Wrong,they were the victims of their own weak security and lack of seriousness in protecting their clients' funds, every POW coin is subject to being attacked, there is a little to nothing that can be done about it on a code level , some methods like the "delay function" proposed by zen may make the attack a bit harder and that's all about it, the biggest part of responsibility is on the exchange itself.

There are many reasons why an exchange like Binance dominated the market in 1 years while Livecoin has never been top 10 or even top 30 despite being in business for years ,Security is one of the most important reasons.

if you go back in history and compare how every other exchange handled the 51% attack on MONA or any other 51% attack, you can easily see that Livecoin can easily be put on the top of the "suck-balls" list, Livecoin don't know how to run an exchange  -  simple !

tl;dr IMO Livecoin is not scam per se, but when investors lose their funds due to terrible security measures, it does not matter how you label them - they are as good as scammers, one does not have to directly steal your money, locking you out of your funds for saying stuff about them on Twitter or being too bad in protecting your funds are some great ways an exchange can follow to be considered a scam.

Ok let's break this down

The first and second board are running pretty fine, very a few HW and the temps on the first are fine, and they should be fine on the middle board, maybe a bit warmer but that is still fine, I would not touch the first and second boards.

The 3rd board however has way to many errors, so now it's you call, you have one of two options as Artemis3 mentioned but let me explain a bit more

option 1: increase voltage

pros : you don't lose hash rate
cons :the board will run a hotter

option 2:decrease frequency

pros: board runs cooler
cons: you lose some hash power

do whatever you feel more comfortable with, you need to have a few HW per hour for the hash rate to actually count on the pool side.

after having fixed that, keep the miner on for a couple hours and then check the pool, if the hash rate on your miner is the similar to the one on the pool, you are good, if not then you have some internet/networking issue, pool is too far, latency ,etc.

المشكلة على الاغلب في لوحة التحكم او مايعرف ب control board ,  جرب هده الطريقة

1- اظغط على زر IP في الماينر
2- اطفي المانير(بدون ان تتوقف عن الظغط على زر IP )
3- ابقا ظاغطا على زر ال IP لمدة عشرة تواني تم اتركه


قل لي ماهي نتيجة هده التجربة.

ان كانت لمبات الاضاءة لا تعمل ابدا يعني ان الباور سبلاي عندك لا يعمل.. هل تلاحظ ان مروحة الباور سبلاي تدور عندك توصيلها بالكهرباء ام لا؟

This topic has been debated before , a dozen times, some say anything above 90 is bad, other say since Bitmain has 115 as the max chip temp so anything below that is fine, and the two different groups have some reasonable explanations on why their point is right

Now science and school aside, speaking from my own personal experience,  I think temps don't really affect the lifespan of the hash board !

believe it or not, I had some brand new gears run very very very cool and simply burn, I have a small farm built on the roof of my house, where the sun is frying them everyday and they operate above 90 almost most of the time, and some of those are super old gears and guess what? 0 problems !

I know the school boys will argue with that and explain to you how does heat reduce the lifespan of anything electronic , not saying they are wrong ( I do believe that is true ), but these boards are 99% luck based, doesn't matter how nicely you treat them  

I am willing to bet the house that this is the case,  it's highly unlikely that the hacker will attempt accessing your miner on a network layer only, it's stupid and nobody would do that, they will have to breach a lot of securities to get to the miner, nobody would do that when they can simply get you to download a malware/trojan and give them full access from whitin your local areal network where things become much easier


not a great idea for the average joe who does not know how to protect and secure their PCs, one small mistake will cost them everything, for the average person the quoted idea below seems to be much more reasonable.


just make sure the passwords are random and not based on the miner's name or IP because that is as bad as having a single password.

المقصود هوا اعلى سعر للبتكوين في شهر اغسطس , يعني من اول يوم في الشهر لاخر الشهر. مثلا لو كان خيارك 14000$ والسعر يوم 20 اغسطس واصل 15000$ وفي شخص اخر اختار رقم اكبر من رقمك واقل من 15000$  تخرج انت من المسابقة اوتوماتكيا.

