This is due to scam projects, they only want to make easy money, and after they collect a lot of money to the investors they abandoned it. And this is the reasons why too many investors now did not participate in any projects that related to crypto.

It really has grown and people have seen it. When I knew about NANO (Raiblock) its price was just 0.02$ and then it went up 30$ and was in the top 30 altcoin best in early 2018. Now its price has fallen so much by the influence of the market, but it's still a good altcoin to be appreciated

I try to to buy a few here and there. At current price of $260 to $300. This is almost the same price Q2-Q3 of last year.

I hope this will enhance some utility of ETC. Thought ETC is not the best altcoin but still it has the capability and prospect to grow. I guess this is a positive step for the users of the ETC.
