5881  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrities advertise scam ICO again on: February 28, 2020, 04:59:14 AM
do you think celebrities know that they advertise scam projects or they just don’t understand what they are doing? I think this is a big problem for the market

I honestly don't think or most of them don't know they're advertising scam projects. Beside, In the first place, most of them don't have an idea on what cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is all about. They just associate themselves with those project either just because of the mouthwatering pay and deceiving advice they most have gotten from their manager.

I love what the SEC are doing, non of them should go unpunished. This guys are causing a lot of gullible Investors to lose their hard earned money. I haven't seen any ICO project endorse by a celebrity become a success.
5882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A question about BNB's future on: February 27, 2020, 11:13:51 PM
Hello everyone. Recently I was thinking about starting to mine BNB. I began to study this issue and found an article that contains different public leaders' opinions that this coin will confidently grow in price over the next five years. What do you think, what future awaits this coin? Is it worth it now to engage in its mine?

Can BNB even b mined? Thought it's just an exchange token that it's utility ends on the exchange of its parent project. BNB before now had lots of potentially but with the recent developments I don't think it's a coin worth holding for the future. Exchanges can easily get outperformed meaning they can get dethroned.

BNB has given early adopters massive profit that I doubt there's more to offer. The coin however is ideal for trading meaning Investors should engaged more in taking profit to avoid unannounced bear market.
5883  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you see Markets on Gambling Sites? on: February 27, 2020, 05:49:56 PM
They offer promotions, they offer certain things and they even had merchandise! (Well some of them has it)
As a Gambler How do you view these things? Is it worthy of a try? Or it's just a thing of the company to get more sales and money?

I think it's worthy of a try, you might never know how lucky you might have been unless you try them surfer they don't cost you that much or any loss, it's a go for me. Personally I enjoy promotion and free bonuses at casino than anything else. There was once a time I never gambled at a sites that doesn't have a welcome bonus and that's was one of the many reason behind my quiting traditional gamble houses to patronize crypto related gamble sites (not because there was no welcome bonus but that of the cryptocurrency related projects were mouthwatering and legit).

These promotions are both beneficiary to both the gamble companies and customers therefore I don't see anything wrong with them unless they're false promotion used to decieve the general public.
5884  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BitcoinNews.com's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 27, 2020, 04:04:26 PM
Yeah..  I guess Bournemouth vs Chelsea could be good too.  Rooting for Howe.  I got a side bet going that Chelsea doesn't finish within the top 6.  Lolol.

That's a straight win and would be disappointed if the boys don't take all three points plus bagging more goals for additionally advantage incase the top 4 spot get tied down to goal difference because from the look of things it's going to be a very close battle.

About finishing outside top 6 that's an impossible imagination especially with the way other top contenders are playing. Tottenham and United won't and can't finish above Chelsea this season.
5885  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: February 27, 2020, 03:49:07 PM
Real need to beat City by two clear goals to advance. I don’t think it’s going to happen, Man City will most likely win the 2nd leg & advance to the 1/4 finals.

It seems that it will be difficult for Real Madrid to win 2 goals without reply because Manchester City will be stronger at home compared to outside, I also know that Real Madrid's ambitions will continue to exist where they will play attacking and keep pressing their opponents.
If Real Madrid falls in the last 16 then it will be easier for the other groups to advance to the next round.

Were Real Madrid even favorite contenders? that their fail will make it easier for other teams? Teams Liverpool are the clubs most other clubs are scared of but won't admit it. I don't think Real can pull off the comeback many hopeful fans are anticipating especially as injury, suspension with addition to bad form is troubling Zidane boys.

No way can Real Madrid score 2 without Manchester city responding. But still, the match might even end in penalty considering Real Madrid is capable of winning with a 2-1 scoreline too and most likely win the penalty shootout. City can't be relied on especially with their uncertain home performance but as a premier league side, I just hope they display another superb performance.
5886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH price, bears took control? on: February 27, 2020, 03:13:20 PM
ETH has dropped 10% within 24 hours, ETH is in real danger as it may turn bearish at this time. We can clearly see the bullish movement is slowly fading and this is also the lowest point. After a massive rally from the past two months now it's going to red zone, The eth ecosystem has to show some major improvement else I am sure bears will take control.

Don't understand why there are so many fud spreading around when ethereum has been bearish for the last 2years. What did you guys expect after such an impressive run that took ethereum price to over $270+ from as low as $40. This downward price movement isn't affecting just ethereum so it's definitely just a market correction and nothing to be that bothered about.