ووضع الموؤشر على شهر اغسطس عند انتهائه وتكوين الشمعة , ثم ننظر للارقام الموجودة في الاعلى , نجد حرف H = high وهوا اعلى سعر حققته البتكوين في الشهر, مثلا هدا الشهر اكبر رقم ححقته هوا 12750$

This has got to be the most interesting scam accusation I have read in a while, I read every comment on this thread and DAMN what money can do, looking at how some members are "protecting" their "Up to 0.02BTC/Week" despite all the evidence is pretty sad.

I mean at worst case scenario, one should stay away and wait for how things play out , but ignoring all the evidence and blindly defending them is plain stupid, tho it's clear as day that Livecoin can't do anything anymore about their reputation, everything about them needs to be fixed, starting from their TOS , technical and security teams and of course their customer support.

while i was scrolling down the pages and reading the comments, I was hopping to see such a post from you, I knew you would do the right thing as always, you are a great member whose manners and actions are not money-driven , please don't let this incident bring you down, nobody could have done better.

I won't be surprised if that happen, by looking at start of the rally of  2015, after the first mini rally and right after we broke above the ichimoku cloud price went into a sideways market for nearly 200 days, but evidence show that this year momentum is faster (we ignored the second bottom) we tend to fast forward a few movements, so 200 days might not be it for this run, but a few weeks of sideways makes a lot of sense, it also gives the trend a lot more health/power to run further.

المشكلة ان الكتير من اعضاء الثقة الافتراضية يسيؤون استعمال التقة السالبة ويستعملونها لاسباب شخصية وبدون مبرر, والكل طبعا يجد مبرر خاص به. لذلك لا يمكن الاستناد عليها, في حال لاحظت وجود اي تحايل من اي عضو في المسابقة ساقوم باسبتعاده , طبعا اتمنى ان تسير الامور بطريقة مرنة وبدون مشاكل .

كان يجب عليك ان تضع رقم توقع خاص بك 

بكل تاكيد يعتبر استتمار , ولكن لا يوجد اي ضمانات كونه استتمار ناجح او خاسر , المنطق والتحاليل الفنية تقول انه يجب ان يكون استتمار ناجح , نظرا للتجارب السابقة , ولكن لا شي مضمون, على العموم الشراء بمراحل يقلص نسبة الخسارة ففي حال نزل السعر تشتري باقل ويكون متوسط شرائك معقول.

وعند انتهائك من الشراء بالمبلغ التي قررت ان تستمره , قم بترك المبلغ لفترة من الزمن لا تقل عن سنتين او 4 سنوات , بالنظر لي تشارت البتكوين ومند تواجدها , لا يمكن لاي شخص اشترى بتكوين وباعها بعد 4 سنوات ان يكون خسر , حتى وان اشترى باعلى سعر واستمر السعر بالنزول بعدها لاشهر.

Technical analysis aside, if you want to be on the winning side, avoid everything the news tell you, when the news are bad, it's a great chance to buy bitcoin, I can almost exactly predict where this rally is going to stop, the new ATH will be right about when everyone and their grandmother start talking about ETF and how the world is just about to adopt BTC and get rid of all the dollar bills , when you hear that shit, go short   , as of now, the news are not so great, which is a very bullish sign as you mentioned, but also they are not as bad, so this rally might be a bit slow.

نعم يمكن ربط جهاز التعدين على nicehash لانه عبارة عن حوض تعدين وليس برنامج تشغيلي , يمكنك ان تربط اي جهاز تعدين من اي شركة كانت على النايس هاش , رغم اني لا احب استخدامه نظرا لاني احب ان اعدن العملة التي اريدها, بينما التعدين على نايس هاش انت في الواقع لا تقوم بالتعدين بل تبيع قدرات جهازك لشخص غيرك يعدن بها اي شي يريده.
