I dont think that its possible to directly ship to you. But it shouldnt be a big problem since a dhl-paket from germany to germany normally only takes one day, seldom 2. So that would be the max longer time until it reaches. I cant tell when they ship. I only know that burnin is working on them. It depends how much time he gets on the placement machines. |

I think it will be the end of private miners. Since private miners at some point wont afford the miner anymore. Some companies with asic designs that can create miners at cost will rule the market. And private miners would have to pay more than they could mine back. So the big companies will share the market between themselves. I dont like that future but i was told an open source asic is not possible. So i dont see a solution here so that bitcoin mining remains decentralized.

Vielleicht bin ich einfach nur zu übervorsichtig. Vermutlich kein Wunder wenn man sieht wie der Staat zugreift, Daten sammelt usw. Die Leute werden in die Armut oder ins Aufstocken getrieben und schon müssen sie über alles Rechenschaft ablegen was reinkommt. Etwas Geld kommt aufs Konto schon wird nachgefragt was das ist. Der Gedanke dass das anders wäre erscheint da weit weg... tja... müssen noch Nachwirkungen sein... hatte auch mal eine Zeit als Aufstocker und da muss das hängengeblieben sein. Ist befreiend wenn man merkt dass man auch einfach etwas haben kann ohne sich dafür rechtfertigen zu müssen. Und dass das eigentlich der Normalzustand ist. Ich werd mich irgendwann schon dran gewöhnen...  So gesehen schon übel in welche Lebensart man heutzutage gedrückt wird. |

I have 5 miners here that i can ship instantly and 6 will come soon. I cant tell when but burnin did get the chips for it today. At least zefir wrote this. So i guess burnin will use the next possible place on placement machine and create the miners. I cant tell if it takes one week or maybe 2 weeks to get the other 6 miners. But i can ship 5 miners now.

Du musst in Deiner Steuererklärung Deine Gewinne aus privaten Veräußerungsgeschäften deklarieren, nicht Deine Einnahmen aus privaten Veräußerungen. Bitcoin-Veräußerungen nach einem Jahr Haltefrist sind letztere, ersteres (also Gewinn) fällt bei der Veräußerung niemals an. Von daher nochmal die Frage: Was meinst Du, musst Du dem Finanzamt erklären?

Und dann muss ich denen erklären was Bitcoins sind, was die Bafin und das Bundesfinanzministerium dazu sagen usw. Die sehen ja auch dass Geld auf meinem Bankkonto eingeht. Und dann muss ich denen auch erklären dass ich vor über einem Jahr Bitcoins gekauft habe und deswegen keine Einkommenssteuer darauf zahlen muss. Und als Beweis dafür bringe ich eine Email von einem Exchange der nicht mehr existiert? (Bitcoin-24.com) Falls sie fragen wo ich die Bitcoins investiert habe muss ich auf eine weitere tote Seite (glbse.com) verweisen. Na mal sehen wie die das aufnehmen...  So ganz wohl fühl ich mich bei der Sache noch nicht. Ja. Aber ich sehe das weiterhin eher so: Du musst Deine Steuererklärung abgeben wie gefordert. Du kannst da nicht draufschreiben, dass Du irgendwelche Einnahmen hattest, sondern nur, dass Du Gewinne hattest, wenn Du welche hattest innerhalb der Haltefrist. Wenn dem nicht so ist, steht da korrekterweise drauf: Nix. - Nun haben Sie evtl. einen Verdacht, dass Du Steuerhinterziehung betreiben wolltest, weil: da sind ja Geldeingänge auf Deinem Konto (wenn sie das prüfen). Jetzt sind die in der Beweispflicht, weil sie Dir eine Straftat nachweisen wollen, die Du nicht begangen hast. Du hast nix falsch deklariert und nix hinterzogen. Das kannst Du auch glaubhaft machen mit den Unterlagen, die Du hast, sofern Du eben welche hast. Du bist aber nicht in der Pflicht denen nachzuweisen, dass Du keine Straftat begangen hast mit Abgabe Deiner Steuererklärung. Das geht ja auch schlicht nicht. Da gibt es keine Beweislastumkehr in diesem Fall. Also: würde ich mir, wenn die Haltefrist eingehalten wurde, keine Sorgen machen. Naja... der Beweis ist ja "nur" eine Email. Eventuell könnte ich noch Simon Hausdorf (Besitzer von bitcoin-24) heranziehen, was aber auch nicht bei jedem Exchange möglich wäre. Zumindest bin ich mir da unsicher. Kommt mir aber seltsam vor dass die mir Steuerhinterziehung nachweisen müssten. Ich meine wie läuft das denn mit den Steuer-CDs? Die bekommen mit da hat jemand Geld das da auf einem Konto liegt und dafür hat der keine Steuern bezahlt. Dann ist das für die doch schon mal die Straftat oder nicht? Denn angenommen derjenige hat halt in seiner Auto-Waschstraße Bargeld abgezweigt und nicht versteuert, dann können die dem das auch nicht nachweisen. Die sehen nur da ist Geld deren Ursprung sie nicht kennen. Fällt mir einfach schwer zu glauben dass die das nachweisen müssen und nicht umgekehrt. Ich schätze mir bleibt nichts übrig als es halt zu versuchen. Noch schlimmer wäre es sicher wenn jemand Bitcoins ohne irgendwelche Unterlagen gekauft hätte. Dann könnten die auch einfach behaupten ohne es beweisen zu können. Und ob man dann mit der Behauptung rauskommt man habe die vor einem JAhr gekauft? |

