20% and the rest in bitcoin. Many emerging ICO's projects and a ton of investors having a wrong choice and indeed they will get scam. We could not predict how long it will be run the good dominance in bitcoin but one thing I am sure, it is good to that the market dominance of bitcoin is 60% to 75% dominance for sure that has a good profit.
5851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum - Peak Desperation! on: August 28, 2018, 09:28:32 AM
I don't oppose you because that is your belief, every one of us has a perspective view on Ethereum but I strongly believed that Ethereum has already reached the bottom price in the market I think this coin now ready to boom and hit again the highest price just like what happened last year that almost overtaking the Bitcoin price. (IMO)
Remember that Ethereum price swinging upon on Bitcoin price, if that really happens Ethereum will down too much in 10 dollars then, how much more the Bitcoin price?
5852  Economy / Economics / Re: Does Bitcoin affect world trade? on: August 27, 2018, 07:56:39 AM
Is there a role for Bitcoin in international trade? Have you heard of a trade between two countries?
And will it be in the future?

Yes. But I think it only affects a small part. Because I have not seen any bitcoin trading between the two countries, and I have not seen any information about it. Currently I have seen many companies accept Bitcoin in payment. I hope that in the near future this problem will be widespread in countries with each other.
As of now, it was impossible to happen since bitcoin is not legalized yet in the government. And of course, they are not allowed to have on this kind of currency that tradable in both countries, unless if bitcoin will having a regulation to government and probably it will happen soon.
Those companies using currently at this time by bitcoin their government was friendly and they are free to use bitcoin since there is no law implementation regarding bitcoin.
5853  Economy / Economics / Re: Which form of investment has highest ROI? on: August 27, 2018, 07:13:54 AM
I'd say high ROI POS coins, but most of them turn into scam, as projected value of the coin cant keep up real-world hyperinflation of that coin and within a certain time this coin will cost around "nothing". However if you are superfast to sell your coins which is no more than a week from the start , you can actually make money. But to warn you-many tried that and failed.
That mostly happened a big ROI from investment but it was also having a high risk that you facing of, probably it will become a scam and make lose on your investment as a capital. On the other hand's, investment in the real state is less risk but it needs a big amount of capital in investing a good business like for example franchise of brand name that had already very well known name. That is a long-term investment with the normal ROI and maybe for a lifetime. Unless in cryptocurrency I think is just like a gamble your money on that to have your ROI.

5856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Panic selling! Yes or No? on: August 23, 2018, 03:02:32 AM
This is were patience has been calculated. If you sell it now your still going to lose and everything you are hoping. Its a market strategy when everything is low buy more. Bitcoin will stand you will see it bearishness when ETF has benn approved by SEC. Dont panic mate!
Yes, mate, you are right but you're not updated about ETF news, ETF has been already rejected by the SEC this day the result showing that ETF has been a failure into their proposal. But I think bitcoin will increase without ETF, that ETF result has nothing change to do crypto market if ever get approved.
But yeah still holding on don't do panic selling just help the market green until BER months are coming and that expected bitcoin will be pumped.
5857  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can I trust telegram signals? on: August 23, 2018, 02:38:05 AM
No, I wouldn't.
I don't rely on crypto signal information they are not true, especially those in telegram most of them I will ignore or leave.
Just research your own and make your own decision not to them especially as what you have said that pay something to have their premium, why they do that if they know when the pumps and dumps and why not they didn't use itself to have more profit. If you want there's too many telegram group crypto signal that free to join no need to pay.
5858  Economy / Economics / Re: Politicians fear cryptocurrency because it will stop corruption. on: August 23, 2018, 02:08:12 AM
i think it is not the currency itself that politicians are afraid of, i think the essence of blockchains and the nature of being decentralized is what they are afraid of. there are even politicians that are into cryptocurrency trading, there are celebrities that jumped into trading, soon almost all system will adapt the blockchain technology such as payment system, banking system, but this is way too early to predict, blockchain technology is still in debate over many countries, for it to penetrate the mainstream, all nation should first adapt it, if not, then this will remain a stigma.
Yes, mate, I agreed with your statement, they afraid bitcoin because they think that this will be the big competitor to them against the government because of being decentralized bitcoin they are afraid. But there are some others didn't afraid on bitcoin they used this to hide their liabilities and asset in order not to pay taxes. In this case yes maybe bitcoin used to hide the corruption.
5859  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it possible to reveal our identity in the local exchange? on: August 22, 2018, 07:19:59 PM
This is one of the purpose of having KYC so that our identities will be reveal and to be identified in case if there is anomaly during our transactions. We just hope that the local exchanges will always abide the law of private data policy so that our identities will not be steal or else the government regulation will become useless.
Once you passed the KYC you already revealing your personal data to the exchange, revealing identity is just a kind of losing a term of being anonymous. This policy, I try to avoid but there is sometimes you need to reveal first your identity before you have earned in crypto.
I afraid the possible happen in the future of this implementing KYC, nowadays whether we it or not crypto and banking system is being regulated.
5860  Economy / Economics / Re: Be Creative and Earn on: August 22, 2018, 05:19:25 PM
It is good to know that even an artist now inspiring people on cryptocurrency even his art having a QR code for receiving a donation who liked of his work. That's a great idea though. But one thing that comes up in my mind how the artist manually paints or draw the QR code I think it is quite difficult to insert there. Nowadays there someone like that spreading asking crypto as a payment. Indeed, his had good work that deserving to be rewarded.
