I like it, keep at it! I played 9 times... won all 9. For future versions, maybe add in a random element so that way the person with the higher "reputation" score doesn't always win. Then maybe add results, with each field at a time, of a round-by-round boxing style match, just to create suspense, or a dramatic flair (even though the end result is previously calculated). I think suchmoon probably has more bffs than anybody. |

Wow, Atlanta was really working hard to keep this one alive with 2 (really it was 3 but one was recalled by a penalty) onside kick recoveries late in the 4th quarter. They knocked the Saints lead down to 8... But their offensive line was just sucking. 4 sacks on Ryan, seemed like more. And with that NO is the first division champion.

He was using a 100 BTC initial "test" bankroll on a testing account. And that is what he is/was using to advertise the 900% ROI.
That's not what he says on his graph though, is it? He's obviously misrepresenting his accomplishments. I just wonder what else he is misrepresenting. The confusion about API being private keys come from the fact that (my guess), in his mind, you can store crypto on an exchange (this is a bad idea !!). And since the API can give you a backdoor access to the funds held in the trading account, it acts sort of like a private key.
Obviously he is wrong, his terminology is wrong, but I can understand the analogy. Not too far fetched.
If i was to explain to my grand parent what an API is, I could potentially use the same type of explanation.
I wouldn't. An exchange is more like a bank, with an API key being your debit card, and a private key is more like a safe kept at your house for which only you know the combination, but whatever. I am not supporting him, nor defending him, I'm just staying open minded and going to try it for a month or two.

Shifted down to -7 moments before the game started. I don't actually look at halves, but its looking pretty likely that the Saints are going to cover both halves at this point. Looks like it will only be downhill for the Falcons from here. |

this is quite a large part of the issue - how much in BTC or USD are you going to trial it with bud? Just 0.075btc, Which means that if he can do 9% the calculus will be : 0.075*0.09*0.7 = 0.004725 -0.00134 (VPS invoice) = 0.00338 * 7500($/usd) = $25 profit. Not crazy, but from a $560 investment it is %4.5 ROI in 1 month. in my case, if the bot is not making at least 2.5% / month I am losing money. I'm just curious: he is lying about having a bankroll of (now) 900+ BTC and lying about the importance of his "backtest data" (its zero) - he was also lying about an exchange API key being able to act as a private key - aren't you curious as to what else he may be lying about? He obviously doesn't hold the truth in high regards. I for one wouldn't support anybody who is so brazen and blatant in their lies, but that's just me. |

Game Protect does not make contracts and therefore can not intent to be legally bound by such!  But you are right, you can not get out of non-existing written contracts, because you are not in! I've already explained it to you: the contract doesn't have to be legally binding to be acceptable evidence for the purposes of this forum. To us, it is a written contract that was violated. We don't care about what it is to you. Now that you've scammed get-paid of the whole jennirae case, there should be no doubt in anybody's mind that you are indeed a scammer, if there somehow was before. |

But what I will say now, is that Game Protect is terrible to deal with. I had to constantly chase for updates and was continually attacked by him for simply wanting to know what was going on. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I never attacked you, you blatant lying piece of shit! My support just ended here and you can handle your claim with the lawyer directly! Uh, I just had to quote this in case if by the far off insane piece of chance GP should ever have another client again in the future... they should know exactly what they're dealing with. What's weird is they edited their post to include the words "blatantly lying piece of shit". You don't see that every day! |

Please refrain from creating false statements. I have posted proof that I am using his service and that the attacks on his services are baseless accusations. Send me proof where anyone was a victim of his service. I did my part and sent proof multiple times. I fight for correctness, I am not playing this framing game. How is any of this false? The charts is sample to show the gain in %, not real current bankroll.
The chart doesn't say "not real current bankroll." The chart says "Arkane Bankroll." Therefore, he is lying. If he adjusted this to say it was the "Backtest Bankroll," or "Simulated Bankroll," I wouldn't have a problem with it. I would still consider it shady as fuck but it wouldn't be an outright lie, which it currently is. Why was the previous Arkane Telegram group marked as a scam? |

Hi Everyone
Just a short note from me to say that unfortunately I have lost all hope that anything will happen with my case. The FACTS are:
I sent GP a support note just over a year ago telling him about my claim. This included the fact that I gambled on a Curacao website (which i believe shouldn't accept UK players anyway) and despite the fact that I requested 50+ times over the course of 6 months that my account be closed/blocked/excluded, they continued to send me promotions and credit my account with small amounts to entice me back. My e-mails and requests were never responded to and I ended up losing £12k ish.
GP asked me for a 5% donation to take on my case but I wasn't willing to pay. Get-Paid kindly invested in my case and GP said that he would engage a lawyer.
I didn't hear anything for a long time after that (4-5 months maybe) which is why i started the thread here. I wanted to try and get things moving. GP e-mailed me after i started the thread and said that if started publishing any of our conversations, he would tell the Lawyer to pull my case.
I did speak to a lawyer for the first time in August 2019, about 8 months after submitting my case. I was asked to sign documents and told to leave it with him. For the first 3-4 weeks my e-mails were responded to and i was informed that the owners of the casino in question had left. But he said he would try and find another way to enforce my case.
When asking the Lawyer for an update, Game Protect replied to him saying: "Jenni published details about the enforcement proceeding on a forum
that lead to Game Protect was getting attacked. Therefore I recommend to not give details about the enforcement proceeding to Jennifer, as there is a high risk that she will publish it."
This is of course not true; i've never given details of my case before now.
Since then, despite chasing, I have heard nothing.
Fortunately, my gambling days are far behind me and i most certainly was not relying or banking on getting any of my money back. I felt it was a long shot from the start.
But what I will say now, is that Game Protect is terrible to deal with. I had to constantly chase for updates and was continually attacked by him for simply wanting to know what was going on. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Thank you for your update. I am of course sorry that nothing could be done on your behalf, but glad to hear you are out of gambling (as ironic as it may sound given my avatar). My honest advice to you is to not post further on this forum under your current ID as game-protect has been threatening to dox customers who complain or file lawsuits against them for "defamation." Of course, he/she has not actually filed such a lawsuit to date, but you certainly don't need that on your mind as a possibility. Perhaps the lawyer you have engaged with is more honest than game-protect themselves and will see your case through independent of their involvement. In any case, good luck in your future endeavors. |

^^^ Hah! Nice one. I really don't understand what someone is doing playing Goff this late in the season, unless their main QB had a bye week. Lets say your league has 10 teams. That means there's 22 other starting QBs you have to pick from, granted they aren't all picked up. This week there were literally 22 other QBs who outscored Goff -- hard to believe they are all taken in any league. Here was my week's performance (I'm the team on the right) -- note our scoring system is a bit wonky, I think our commissioner upped the points by a factor of 10 to avoid having decimals:  And BTW I didn't watch the Rams game, I stayed out drinking on the beach too late and woke up during the 4th quarter. Glad I didn't watch it, actually. |