Well he should purely be working on the bitburners, ship them, and then return to other projects. IMHO. Its not in his hands. The assembler has to have free machines. Those have to be prepared to make a run first too. Even though he had luck and was able to create a good amount of boards instantly it normally takes 1 to 2 weeks to get a place in line of an assembly machine. And since this all wasnt be planable like it should have been it takes a while. Its not that he can speed it up now. |

He had tight margins for bitburner and even the 50% refunds for bitburners would bring him in real trouble when the work for the bitfurys isnt succeeding. So dont be too hard on him. Its not the case that he is now rich. As far as i know he is working on everything. |

at the same time - and to prevent recourse claims - I need to keep them and wait until they become folly worthless  I think thats the only way. On one side the chips are practically worthless later but when they dont exist anymore one might demand the full price back. Regardless of the actual times worth. I would not take that risk. Instead, if the chips have no target, i would make a list with the owners and store the chips. Its the buyers fault if they dont care about them. But it would bee too risky to give them out of hand i think. They most probably wouldnt bring in much via auction anymore. |

Gibt es einen Service der Euro-Rechnungen bezahlt? Es gibt ja billpayforbtc, die sind aber nur für die USA, dann gibt es noch all4btc, nur für amazon und die haben auch keinen Support momentan, dann bill4btc, die machen Pause usw.
Gibts da noch irgendwas? Die Exchanges erlauben ja auch nur noch auf eigene Bankkonten abzubuchen
Irgendein Privatmann hat sicher auch Risiken. Selbst mit Escrow könnte es hinterher von einem gestohlenen Bankkonto abgebucht worden sein.

I doubt that i can change the rules now anymore. It would turn into a normal auction this way. And i think its not good because its possible then that others know how they can outbid you. Though its not an insurance against other bidders. So in order to let it remain a backward auction the max amount one will bid should be kept hidden. Agree, for what reason shall he want to out his bid? i can just buy it one hour before knowing that its sold one hour later. Interesting to see when its being sold. I have a number in mind, waiting to see if its still available at that time. Yes, its an interesting experiment. With normal auctions people check in, bid and drop out when its too high. With this auction everyone interested have to watch all the time. But i think the effect would be best when only one item is sold. Because theres a chance that the first buyer is not buying all 11 miners which means one might start buying then to not miss the chance. Of course its possible that someone buys all at once too... |