We'll see more of this kind of down times over the next couple of months as more and more traders will take profit along the way. If you truely believe in the industry don't join the fudders instead take sometime off and go face other issue and you won't regret that decision.
5887  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying low selling high ain't always successful on: February 27, 2020, 02:58:29 PM
Buying the dip has its bad side and that's unable to predict market movement You buy the dip, it goes dipper. You buy the high, it goes dipper, you convert to usdt, it starts surging ....I quit buying low selling high for now

That's why you're advice to develop an investing strategy that has to do with buying your coins in section or fraction as the case may be. Assuming you intended Investing $10,000 when the next correction occurs, you don't go all in immediately instead divide your capital into fraction like 4 places (that's $2,500 each) as this will present an opportunity to buy at any new all time low the market achieve until you exhaust your capital.

I don't see any bad side of buying the dip unless you're the type that isn't patience enough to wait for the market to yield you profit. If you do your research well you won't get caught in bear trap.

5890  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: February 27, 2020, 06:57:06 AM
It is totally different for Champions League, where they have never joined the final match, even within their recent golden era. The ban (if their ban appeal failed) will last next 2 seasons, that do give them more strength for their next match against Real Madrid. Honestly their quality of Manchester City is better than Real Madrid, they are younger and better. What Man City don't have is their traditional winning habit in Champions League.

Don't put the blame on them that much since the draws has always made them feel relaxed, they get paired to play smaller teams which they dominate and scores lots of goals but once they encounter stronger or equal strength teams they get beaten due to lack of experiences.

Manchurian City do have the quality to win the champions league, their bench is capable of making the first team in most top clubs around Europe that's just to show you the level of talent in the club. I early stated that
City and pep must be determined to advance further and probably try their chances to win since there chances of playing next season champions league game are uncertain.
and that was exactly what happened in last night game. City played brilliantly and I'm positive that'll repeat itself in the 2nd leg.
5891  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: February 26, 2020, 08:39:26 PM

This is gonna be a real challange for Juventus because it is not really a situation where they can "win", not in the match score sense but mentally. Everyone expects them to win like crazy which means if they end up winning that would be a no news thing, if they draw or lose they are going to be humiliated and their opponent is not a bad one at all, they are literally Lyon which is a great team and could do an upset to any team in the whole world, I don't get why Juventus is seen such favorites.

Not a fan of any of the clubs playing today so it's kinda difficult to choose which match to watch. I have to leave my home to the bar so I could catch a glimpse of both matches simultaneously. Lyon vs Juventus already have a favorite which obviously is Juventus. Lyon has never won jeventus in the champion league and from what I have seen so far it seems this might end in a draw. Although the Goat is capable of turning things around since this is his competition.

Real vs City game is a very unpredictable one. Real has the experience while City has players that can compete with the best in Europe. City and pep must be determined to advance further and probably try their chances to win since there chances of playing next season champions league game are uncertain.
5892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are altcoins so fragile compared to Bitcoin? on: February 26, 2020, 08:12:27 PM
Hi friends:
What is the reason for the large fluctuations of altcoins in your view? Why are altcoins so fragile compared to Bitcoin and fluctuating with the smallest news? Of course, I mean the altcoins that have good ideas, professional support,... not the shitcoins.

Irrespective of all you just highlighted in regards to the so called established altcoins, they're still inferior to bitcoin and that's a major disadvantage all altcoins will have forever. Bitcoin is just one therefore the trust level associated with it plus an additional 10 year of been profitable, it must have definitely earned all the trust it's getting.

Altcoins get traded against bitcoin meaning most of them can't stand on their own. Altcoins are mostly bought with the intention of selling at the quickest profit possible therefore when even there's a news that can hinder that plans, the Investors panic and sell off their investment.
5893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good or bad plan? on: February 26, 2020, 08:06:32 PM
Are we at the bitcoin bottom already? Ethereum falls pretty hard today just because Bitcoin hit 9110$, is this just a correction or the coronavirus at play again? I'm thinking about buying back BTC right now

This is nothing more than just a correction to shake the weak hands to sell their bags while the whales increase their hodlings. Bitcoin and ethereum has been receiving massive profit in the past few weeks and it's just normal for a correction to follow since traders and short term investment Investors will most likely want to take out profit to reduce the risk of losing their capital incase an unannounced bear market hits the market.

Even at this price bitcoin and ethereum are still profitable provided you didn't case the hype and back way back when both coins were below this current price. This is just a healthy correction don't get fud.
5894  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: So are we in bullish times or Not?? on: February 26, 2020, 05:22:42 PM
There is news that 2020 is so good for bitcoin and bla h.. Blah.. Bla.

But btc still Low just 9k.

So all the crypto experts talking we are in bull market ;

So are in bull or Bear market what is the market situation?
If we are bullish then let.me see Green good Green!!

