I would not say I am a professional but I am betting on soccer matches from time to time. I have a lot of knowledge about European soccer. I must say, if you have a good money management then you can make at least 10-15% yearly. So, I would say, it is possible to make a living with betting. The only prerequisite is a strong money management and good knowledge in the sports you bet for. Maybe we could exchange experiences. Let me know. May be if you are loving alone you might surive with this but I dont think that you can feed your family with just this kind of income because it is unstable though, although pro player will lose sometimes so it is hard to predict the outcome from gambling. And if you said to earn 10% per year how much is that? I am just wondering how much you can make per month Nopw i think you cannot feed yourself either for just this sports betting tantrums because even though the team who you are betting are strong but their's still an instance for them to lose money if the luck will not on them in the time of play, thats why i really think its better that make it remain as just hobby so you wouldn't be broke if something bad losing streak will be happen. Yeah, that's true, because I think this is always happening from the gamblers. Well, I think it is better for us gamblers if we prepare the amount that we can afford to lose before we enter again from gambling places or gambling sites, so that if we lose there are no regrets. And we can move on or accept for whatever happens in our game. I agree, don't gamble where the money you will spend is you can afford to lose. Just gamble with your spare money so if you lose it is not a big deal from you and you can sleep peacefully that day. If you win that time don't be dissapointed that you just played with small amount. You'll just probably lucky at that time. That's true, because we can never tell when our luck comes to us. So we can also never tell when can we win or not. Don't blame yourself when you lose, I think you must blame yourself why you enter that gambling site or place when you lose.  i think no one wants to blame ourself maybe the right word is "if i choose that, maybe i can win some games", "if i am bet in high, i can win that games", and many of "if" that we use i think its good before we play gambling, we prepare some amount of money, and said, no matter i get win or lose, i will not spend more than i have. Looks like there are lots of off topic replies here. The thread title is pointing about the gambling stats and comments about that stats is fine as long as it's direct to that given stats. Some post are based on opinions.
Back to topic, my gambling stats is still fairly on the right track. After NBA finals, Im doing regular bettings now on our local game since it's better to play there rather than putting myself to risk to the sports I don't know. So far the stats is good and hope to continue my winning streak before that league ends.
if the topic limited to calculating your profit or lost only then my post should be the last post here , but hey sharing your story and giving opinion to other people stats are fine , it is just my opinion , however most people here speculating only about their losts or profits , not based on an proof attached. Because in gambling we do not actually track our loses, we tend to forget them but our winnings will surely be remembered. Only the professionals who are gambling for a living is treating gambling as business and they have the record to track their winnings. Those professional gamblers always play the game that only required strategy. Because if those pro gamblers are just relying on their luck they will never called professional. Pro gamblers have always strategy and they are always on the gambling places to earn money, once they enter gambling places I assure you that they are always a winner. That is right. If we couple it (only gamble what we can afford to lose) with some strategies and sessions, then we are good to go with gambling. Otherwise, if we just gamble randomly and use all of our hard earned money, then we are destroying our lives in in just few seconds after betting and losing it all.
Yup, we cannot rely on gambling if we need to earn money, we are just wasting our time to bet and just lose it all after all. If you really want to earn just work hard and be patient and wait that you can actually save money and make it bigger. Gambling is a waste of time if we see gambling as a source of income. Right.. Gambling depends on luck and if you don't have it, then you are definitely a loser. However, if you have more sessions, then you can have that number of chances to get lucky. There are actually professional gamblers that depend their source of living with gambling and they are really exceptional - they don't let emotions comes in when they bet, they only follow the system that they have. don't forget about greedy that all players have. this thing is really make gamblers want to win all the games. maybe patient is only the way to win the games and get patient to if we get loss. Well for greedy people they provably look gambling just to earn profit and seriously greedy people can get a high chance to lose more money since they are the one whos getting more addictee with it and bet high amount of money in the gambling sites, but for me i am just a passer's by who gamble my money if i think i fell to gamble and waste my money for the said they and totally thays good for me since it will make me keep more distance away to get addicted with gambling games. Greedy people would suffer more losses because theres no such profit on gambling on the long run. Even if they won the jackpot prize , greediness comes after it and overcome yourself to bet more rather than stopping and its really hard to resist when you are in that state. Even though bitcoins price as of now is dropping but it wont never reach $350 mark since its too low. Its impossible for bitcoin to drop its price,as we all know that bitcoin price is unstable it would definitely rise and fall its price but not as much as low as OP's speculation. |

I've downloaded a lot of free ebooks about money management. I read them but, I should always get reminded about spending it's like before you wake up in the morning you need to be reminded. We need it in our lives but I have to admit that I'm not really good at money management, but I'm learning my lesson, it's not too late for me at all. To be able to reach our goals and dreams we need a good money management.  LOL! I also do read a lot of books about how to mange our money but the problem is it is really in our selves that we cannot discipline and we love to buy things that we see around as we are easily tempted, I think that is the bigger problem which is how to implement the information we read in the books. ebooks are just guides on certain things and its better to use your knowledge that youve gained from those ebooks and the most important things is how we manage our selves or control on that certain situation. People do easily be tempted to buy those things that they like and its really hard to resist if you know that you have enough money to buy it. |

Join a signature campaign to make a trusted source of income then pray that they can stay long enough for you to get paid.  Joining a signature campaign would really make you money here in bitcointalk but dont rely too much into it because if you are making a living with the earnings in signature campaign then theres a risk of having a problem in the future since campaigns doesnt last forever and theres a duration. Its better to find any way to earn more bitcoin other way than only in signature campaigns only. |

