5841  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Multi bets vs single bets on: October 28, 2020, 10:15:51 PM
I bet on both single and multi bets, but I am putting more value and coins on singles.
I play multi bets just for fun and I don't invest high amounts and I never play on odds like you did 1.01 and 1.08
Loosing on low odds like that would made me go nuts Smiley
5842  Economy / Gambling / Re: To convert or not to convert ❓ This is the Esportsbook’s question… on: October 28, 2020, 07:32:01 PM
Does anyone know why Thunderpick is not being more active here in Bitcointalk forum since 2019?
Looks like they are offering some nice welcome bonuses but I can't confirm how legit and trusted they are.
They have some strange converting Bitcoins to their own coins pegged to fiat, and I can't find any information about kyc verification on their website.
Anyone knows more?
5843  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: October 28, 2020, 07:16:50 PM

I am comparing the odds from most crypto bookies for Champions League match Juventus vs Barcelona but Boosting from sportsbet if often time taking the lead here.
Making a nice combo here and that's a nice odds boost for sure.
Now let's see some good matches and goals Wink

5844  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆 Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: October 28, 2020, 04:05:17 PM
I think you are missing the point. What you said has nothing to do with the prize pool that's being questioned.

The "interest" that's being referred to here is how many members are betting on UFC events. For example in Betnomi, there are probably around 1 BTC that's being wagered every week in EPL while 0.1 BTC for UFC events. Just by looking at the figures, it would make sense for them to allocate more prize into EPL.
Yes, I was thinking more about two recent tournaments organized here in Bitcointalk  Wink

I am not sure how many people placed UFC bets on Betnomi website, but  in 2020 UFC and Khabib fights was one of most popular sports betting events worldwide.

5845  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: October 28, 2020, 03:55:23 PM
My today view of some Champions League matches.

Basaksehir vs PSG will be much more than just a simple football match because of current diplomatic political tensions between Turkey and France.
Istanbul Basaksehir will be highly motivated to perform best they can and even a draw would be good result for them.
I don't like that funny odds on PSG win, and both teams have several missing players, so I don't see easy PSG win here, even if they are in good form and on top of French League.
My bet here: Both teams to score.

Krasnodar vs Chelsea
Chelsea is traveling to Russia and maybe this will wake them up because they look asleep both in EPL and CL.
Krasnodar have big problems with injuries and I don't see how they can get anything positive today.
My bet here: Chelsea and both team not to score.

5846  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆 Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: October 28, 2020, 02:42:54 PM
There's more interest in the the EPL than the UFC here at BCT.  But hopefully the UFC pool grows and so do the prizes.  It all depends on you tho, the participants, and how many of you show interest.

There is interest for UFC bets, but maybe procedure is a bit more complicated with choosing winner and method of win, and in next Halloween fight card there are not many big names except main event Hall and Silva, so people have to spend more time researching fighters and odds Wink
EPL is a simple 1,X,2 bet
5847  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin price rise affect your gameplay? on: October 28, 2020, 02:35:53 PM
As we all know, the Bitcoin is experiencing a decent price increase and it is slowly but steadily rising every day. Has it affected your gameplay somehow?
Some gamblers think if the price is so expensive it would be difficult to get profits.

How about you?

No big change in my case.
People are looking mostly in dollar value when they place bets, so I think they bet more in terms of dollar but they spend less bitcoins.
For me 1 bitcoin is still 1 bitcoin Wink

People please use your head and think, current PCR tests for covid19 are bullshit like Cristiano Ronaldo said.
Look at the stats and you will see that over 99% infected people with this virus fully recovers, and I would say that are good odds for any gamblers.
Many leagues in Europe started to allow crowd in limited numbers and I think that is right decision.
5849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: October 28, 2020, 02:22:50 PM
Let's not forget next UFC fight night Hall vs. Silvat is Halloween night special 🎃

I'm not trying to say that Khabib is not the greatest and not a legend (he sure is), but Michael Bisping had 11 fight in career fighting only with 1 eye. After the fight with Belfort his right eye retinal was detached. He got a surgery and fight fight artificial eye and even become Middleweight champ. Dana and UFC only 3-4 fight found out that Bisping is fighting with only 1 eye, but let him continue fighting till Bisping retired in 2018.
Michael Bisping lost 9 fights, and you can not compare him with Khabib or any other fighter.
Remember that you need your legs only to stay on the ground, and Khabib was also fighting, and I don't know nay other fighter with perfect record except Khabib.