Have you taken sometime to analyze the lows of last year and compared it to the current price of bitcoin? It has risen in 2 fold that's over 100%+ increase since last year and not just bitcoin but other coins too including shitcoins like bitcoin cash and SV. Ethereum has also double in price, all the indication of market points towards a bullish market so I don't understand where you doubt is coming from.

The market is a very volatile one meaning there'll always be up and down therefore it rising above $10k and later falling below that price doesn't mean it's experiencing a bear market instead that's just the market experiencing some correction which is common for the industry. I'll prefer to use the phrase we're in the accumulation phrase of the market.
5895  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What tools do you use to manage your portfolio? on: February 26, 2020, 05:09:54 PM
Hi Everyone!

I hope you're having a great day. I was recently rethinking the tools I use to help manage my portfolio. In an effort to rethink my strategy I wrote up a brief article that covers some tracking apps, trading bots, terminals, and portfolio management solutions.

Glad you brought up this topic because this is an important aspect of investing many cryptocurrency Investors take for granted. I'll recommend blockfolio although I haven't used the application personally but have heard different good review about them from users I consider to be honest and can be assured they're not paid reviews.

You can also use Google sheet to keep records since that's the most easiest and won't require much effort. Seems it has already been suggestion but others so there isn't any need to put more emphasis on using Google sheet. Concerning relying on bots, I'm not much of a huge fan of trading with bots due to the numerous disadvantage I have read so it's a no for that aspect from me.
5896  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 26, 2020, 07:37:13 AM
Gotta admit it guys,,, if anybody up to this stage felt they were lucky and relied on Var, let the statistics show you otherwise. Liverpool now have net zero effect from VAR after yesterday's Mane goal disallowed.

By contrast Manchester United have +8 and City have +2. And still cannot catch Liverpool.

All credit to you guys from a Spurs fan.

Liverpool has just been too good this season and that shouldn't be taken away from them. Their determination to win games has just been phenomenal to watch and when they have to be patient and not panic, you'll see them doing so perfectly. About the VAR discussion I think Chelsea has to be one of the unlucky clubs since in just the two last concluded games they got disallowed twice for offside goals and red card via an offense against Azpilicueta was denied and also a red card offense against Batshuayi was also denied by VAR.

Where are you getting the stats from (like which site) it seems like a nice stats to review, let's see those clubs this VAR bullshit is favoring while they push the LiVARpool conspiracy to discredit Liverpool superb dominance.
5897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you borrow money as your bankroll if you trust your skills in gambling? on: February 26, 2020, 07:12:12 AM
I am currently thinking of making an experiment on my own, I have friends who are willing to lend me money for whatever purpose I like.
For this purpose, I like to use the money that I will borrow as the bankroll in sports gambling.

Anyone here have tried this? What can you recommend?

I haven't tried it although from similar experience I think it won't be any different from my previous experience where I borrowed money to trade, noticed I got motivated to make profit since I was already in debt. I was more determine to pick the right coins and did more research than I previously do. Supposedly it was my personal fund I might just go and wait for the outcome assuming my research aren't giving me any positive outcome.

Different user have different stages at which they can handle stress, some gamblers do well under stress while others don't due to panic or been scared to take risks they who had easily taken assuming the fund involves was their and not borrowed. You should examine yourself and know what's best for you, personally don't won't have any problem doing it.
5898  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can writing how hard you worked for earning money restrict you from gambling? on: February 26, 2020, 06:59:45 AM
Well this is your personal solution so I might not have much to say on it but I'm 99% sure, this strategy might not work for every other gambler. If you have a gambling problem go get that resolved totally by seeing a professional and not giving yourself self medication that might endanger you more. This might only have a temporary effect from the way I see it.

What then happen when you get an easier money (maybe as gift or charity) it simply means you'll spend them all on gambling since there isn't any note to remind you how hard you worked for the money lol. The best possible solution (obviously got the advuce from a professional) is to draft out a gambling budget and discipline yourself to follow that budget regularly.
5899  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Keeping A Record Of Your Losses Will Make You Realize To Stop Gambling on: February 26, 2020, 06:50:09 AM
What do you think, will Keeping A Record Of Your Losses Will Make You Realize To Stop Gambling?
After seeing that you could have bought a new motorbike or buy an expensive watch on all your losses that you have computed.

Thinking positively, it'll make me work on bettering myself instead of quiting. If I see that my expenses are more than my profit that's, I'm lossing way more than I'm winning then taking a break to better myself will be my next option. The issue with most gambler is the fact they're not open to learning the skills (yes gambling is a skill) instead they give up the moment they aren't getting the result they had expected and the worst part is, they still will return to gambling the moment they get extra fund and still end up losing it.

You shouldn't make it a habit to quit at the slightest challenge you encounter, quiting should only be the last option when you have tired everything humanly possible to better your situation but it seems it isn't getting any better.