If you dont like to be rejected on joining signature campaigns then build up your account with a good quality post for which this thing would be a very big help in future if youre planning to join those campaigns since most of signature campaigns would first to check the post quality of a participant if they found out that the quality is good then you get accepted right away.
Yes and I think before getting into signature campaign he should go through all threads and try to gain maximum knowledge and start with low rank account, so over a period time he will be able to make constructive posts. I would literally buy one if I feel that this hardware wallet is secure and fast. I can even barely buy more of these and sell it to other investors if I want. Because this is much better than other wallets online. Online wallets can scam you but not on hardware wallets. So I would suggest that I prefer to buy Hardware wallet rather than Online wallet if this will be a secure and fast wallet and offers more options.
comparing online wallet and hardware wallet are not ideal comparison , compare it with paper wallet , hardware wallet have better security than paper wallet because when used paper wallet you must be imported to a software , also on hardware wallet you will not get hacked easily as you used a wallet on your pc which have a lot of viruses , i am planning to buy a hardware wallet later if my bitcoin investment reached 50 bitcoin or so. Well, this time I do not need a hard wallet, because the current online wallet has been very useful to me. other than that you can download for android blockchain application you use, well, I think you can assume it is hard wallet though very far from reality. but, now I have not needed it, so I do not want to buy it for today Its all about peoples preference if he intended to buy a hardware wallet or not it depends on how helpful if he use it. Some may need a hardware wallet for those big holders of bitcoin but some may choose online wallet rather than hardware wallet. Its depends on our decisions though. |

Most of the traders and lenders check those for give or not the loan to a determined user, even with the account price being hyip on those, it helps a lot, i dont know if pay 0.15for hero still being a fair price, as bitcoin has almost doubled and the script hasnt been changed since the begin, atleast i believe the script need the new bitcoin value to readjust values.
It would need for the website owner to update the account pricing since his tool is commonly used for seeing or researching for the account information which is very helpful especialy to those who are always buying an account. gambling is a disease, so many negative impacts. especially if we play under addicted and can not control themselves. if you want to gamble, at least you were able to control themselves, so it does not become something bad. I would prefer trading. but I also still play gambling. because both make me so it can take advantage. gambling I played when I was a great emotional. and I play the trading when I want to invest safely.
i play also gambling but i do it only for entertainment, if I need to make some money, or I want to earn more bitcoins then I just do some crypto trading Yup crypto trading is a good way to make money. But profit is very less, and it will take some time. I am not interested in trading, I don't have the patience to wait, So I do sports betting, here only I can make money. So for me, if compare to Crypto trading gambling is a quaite better choice. Are you joking? Crypto trading is supposed to get huge profit if you have huge balance to play though moreover altcoin which can give you really good profit but you need to wait for sometime though to be pumped. And trading will give you a solid profit but it is very slow compare to gambling which can let you win much and sure it is higher risk Altcoin trading is always giving profits because sometimes most of these altcoins will not raise very fast, and if you don't have a much knowledge, then you may lose quite a lot of money even with huge balance. So first try to gain knowledge and then start slowly with small amounts until you feel you can do bigger trades. Altcoin trading could be still risky since most of the new coins out there are just sh*t coins and doesnt have plan to pump at all which is a really waste of money. i hope you are right but people are still panic selling their bitcoins form time to time in order not to lose their money if the price is going to be dumped If you see prices are going down than it is good practice to sell any product which you already made some profit and can buy later at a lower price instead just keep looking at prices. I also usually follow this method and save I only small amount of BTC for long term appreciation. I sold most of my BTC above 670 level and waiting to start accumulate around 600. It is difficult to get the timing right. So I do not trade the bitcoins. I just buy the bitcoins when the price is low and then hold. well the timing is just about your luckyness and your talent to analyze the current trends whether it's buying or selling and news could affect the price very much,and your method seems just useful if the price rising so much than when you buy the bitcoins in low price So I think it is better just to buy and hold the bitcoin for the price rise in the long term. We just have to be patient. Yes let us just be patient and wait for its price to rise. And if it hits our target price and contented with it we could sell it. Panic selling is a no no if we want to have a high profit in btc. It is like we are not certain and doubting on what bitcoin can do. I know that future of bitcoin can takes us to the place where we all want to be. Having patience and waiting for the right time would give you definitely a good reward since as we all know the bitcoins potential to have a good future. Maybe i save it in a bank because you have money if go to invest it no one can say if you have get profit on it or you may lost your money. In a bank has small interest but is safest than to invest it. Anything can bad happen if you invest it. So go in safest way to deposit it in a bank than to invest it. Small profit in a bank but your money keep safe. You cannot just save all the time because investing is the only way to your success if you want to have a decent and comfortable life in the future. For the rich, it is good if they save because they already have a lot of money but for us who have not achieve the level of the rich people, we need to learn how to invest. Saving would not be a bad idea at all since if you are saving and you can see thats enough to make an investment then it would be the most good idea that you would made since it would make your money grows and not just saving up all and doesnt grow at all. I don't think the internet connection is having the relationship with the economic of the world. it's can happen if the world of economy is not death. Maybe if in the future the world war3 is a happen we will see the internet will very useless and the economy will always stay alive. we can not say the internet will be useless, Internet connection is the blood of bitcoin if the connection will shut down we can not access our bitcoin wallet, also the economy of each country has big effect on bitcoin value.