5851  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Bitcoin Mining Pool distribution on: October 27, 2020, 09:58:11 PM

https://www.coinwarz.com/mining/bitcoin/hashrate-chart

There was a significant reduction of hashrate in last few days and people speculate it was due to moving of miners in China better locations.

We can now see that Binance pool took the 5th place with over 10% of total hashrate in last 3 days based on btc.com statistics

1   Poolin   14.77 %   18.46 EH/s
2   F2Pool   13.85 %   17.31 EH/s
3   BTC.com   12.62 %   15.77 EH/s
4   AntPool   11.08 %   13.85 EH/s
5   Binance     10.15 %   12.69 EH/s

And if we look at last 24h Binance is 3rd place with over 13% of hashrate

1   F2Pool   17.39 %   21.74 EH/s
2   BTC.com   13.04 %   16.30 EH/s
3   Binance     13.04 %   16.30 EH/s

5853  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Gervonta Davis vs Leo Santa Cruz - Oct 31 on: October 27, 2020, 07:32:49 PM
Only few days left for this fight, and it is clear that Gervonta Tank Davis is favorite here, but odds are low.
If we look at his previous fights we can see that he won many fights with TKO or KO.
Leo Santa Cruz is Mexican figther with only one loss, but he is older and weaker fighter here.

I will go with two bets here:
Gervonta Tank win with KO or TKO and fight will not go to distance
5854  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: October 27, 2020, 07:18:47 PM

https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/13033584/ufc-khabib-nurmagomedov-foot-x-ray/

Let's get back on Khabib and problems he had before this match with broken foot and X-ray proving that!
Dana White said something about that in press conference after the fight, but now we have proofs.
Khabib was dominating even in this conditions, and that makes him a legend and best pound-for-pound figthers in UFC without any doubt.
He is man of his word, but I think some of his brothers will continue his work in UFC Wink
5855  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: October 27, 2020, 07:03:46 PM
I will also pick one more match today Borussia Monchengladbach vs Real Madrid.
Real Madrid has to win here if they want to advance in Champions League, and this could be the match to save coach Zinedine Zidane on bench for Real.
They have their captain back for this match, but Hazard is still questionable.
Real won against Barcelona few days ago and that will be big morale boost for this match.
Monchengladbach have their own injuries to worry, but they are in good form and it won't be easy for Real.
They rested many players just for this match against Real.
My bet would be Real win, and I expect to see 3 or more goals.

I am going in slightly different direction here. I believe Inter is better team but Shakhtar should not be underestimated and they can score a goal or two in front of their own supporters.

I am going with both to score and x2 @1.9. The odds dropped to 1.85 as soon as I placed the bet. Did not think I was such high roller  Grin
Let's see what happens in second half, but Inter was much better and very close to scoring a goal.
5856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: October 27, 2020, 12:54:23 AM
Champions league is back with some good matches, and I am picking one of them early.

Shakhtar Donetsk vs Inter
Shakhtar made big surprise last time in champions league when they won against Real 3:2 with squad full of injuries, but how many times they can repeat that? They never won against Inter in h2h matches so far.
There will be up to 10,000 fan supporters on stadium in Kiev.
Both teams have some missing players, but I will still got for Inter win here and Lukaku to score.

Website does look very good and I like dark/light theme switch, but I would consider making more tabs, menu for navigation or some kind of grouping.
It is amazing that you managed to put all this data on one website, and maybe you should add some quotes from bitcointalk forum Smiley
From what websites are you getting all this information?

What makes you believe any statistics you can read on news and tv?
They lie all the time about everything and manipulate regular people, so why would presidential elections be any different.
Look any previous elections and you would see similar situation, when everybody talked Hillary will win.
Let's not get into last debate and crazy Biden statements... he will end oil production?!  Shocked yeah right.
