Un altro giorno, un altro record. Sia dei casi complessivi a livello globale sia dei casi negli USA. In Italia alcune zone stanno rivivendo un rialzo dei contagi  (Veneto / Lazio - Roma) eh bè certo, la soluzione migliore sarebbe stata avere un servizio sanitario più all'altezza, penso ad es. al confronto con la Germania, invece di sottoporlo a tagli continui da almeno un decennio a questa parte. Ma con le risorse disponibili, di fronte all'emergenza non è che ci fossero molte alternative...
Assolutamente d'accordo su questo punto anche perchè in passato vi è stato un livello di spreco che oserei definire "Feroce" . Però durante il lockdown non è stato tanto un discorso di "tagli" ma hanno proprio deciso di chiudere una serie di attività in corsia, per evitare "contagi". Ok ci può stare ma come detto il mondo ha continuato a girare uguale e se ogni anno abbiamo xx (sparo a caso) diagnosi di qualche patologia, non è che stando a casa siano diminuite. Per non parlare di tutti coloro che hanno necessità di assistenza riabilitativa continuativa... o di soggetti speciali (spettro dell'autismo) che rimanendo chiusi per tot tempo hanno un peggioramento eclatante della loro condizione (cosa che comunque pagano le famiglie in primis e noi con le nostre tasse...) Dalle mie parti (ma ci sono stati casi anche nel resto di Italia) si è sentito spesso di gente multata (nonostante la prescrizione medica "indifferibile") con la scusa del "tanto può fare ricorso"  [SPOILER Intanto la paghi e poi ti passi il tempo con il giudice di pace] |

Non capisco di preciso come mai vediate PayPal come se fosse diventato una bestia nera.

esempio pratico: un acquirente che fa acquisti per 20 giorni di fila tramite ebay/paypal utilizza una carta collegata al suo paypal. decine di acquisti , svariate migliaia di euro, quando fino a pochi mesi prima spendeva poche decine di euro all'anno. Al 21esimo giorno si accorge che non era lui a fare gli acquisti (!) e fa un bel chargeback di tutto quanto finora acquistato tramite la sua banca (ovviamente servizi virtuali tipo bitcoin o contratti di mining su cex.io) Secondo questa teoria un "hacker" ha utilizzato ebay, paypal conto in banca- estratto conto, carta di credito o debito, indirizzo email, senza che il reale possessore se ne riuscisse ad accorgere, per quasi tre settimane (ad ogni acquisto si ricevono notifiche ecc ecc ecc....) Indovina paypal a chi ha dato ragione?  |

Per cui mi pare assurdo e incosciente negare che il lockdown sia stato fondamentale nel gestire la fase più critica.
Vi è un però... escludendo il lato economico, ma guardando solo il lato sanitario, tenendo conto di MESI consecutivi di lockdown... Abbiamo sentito parlare solo di COVID19 ma le altre patologie? Non sono certo andate in vacanza! Quante diagnosi in ritardo avremo o quante diagnosi mancate a causa dell'attività ridotta al minimo di molti ospedali e i pazienti in grado di effettuare SOLO visite indifferibili? Quanti pazienti (sparo a caso) di tumore al xxx non avranno una diagnosi corretta eseguita per tempo (= guarigione) ? Oppure quante terapie non verranno adattate alle esigenze del paziente? Questi sono anche costi sanitari che ricadranno sulla popolazione (tutta) ok spalmati sul tempo ma produrranno ugualmente costi e decessi. Non dico che sia "inutile" il lockdown anzi, a conti fatti è servito (basta guardare le curve). Ma in una sommatoria di effetti negativi e positivi non è detto sia stata la soluzione migliore. |

In merito alla scelta della politica del lockdown, non sappiamo a parità di condizioni se questo sia stata la migliore scelta o meno. Vale sia per noi che per la Svezia (ovvero sia l'attuazione che la non attuazione). Dovremmo avere una sorta di clone esatto per poter valutare (quale sia la scelta migliore). Certo i grafici sulla loro situazione non mi sembrano cosi "confortanti" (ovvero continuano ad aumentare i nuovi contagi costantemente)... da giugno superano quotidianamente i 1000 casi giornalieri!  Negli USA se ne sono fregati "dei numeri" ed hanno riaperto in alcuni Stati etc etc. Il risultato è davanti a tutti. Per quanto proviamo a fare ragionamenti ad ipotizzare scenari su scenari e fare paragoni, stiamo vivendo un disastro di proporzioni storiche Non penso che il lockdown sia la migliore scelta (non solo da un punto di vista economico ma anche sanitario). Quanto successo è davvero grave, dobbiamo farcene una ragione, perchè il virus non è una passeggiata ed anche i guariti hanno un costo sanitario per la società "esagerato". |

well in all EU countries this is completely illegal as all fight between animals! My 2 cents: I think this is also something very dismal. they are "armed" with blade or knife (just look the picture)... why ask to animals to fight and to force them to have injury? It's funny see an animal die? not for me for sure!  I can't understand it's pretty far away from my standard. I will never bet in anything of this activity. Respect the lives (in each form we can see) it's a must. |

ieri nuovo record mondiale come numero di contagi. ieri nuovo record di contagi negli USA (oltre 50mila casi in un giorno). praticamente da loro è iniziata la seconda ondata, o non è finita la prima. fatto sta che i dati sono peggiori di quelli visti finora! In Italia ci godiamo la nostra meritata vacanza estiva dopo tanti mesi passati "chiusi a casa"... (opinione personale) sono un pò pessimista per il futuro ma speriamo sia solo il mio sesto senso che non funziona come deve... Guardate i grafici, il triste confronto tra USA e Italia. è facilissimo criticare le scelte del nostro governo (ci fosse una tassa di un euro a commento nessuno fiaterebbe). chissà cosa dovrebbero dire i cittadini degli USA sulla gestione della pandemia....   |

In Italian we say: "varietà di riporto" that it should be small difference in a design of a stamp that allow to differentiate a stamp from other ones in a same emission. I don't know how it's called in English @krogothmanhattan maybe you are aware of the right term https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filatelia I have found this definition on wikipedia (Italian). A conti fatti si rendono conto che operare come "exchange" o poter accettare pagamenti crypto è un'altra fetta di business. It sounds strange to me, I growth without these "games" or "other digital stuffs".
