5841  Other / New forum software / Re: The ability to tag users in your post? on: January 11, 2015, 01:07:38 PM
I think there is notifocations in new forum. , so it wouldn't be hard. I don't really want to tag people but it would be great if we can tag users in the OP especially in scam accusation.

I don't really like that about reddit, especially not the downvoting aspect of it.

Hmm. There could be a tyranny of the majority problem such that only the popular opinions are seen. You're right, I don't like that either
+1

Generally good, but imo it will cause to much abuse, so please no!  Smiley

Sir, I'm not asking for threads to be ranked or shown based on the number of likes.  I'm just asking to be able to like a post.

Something like this:

I think it is in the new forum but I am not sure about it!

Icon preview (they are vectors):

What do each of these images mean? Does this mean we're getting a +1 and a 'favourite' feature?
They are just some icons bundled in the current new forum software development, they might be used or they might not, but the fact that they have created them shows that most of that icons will be used.

5848  Other / New forum software / Re: Prevention of post editing by thread starter on: January 11, 2015, 04:40:39 AM
Even though you can look at the post to see if it's edited, it's usually quite overwhelming to check every post when processing pages of information manually.
How do you check if a post has been edited?

It is simple , move the mouse over the "publication date" :

The dots you see will come if the thread is edited. Anybody know how much time does the editing and posting be apart for showing the dotted line? I have made changes within a few minutes but it didn't appear. So edits after x hours or edits after 1 day make the dotted line show?

P.S. Sorry for bad english. Don't know how to ask this question correctly. Sad

This depends on how far people are getting through them. If they are getting stuck often, there are less questions. If getting through easy, vice versa.

Beware of the likely-scam website. Don't buy anything. He is watching the thread but not replying about money, escrow and all. You can play to increase your knowledge and skill. Wink

5851  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why I did not join the cryptomine.io signature campaign on: January 11, 2015, 04:04:51 AM
thats some details on why not joining a signature, but if I found the same info I would of just said oh well and sign up on another signature instead of going through great lengths to dig up all that info.

Some people have problem advertising scams and likely. And also, advertising Ponzis/HYIPs are illegal but that doesn't matter unless someone report it. Telling others to jump into the scam, IMHO, is bad and I am not doing as its against my own law*.

This diggings are based on Cryptomine cloud mining not on signature campaign. This diggings will definitely help others who want to earn some BTC ASAP using cloud mining.

* Please don't fill the thread asking about this, it is just some laws which I put for my own good. Wink

It seems, to me, buying bitcoins is going to be the easiest thing to do. Can anyone give me average prices of bitcoins?

Price will vary from exchange to exchange. Current average BTC price in Bitstamp : $280.00 . You can find some of the good exchanges here. Try to find reviews in Bitcointalk and in websites before going for it. Smiley

In fact I've messed up the random choice of the winner (count from 0 and count from 1 error, yes I'm ashamed  Grin), so I gave the bounty to both. Congratulations.
Samperio, not really, it was the least liked from the most liked if you see what I mean.

@MacAndSwiss : You will be carried to next period. Smiley

hilariousandco is the new campaign maintainer. His timezone is very different from forum time, so give him time to do it. Besides, he is more trusted and is in the forum much earlier than me. Good luck!

P.S. He will post here soon! Smiley

5855  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptomine.io - SHA-256 & Scrypt Unlimited Mining Contracts on: January 10, 2015, 08:55:06 PM
Did you guys try contacting them through the support on the side?
Also try contacting Carra , he might still be in contact.

Message sent! I don't think Carra is an official member of cryptomine and they may have stopped responding to him too as there is BTC in the address which I think, is enough for paying.

Unfortunately I don't have team viewer. Have you ever used Google Hangout before? It's free and works pretty well. It's also very easy to get it set up.

http://www.google.com/+/learnmore/hangouts/

Teamviewer for monitoring my screen, that's what I meant.

Yes, I have used hangouts.

5857  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why I did not join the cryptomine.io signature campaign on: January 10, 2015, 08:43:54 PM
This is the reason I resigned but Carra paid me. Smiley

They told, they will make their mining farm public by February. Didn't got any updates after that and recently I saw some users told that they couldn't get any payments last 2 days. I hope this hasn't turned to a scam after a few months but I think they will get good profits if they ran away now. Roll Eyes

BTW, +10. Nice investigation. Smiley

5858  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Carra23/CryptoMine.io - Just a Few Things on: January 10, 2015, 08:33:54 PM
I am not sure the issue is here..

-Grabbing people with good reps is a smart move

Smart, sure, but it also leads people to be rightfully suspicious. I think he's likely trying to buy/acquire some positive feedback so I'm guessing that's why they were headhunted and I think people often look at this type of behaviour with concern. It's definitely worth making people aware of and keeping an eye on that's for sure.

This is possible. As there is some problem not having enough trade history, he may have trying to increase his trust. Let's wait for the payment day and check whether he pays or not.

And, both persons regarding Cryptomine is offline for some days now. Anybody got there payment(mining)?

Awesome, thanks! I'll send out another batch of emails in about 6h.

6 hours seem fine for my sleep. Wink Is it possible to do with Teamviewer? Little hard for me to download another software but I can try if no other choice is there. Smiley
