But there are some projects have already offered the dividend to the token holders but the majority of them are ignoring it consider about the fact that they don't have a good performance.

Personally, I'm more in setting a target and sell. I don't know but maybe I just learned that the market is full of deceiving people plus it's unpredictable so better to set a target and not become a FOMO. And in this way you lessen becomingly greedy and you'll assure your profit.

Well, in my own humble opinion the best time to sell the news is when it is about to happen so that by the time that it exploded the audience is already prepared and there is always that authority attached to someone selling it when the "prediction" do happen as it should be. Of course, this is not that easy to do and you must either have an inside knowledge on the people connected with the news or you have a friend who has the Nostradamus ability. Nevertheless, selling the news is always the best strategy to pump anything and this can even be an effective marketing strategy.

Personally, I think it is better to always set a target amount for a coin you plan to hold and when it gets to the targeted amount, you can sell but you should not be greedy with it. If the value is a good one for you to make reasonable profit, you can sell.

for me, i am setting a percentage when to sell, for example, if it goes up for around 10% then i will sell it but if it goes down then ill hold, depending on the news and on my own intuition i will sell all of it if it goes down 5% or much lower.
